This was the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. All of the stuff was amazing especially a representative named Kyla. She made the shopping experience world class. Definitely a must stop if you are in town.! A+

I was in this store today and the two ladies working there were super friendly and helpful! Great selections of products at great prices. With Covid going around Right now, I found these ladies to be extremely cautious and informed me prior to entering store what the “rules” were to stay safe. Very impressed with this store and it’s staff!

Horrible customer service. Due to the pandemic, only 5 people are allowed in the store, you are not allowed to touch any of the product even items that you are going to purchase. You have to sanitize your hands before coming into the store, I do not understand why you cannot pick up makeup that you are going to purchase to get a closer look. They have a gate up where no one is able to exit the store at their own will. How is that even legal?

The elder checkout lady is very rude. Comments made by her are very unnecessary. It took everything I had, not to snap back. Cool store for my wife but not worth the sarcasm.

We were in the store yesterday (New Years Eve). Two young ladies working. My husband and I was never spoken to. They stood by the register playing on their phones. To say customer service is sometimes lacking is to kind... We walked back by the store 20 minutes later, they were doing the same thing in the same spot.

Very friendly staff, had some nice deals. Even got some trial lotions.

I got so much great stuff for so little money!!! Clinique, Estee Lauder, Too Faced, MAC, and more. The girls were helpful and nice. I cant wait to go back.

Good price, aweful customer service. I have shopped in this store for four years and I have never been so disappointed. We visited the store during Labor Day weekend in the afternoon. There are two employees in the store. The black lady was nice and offer help but the other one was just rude. I asked her the differentence between two products within the same product line. The only thing she can answer was “ those are two different products”. She also insisted the eye cream should be “ face cream”. Not only she have no knowledge toward the products, but she doesn’t care to improve herself. I will not go back again.

Was there on 8/15/2018....sales person was not overly friendly and while she could see my friend was having trouble and used a cane she dragged us all over the store. She could have brought products to us to show. I wont be going back for a while.

I’ve shopped at this and other locations for years. I have introduced friends to this great store and we have saved a lot of money.A few months ago I drove 2.5 hours to a store in NC which showed open on their website. It was the only store closed in the Tanger complex. I chalked it up to staffing or an emergency.Today we checked the website and showed up promptly at 10. A lady came out and said they don’t open until 11. I said that the website says 10. I asked if I could just see if they have my makeup. She said no.So we walked around for an hour and went back. They usually have mine and my SIL’s shade. Nope! Not even close.Not pleased and quite disappointed with the inconsistency and inconvenience.
