Great staff, very helpful. Some fixing does take time. If they tell you two hours, it will be two hours. They are very professional with the products they support, so be polite, be respectful. They likely did not cause your problem. Go do some shopping, see a movie, thatch your lawn, whatever. Very happy with the full screen and bezel replacement they did on my Samsung phone.

This guy was one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met!! I showed up at the store unexpectedly and told the owner that my earphone on the phone wasnt working! He took the phone and said he had one customer in from of me. Then five minute later handed my phone and it was fixed better than new. Dropped my sons phone off on Friday before they closed and said his phone would be done by noon on Saturday the next day. I received a text Saturday morning at 10:30am. They open at 10:00am!!!! Talk about great customer service!!!!!!!👍Awesome!!!!!!!

Austin was incredibly friendly!! I had some questions about adjusting the ringer on my iPhone I just got and he was incredibly nice and friendly and didn’t make me feel bad at all about asking “dumb” questions. He was sweet and smiling the whole time and showed me how to do it myself!:)

My cell phone issues were with the carrier but that didnt stop the tech from doing everything he could to help me with my phone. He did figure out how to fix one of my settings to make it so I can now send and receive texts. He knew right off that it was a carrier problem and wouldnt be able to charge me for the help, but he still made sure to do all he could even though there started to develop a line. I couldnt think of anything he could have done better. The next person in line made a positive comment about the service I had received. Well done!

Amazing!I went to the T-mobile store today because the speakers in my samsung phone were no longer working, after waiting for 20 minutes without being helped, I went to UBREAKIFIX and within 5 minutes my phone was good as new!! When my screen broke I went in, set an appointment for the next morning. They got the phone done and in a timely manner. The cost is a little to high, but its better than buying a new phone!

They were very thorough on our repair and kept me updated on the progress. Phone works like new!

We had issues with two computers, and the tech listened to the problems and asked good probing questions to reach a diagnosis. We werent charged for the consult, and he provided valuable information to save money by doing some of the basic work ourselves to avoid high costs for simple repairs. 10/10 will see them in the future.

Took my iPhone in because the speaker wasn’t working everything else was fine. They quoted me $169 to get it fixed. I left phone with them they called a couple of hours later said that it was going to be over $300 to fix so I told them not to do the repair. When I picked up my phone the touch screen no longer worked and they wouldnt do anything about it. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Only 5 stars because we did not feel welcomed in to the store by the counter staff. It seemed only one person at the counter cared that we were there but he was busy with another customer. The young girl that was working didnt care and acted irritated when I asked for a seat for my handicapped brother to rest in while we waited. I think the guy working caught on how mad my brother was getting and abruptly took over and provided a solution to the reason for our visit.

They were cheaper than their competitors and they were very friendly and did the job very quickly

I took my sons phone in to have a new charging dock installed. We got the phone back and had issues with the head phones. They repaired it and were very helpful.

The staff were so friendly, answered all my questions, the cost was fair and my tablet was repaired earlier then promised.

So I took a video game system that needed a new HDMI port installed, as the current one was damaged. They compete the job 2 days faster then quoted. And at half the price of the competition. I only gave 3 stars, cause omn a seperate experience, I was charged half the the cost of repair( non-refundable) at the time of drop off. Then they actually did no repair at all and said there was another issue as well. I felt they just ripped me off for the deposit.

Very nice and knowledgeable. Knew what was wrong with phone right away. Could not fix because Cricket does not sell the part for Cricket phones. I also tried to get part from Cricket. Cricket is terrible with customer service. I would highly recommend uBreakiFix. I broke my MacBook-Pro back in December, Water Damage. its March 29th now, I havent gotten it back. I paid 700+ To get the screen fixed and when getting it back the Touch Bar had issues making the laptop unusable. I return the laptop and a month ago I get notified its unfixable. Theyve refunded me the money but I still havent gotten my laptop back. Its been almost 4 months of me waiting for it. I only gave it two stars since theyve refunded me the money. (3/30/2021) I Get my laptop back the screen is more damaged then it already was and I open my laptop up to my camera roll and photo booth open. Im mad about how long this took (Took four months of back and forth) For A touch bar and screen replacement.

My new HP laptop would not boot up after a BIOS update. The closest warranty shop was UBIF in Seattle (I live in Spokane). I called two UBIF shops in Seattle. The first did not answer and had a full voicemail system. The second would only accept drop off repairs.So, I called UBIF in Nampa and they were very helpful. They arranged overnight shipping to Nampa, worked on the Computer on Saturday had it shipped out on Monday. I had it back in my hands in less than a week.Great service, quick turnaround, not more that you can ask.

This place is fantastic. They are so helpful and knowledgeable! Im glad they require masks in store for the safety of everyone, but even if you dont have a mask they will still do curbside service for you, so no reason to not come here!

This location is terrible, and discriminatory to customers. My wife called this location about having my Iphone XS Max screen replaced. She called at 12:15pm to confirm I could have my phone fixed the same day. This location said as long as we drop it off before 5pm they can get to it. I arrived at 1:00pm to drop my phone off. The balding gray sweater employee behind the counter told me the phone couldn’t be worked on today. I explained I just called them 30 mins prior and was told to come down. The balding gray sweater employee was rude, and just had a attitude towards me the moment I walked in.. He seemed irritated customers where even there.I walked out frustrated, got in my truck and had my wife call them to ask if they had time to fix a IPhone XS Max. I’m not surprised the employee on the phone said, YES we can replace your screen but it will take a couple hours. Funny part is we where still parked in there parking lot.......Hmmmm....... should have sent my wife in there huh? This is the second time this location has done the exact same thing to me personally. The first time I figured they where busy, but it’s the same balding gray sweater employee who I seem to deal with at the counter.In conclusion I ended up calling the Meridian location to confirm they could repair my phone. They said yes it might take a couple hours. So we took a drive and my phone was fixed in 1 hour!!!

They got my phone in the same day. The repair cost less then they estimated. I am truly satisfied with the experience and will definitely use them for any future repairs I might need.

This place is the worst phone repair shop Ive ever been to.. brought a brand new google pixel 4a in to get the sim card reader fixed, they fixed that but in the process broke the LCD. So they had to put a new one on.. Picked up the phone and the screen wasnt even Centered on the phone, so the guy behind the counter pushed the screen up. (Because it wasnt even glued down good) Than when I got the phone back home I realized they had smudged the both camera lense with dirty fingers, so the selfie camera was all hazy.. Oh yeah and after I got it back from when the replaced the LCD, the phone started glitching and wouldnot respond to being touched, so I brought it back in for them to fix what they messed up and they were like we cant find anything wrong with it...... Im telling everyone I see to not come here.. Because they will brake your phone, not fix it!.New store name,,YouBreakWeBreakMore

I took my phone into Ubreakifix for their local Heroes program. My Google Pixel 3 XL had a small crack on the top of the screen. I got my phone back 6 hours later and it seemed to work fine. The next day I noticed that people could not hear me. So i took it back and they said it would be 2 days before they would get back to me. Called them back and they said it was fixed. Picked it up. Th next day it wont turn on. Took it in, 2 days later they say they need to order a motherboard. 3 days later they say they need another motherboard. The next Monday they say they cant fix it and I have to contact Google. Now i am waiting on google to receive it and hopefully send me a working one.

I was very pleased with the work done on my laptop. It was a super fast fix. Everyone nice and easy to talk to to figure out how to fix it. I had stickers on the back of my laptop. I wasnt expecting to have the stickers on since they replaced the back. They hand me my laptop with all of my stickers on it just how it was before. I am very happy with my results.

I was asking them to exchange my screen. And they did, but they needed for any reason my password. I came back and turned the pattern off and told them about consequences for using my confidential information.After I left, they called me and said they refused the service. They put back my old screen and were trying to steal my case. At the end, I lost just time, have to change all my passwords and check what they had already stolen like they trying it with my case.

I have used them to fix a number of my devices never an issue and they do free diagnostics. Today I went in with charging port issues and they cleaned it free and sent me on my way no more issue with charging port. I dont even go to my phone carrier with issues anymore unless its under warranty. These guys also take insurance.

The folks here were very helpful and so detailed in the description of my phones issue. I was able to get a perfect diagnosis. It was a little spendy. However, because of how helpful the staff was, it was so totally worth it.

I went In to get a quote on getting the speaker on my phone replaced. They told me that the speakers sometimes get dirty and he was going to clean it for me first. He took it to the back and did his magic and bam, my phone was awesome again. I’m extremely pleased with how nice and honest they were. I highly recommend them!!!!

Very good service here from asking questions on the phone to get prices to dealing with them at the store. I had my S8 in for cracked display replacement and the battery as well. They have a Samsung vendor service suppliers cert and they warrantied the work for a period of time. Its not cheap to get display replaced but still less than replacing the phone.

Knowleable professionals, if they cant repair it on the spot, they will either order your parts (they will ask you for some payment) and/or they will provide suggestions.

I had a issue with my cell phone jack. Something had gotten jammed up in there, and it wasnt working. Everything I tried to dislodge the jam, compressed air, T-Pin, nothing worked. I took my cell phone in to the karcher Nampa location for uBreakiFix, they fixed it in 5 minutes and didnt charge me a dime. These guys are worth the trip, the time, and they take care of the customer. They do it at a great value. And with a smile. During these trying times one cannot ask for better than that.

When I walked up to the desk the employee looked at the phone told me I needed a new screen and then disappeared to answer a phone call and then never returned. Then another employee with a bag of fast food walked in went to the back then walked up to help me several moments later and I had to explain what I needed all over again .But.... The fixed the phone much faster then the time I was quoted and the phone works amazing. The prices are high.

Well, dropped off a phone. Waiting to have someone come out to give me something to sign, which seems to take 10 minutes or more. Doesnt help that when I first got here, I was standing in line just like anybody else and then was told to go outside or use curbside to drop off a device. Im a little surprised they have one person working up front, but they dont have more than one person helping when it comes to things like this. it also doesnt help that they go and they want to go and help all the walk-ins that are happening, even though you were here prior before them I do know Ive never had an issue with any other cell phone place that I go to to get a phone repaired. And hopefully this one does wind up being repaired within a timely matter, because as long as I have sat outside just trying to get my device dropped off so it can be fixed, Im not impressed. they could have said something over the phone about needing a mask, or needing to use curbside service if you cannot wear one. However, they didnt do that one either until I got here

Called in to get a quote on how much it would cost to fix a few minor scratches on my Note 10+ talked to Brandon he was amazing!!! Everywhere that I have called has told me that I had to replace the whole screen which was going to cost me around 430.00 but he asked more questions and come to find out that the plastic from my new phone is still on it so the scratches arent on my phone itself but the plastic that came from Samsung!! Thank you so much for all of your help glad I dont need to replace now but if I ever do break it this is where I will go!! :)

I stopped by today after visiting my local cell phone provider store. I had accidentally gotten super glue on the screen of my IPhone X and I was afraid that nothing could be done to fix my screen.Without even batting an eye, the wonderful man working there told me that he could fix it for me. We brought an iPad Air 2 into the store to get the screen replaced. They price matched and the screen works great! They also replaced the battery in our iPhone 6 as well.
