Destiny ( our tech) has several years experience with Verizon and was very helpful in setting up my wifes new phone. Wait time was minimal and all staff were friendly and helpful.

They refused to answer my questions about the $1200 phone i purchased from them because i cancelled verizon contract.

Always a great experience when I go into Verizons store on 12th Ave in Nampa. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on any phone related questions I have. I highly recommend this store.

Great customer service, Frank was honest, fast, explained every thing, and got me hooked up to the best network Ive had yet. I even purchased the new Hum device that has already been a big help. Diagnosed my vehicle, and when I had a strange problem come up all of a sudden I was able to talk to a certified mechanic for advice free of charge. Talk to Frank if you come to this location, he knows what he is doing!

I went into the store having a vague idea of what I wanted out of my phone. Cobe helped me with all the details and to find the perfect phone for me. Usually it takes hours before I am even seen. But the staff was quick and willing to help. I didnt feel push into buying anything more than what I needed. Great experience and will go to this again! This place, specifically manager Mike Menendez, did a great job moving my entire business account over from AT&T to Verizon. It was huge and complicated with multiple lines and Mike gave me personalized service that is unparalleled with anything I’ve ever experienced before. I was so impressed I referred dad clear in Jerome to handle his business account too. Mike is my Verizon guy now as long as he stays with them. Amazing.

Frank is the most helpful and knowledgable person here. He has helped me with my galaxy s9, my Alexa, and Verizon account. I highly recommend him for all your cell phone and cell phone accessory needs.He also helped me battle a rather large army of fire ants, he can bake 30 minute brownies in 20 minutes. He plays like a goddess on the flute and he can sing you to sleep in 3 minutes flat.I highly recommend Frank for all youre life and cellular needs.🥰

This Verizon location is by far the best I have encountered. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and received service as quickly as possible. The assistant manager Gage helped me out, and he is by far the best consultant I have worked with! He made me feel comfortable and got me a great deal. I am so happy I ended up at this location (I live in meridian) and will make the drive because this location is so awesome!

I would have to say this was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Worked with this kid named Hayden on 3/03/2020 around 2:30.1st problem- wearing a hoodie with no name tag very unprofessional.2nd problem- his customer service was horrible was on phone whole time, felt like we where being rushed through the interaction and didn’t take the time to make sure me and my family left with the right product.3rd problem- he promised that none of are photos and contacts would be lost, and whipped are old phones before we could make sure we had everything.I will be making sure that I get in contacted with his manager’s manager. Because his store manager definitely doesn’t say anything about his customer service and how he treats customers.

Awful store! The store manager here did not know what he was talking about. We went in there for an upgrade told them the phone we wanted and after his super confusing rant about different things he said come back the next day to pick up and your good to go. We went back the next day to find out that they order the wrong phone and wrong color and than all of a sudden they were like oh yeah its gonna be $90. Which was never said to us that we had to pay anything FOR OUR UPGRADE CAUSE WE NEVER HAVE BEFORE! After we said no we dont wanna do it and that we will go to the store we usually do the guy at the counter was like oh we own your old phone now so you have to pay if you want a phone.....Awful customer service and terrible employees

I dropped in last minute, so to speak. I had 40 minutes before an appointment, and I challenged Frank: if he could add a new iPhone to my account is less than 35 minutes, he had my business. Not only did he meet the challenge, he actually had me out the door, phone in hand 18 minutes after I entered. The man is a miracle. Also, he REALLY knows his stuff, which I suppose comes from being in the smartphone business from day zero. If there were six stars, he would have them.

David and his team are great! They are knowledgeable and eager to help. David helped me pick the right phone for my needs as well as the right plan. I would recommend him to everyone.

Excellent service, even when he was trying to help two or three of us at a time. I received sound advice on which phone would best serve my needs without a lot of extras, and everything was set up so my phone was ready to use when I walked out the door. Extra special - he didnt have time (too many folks waiting) to explain all the special feature of the phone, so I have a return appointment to go through every feature on the phone and have all my questions answered. Thats going beyond whats required and its also very much appreciated. Id recommend this location, and customer rep,, to anyone who is even slightly unsure what would best serve your needs. They dont want to help you with anything in the store after you buy their phone. They wouldnt even change an address for the account. They tell you that you have to call customer service. They charge you $3.00 to use cash to pay your bill and require an ID.

I followed Tony out to this location. I honestly don’t trust anyone with my phone plan, and phone needs. Tony started us with Verizon years ago in Caldwell and the location was prime, close to my house but I will drive from caldwell to Nampa to have him help us with upgrades, cases, screen protectors and any questions or issues we may have. He’s up front and honest with us, confident in what he does AND he knows his stuff. We’ve had many reps BS us just to make that dollar but Tony has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are completely satisfied when we walk out that door. I loath going to Boise and if he was moved over there, I would still follow him and see him for our phone needs. That’s how loyal and great he is. Thank you Tony for always taking care of our family phone, watch & iPad needs.

This place is awesome! Not only do they offer great plans with great cell phone service, but amazing customer service as well! Recently my family and I went in to possibly switch our plan from sprint to Verizon. As soon as we walked in they were very welcoming and willing to help. At the same time making sure wed get the best plan Verizon has to offer. He went above and beyond our expectations and even stayed after hours till everything was taken care of. Id definitely recommend anyone whose looking for a better cellphone plan and overall better customer service to this store.

I have been a Verizon customer for 20 plus years. Recently my wife and I upgraded to new phones. Hers is fine but mine, from the very beginning has been the worst phone I have had. When I went Into the corporate store in Spokane, Washington to get some help all I got was these things sometimes happen, sorry about that. I decided at that point that I was finished with Verizon. Then I had to make a business trip and thats when I met Coby at your store in Nampa, Idaho. I was greeted by her with a warm welcome, she was very knowledgeable, professional, and took time to answer all my questions. It took one person Coby, to restore my trust in Verizon.

I frequent this store for my needs over the years. Ive seen good and bad. And its a quality store with quality goods. So I expect quality service. Unfortunately, I did not receive that upon my most recent visit. I walk in at 730 to an empty store, associate behind the counter with headphones on, having a good time. His tone and demeanor throughout the entire interaction suggested I was a nuisance to his activities and I was bothering him. I walked in to get a quote for porting over my S/O onto my acct and possible promotions that might fit our needs/lifestyle.Frank was short with us, did not bother to ask any questions or strike any conversation. Just inquired if we use iPhone.(Im an android user) He Told me the only promo they have is iPhone BOGO. Stated they dont buy out phones or have any promos on porting whatsoever, ever, and Just add a new line to take advantage of bogo.He didnt bother to review my plan and was quoting me inaccurately. upon mentioning the promo, I had to state to him more than once that my plan did not allow for additional lines so It would have to be changed to suit additional lines of business. I inquired what that would do for me monthly. He then did a very sloppy, very hasty monthly layout off the top of his head. He Did not bother to write anything down or give me facts or figures. I had to ask him x2 to grab a paper and write it down for me(he seemed baffled at the suggestion) to which he scribbled so quick only the final cost. He did not quote me for in store cost, he didnt quote me for insurance or give me an accurate number. Just said itll be roughly 190$, could be more could be less, just depends (yes. That was his exact verbiage to the T)He then proceeded to tell me he operates strictly on appt, and that I need to call him days in advance to schedule an appt otherwise he can make no guarantee that Ill be able to take advantage of these promos, especially if I choose to walk in at random. The entire time he seemed distracted by whatever was in his headphones/on his monitor/phone and just refused to have an actual conversation with me in regards to what I was looking for.I have never felt like such a number and so unvalued before in my life, given my long history with this location. He rushed me out within less than 7 minutes.Based on this experience I will be taking my business to a different Verizon location that will hopefully make me feel valued and appreciated instead of a bother. I walked in that store with a good demeanor and positive hopeful attitude, and walked out annoyed, irritated and confused. He provided nothing beneficial that I couldnt have just looked up online or called in and spoken with a representative.

Gage is very knowledgeable about his products and service. He gave me all the time I needed to discuss my needs and decide on a plan. I received better service from Gage at Go Wireless that I did by calling the carrier directly, which I did on several occasions.
