Had an issues with a steering mechanism on my Craftsman mower. First repair didnt take but the second visit has. The second encournter with the repair didnt cost me a dime since it was covered under work and parts warranty. Friendly out going gentleman. Thought his charge for work and parts extremely reasonable. Recommend Highly.
