So I called to check if a part for my old Briggs and station engine was available, I talked to Steve he help me get the right serial numbers off the engine then looked up the part, he had it in stock he pulled the part and when I arrived it was waiting on the counter, the price was the list price. I was in and out in less than ten minutes, plus while I waited I got a education on weed whacker function as I listened in on his explaining to another customer which model would serve his needs. Five-star review from me. For small engine needs go to Lasters!!!!!

I stopped in on the advice of a church friend. I have an old mower that had a Kawasaki engine. Mr. Laster had the oil filter I needed. We talked a while very nice patient, man and wealth of knowledge. I will be back for more parts as needed. Highly recommended!

Not happy at all, took my two blowers to them and they fixed one(broke again after the second time I used it) and I had to take it to them so they adjust the carburetor, a week after it has same problem again, and the other blower they said need a new carburetor which took five weeks of my time just waiting on the part while the other blower wasnt working again, so I get the two blowers to Pike and Saw they fixed both next day. I recommend Pike and Saw

Not so happy this time around had my weedeater there for a month. They call and say its ready so I go to get it and it wont start but yet I have paid them. Now all of a sudden i need a carburetor which will cost another 45 bucks so they were going to charge me 66 for labor and parts and its not fixed and then on top of that another 45 for a new carburetor. They reimbursement me for the parts but still charged me for labor and its not fixed.

They have the parts you need but the owner makes it hard to want to do business with. Hes not very appreciative and is always grumpy. I bought my mower somewhere else.
