They were having a huge 40-59% off all holiday items throughout the store, so employees were stocking shelves, but they tried to stay out of the way. Found some great stuff, as always. They have a bit of almost everything crafty including fabric!

I love going to Hobby Lobby for craft ideas and supplies. The reason for not giving this a 5-star rating is during my visit, it was evident that all the employees need to be better trained at knowing store products. Other than that, all the employees were very courteous.

Isles are good but the island displays near the registers are set up like a maze making it a wheelchair challenge.

Hobby Lobby is the best, funniest store for growing grandkids. Thats where all 3 ages 11 to 15 wanted their birthday gift cards from this year. What fun.....

Got a gift card for Christmas. Been cooped up with two small kids the past year (like everyone else). Ventured out to find some home decor and make our home a little cozier and happier. Minutes in my toddler smashed a giant porcelain green army man figure. I just about broke into tears. Went to the counter to pay for it and they wouldnt let me. Totally my fault and I told them so but they took the loss. I am so appreciative of their kindness. The world needs more people like this. I plan to buy everything I can from this store and tell everyone I know what happened. Ive shopped here many times before and have always had the same great service. Thank you ♡

I love hobby lobby and frequent locations in my home town. We recently moved to the area and today was the first time Ive come to the location to find something specific. I walked by at least 7 employees and was never greeted or asked if I needed help or was finding everything ok. For a store like hobby lobby where everything is everywhere and no signs, customer service is essential. I finally asked an associate after walking the store twice and was told I could find what I was looking for with the drawer pulls....I left. Theres no signs, how am I supposed to know where the drawer pull aisle is?

I knew I was going to regret being introduced to this store. :-) The selection is vast. The employees have always been helpful, kind, and wonderful overall. Yesterday a young man (Micah, I believe) carried a bistro table out to my van for me because I had other items and my two young sons (not yet able to carry the table themselves). Debra was the helpful employee who retreived Micah to come help move the table from its display location.I loved how another reviewer mentioned to wear comfy shoes! I could not agree more. When youre new to this store you definitely need to walk ALL the isles. There is SO MUCH in there.I personally love that I can walk into this store and see scripture verses and Christian sentiment throughout.The varied styles of decor they carry means this store is great for all tastes and their craft sections are enormous... sadly, Im not crafty, so thats wasted on me.Even my boys enjoyed looking at all there was on the shelves. The picked out the cutest lantern - think Little House on the Prairie. I wanted them to feel like they had a say in the decorating of our new home.You will love this store even more once you get the hang of their pricing and sales. Dont see what you want with a sales tag this week? Come back in the weeks to follow and you will be rewarded for your patience.

This is NOT for Hobby Lobby...its a review of a new spot on the Boulevard..Tons of craft items...paints, stencils, fabrics!Was not greeted when we walked in the door nor received a comment when we left, which saddens me, but thats my own personal issue! Check it out.

Such a great afternoon gathering craft items with my daughter and granddaughter.

Very frustrating to drive to a location, after some distance, only to find that 99% of the summer items are off the shelves and Christmas bulbs, wreaths, etc.…Along with Halloween/fall items are going up in June!! I don’t see any kind of purpose in being that far ahead of the seasons. I know hobby lobby is not the only store, but it’s just ridiculous!

My wife loves coming here. She always finds things she loves. She bought 2 pictures of roosters that she just adores. Got it for 40% off too. Theres always people around that she can ask help for. Their staff is very helpful too.

Great craft store! Huge selections of crafts, decorations, and miscellaneous. Great prices and great sales all of the time. No cart return in the parking lots, you have to take the cart all the way inside the store to return. Bought great Christmas tree decorations!

Very good selection, very good prices and friendly staff. Prices vary, but they have great sales often. Good finds for a bargain and more variety than Michaels.

I asked an older man and an older lady where to find bungee cording. The lady said they dont sell stuff like that. The man said go to Lowes or Home Depot. My husband asked a young girl. She knew exactly where it was.

Picked my veil for my wedding in January! It was half off, so I paid $8.00! Cant Beat That!

Staff is always super nice and the prices are all super good. If I’m looking for anything craft related I can always find it there. The store is clean, however it can get extremely busy at times and the way out of the parking lot gets super backed up and can get confusing, that’s not a fault of the company though.

Half the shoppers did not wear masks, making it uncomfortable for at risk shopper. I do like this store better than Eagle store but can not return due to no mask requirement.

Always a clean store and best part... Masks are optional. Not only is it a craft and hobby store but they also offer lots of decor. They have a much larger selection than their competitors. Its fun to browse even when you already did your shopping.

Nice place but they are not controlling maskless cockroaches at this location. Many customers and staff are courteous and respect the health of others. Some customers have no such respect. While I am looking at an item a maskless cockroach enters my space without concern for my health or safety. There needs to be more control for the safety of customers.

I absolutely LOVE Hobby Lobby as far as all of their wonderful items and ease of shopping meaning being able to easily find things. However, as far as the Customer Service of the Nampa location, specifically the management and some of the employees is HORRIBLE. I am in the store sometimes 2-3 times per week, I spend 100s and 100s of dollars. I have been made to feel like I am doing something suspicious by a few of the employees, one member of customer service management was so incredibly rude to my 12 year old daughter because she accidently spilled some beads and the list goes on. When I have expressed my frustrations to customer service managers, even the assistant manager, NOT ONE OF THEM apologized. At this point, I may just do my shopping elsewhere.
