When I arrived to drop off a weed eater for my nephew the lady I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. However it has been over 3 weeks and still no word about it being ready plus the person on the I spoke with said I turned it in on October 28 which is wrong I took it around the 18th

Repair lawnmower. Different brand then they sell. Works great now.

Gave one star, couldnt put half one. After dropping zero turn, went back to check on it had not been moved in 10 days. When dropped off asked to tune up. Blade actuation lever not working. After 21/2 weeks. Mower READY ?? Work done: Found choke not working, changed oil @ filter, stated checked air in tires(one flat when I got home), fixed themower deck bar to engage, (not working fixed when returned home), changed two spark plugs I had just put in one week prior taking in.Not greased (used tube of grease on fitting when I got home (infact one of the zert fitting was broken)I was charged after the two weeks wait, $170.00 for the LABOR ???.Complete frustration.

They get what you need...they repair what ever you take to them to fix at a good price.

After the sale service is the pits.They sell great equipment, but if you dont want to wait a long, long time for repairs to get done, dont buy here..

Worst service i have ever had . I dropped off bar for repairs two weeks ago and still isnt ready . Not the first time ive had this problem they had my chain saw for almost two months for repairs dont take repairs here . They wont call u when done and also estimated time for repairs are false they get to when they feel like it not when they tell you it will be done
