This is a great store/ Nampa ID- sales associates always friendly and quick to help. Prices have gone up and paint supplies have gone down but not their fault. Excellent match to competitors color and they had all my colors from the fall project!

Samples...4 for$14.00. Over charged for them. Store has nothing for On the Go paint...not stocked for anything. $84.00 a gallon...no way I am paying that much. There are other great quality paint that get matching

The store was good at getting me the paint I needed, but they some times dont seem to communicate with each other. Other than that rare occurrence, I always enjoy getting my paint from them. The product itself is of great quality and I would definitely recommend.

I have visited this store often. It is my go to place for quality paint and stain. My experience is if you speak with them they will take care of you as a home owner like they would a small contractor. The stain i have been using this year is great. It is much better than the best quality the big box stores are offering. The deck brush was near perfect for fence slats as well. This location has more competitive prices than the other one in town.

I ordered paint today. I asked the representative to call when it was done. I never got a call. I finally went to the store at 5:30pm, the website says theyre open til 6:00pm. Doors were locked, lights off, no one answers. Needed to get a project done tonight and this stops it all. Not happy.

Elizabeth was fantastic and helped me find the right wallpaper for a feature wall. Too bad the store didn’t have any samples for me to take home that day. I ended up placing an order. I would have liked the sample to figure out the right paint color for the other walls. Thank you!

In light of the covid-19 situation SW is doing the best they can. I appreciate it. My only negative comment is their prices are so high, and I wish they offered a Veteran discount or Senior Citizen discount.

Stopped in to get some trim paint with only an old rusty can of what I needed. They were quick and friendly. They used the old paint to make me a new batch. I was in and out quickly and had exactly what I needed. Ill certainly use them again.

Falling in love with Pro Classical extra white. With a great quality soft bristle brush, paint dries to a very nice finish.

Ive had much better customer service at the Sherwin Williams store in east Boise. No one seems to be very knowledgeable about the different paint at this store.

High quality paint. Open on Sundays so no reason to go to Home Depot or Lowe’s to finish a project. Love love love that Sherwin Williams saves all of my paint information so when I need more I can call and they will have it ready for me to pick up! Customer service is always above and beyond. I won’t go anywhere else!!

Does not back up guarantee of their products. I spent hundreds of dollars on fence stain with the product guarantee that states 5 years guarentee against fading. Within 3 years my fence looked terrible. Three times I went to talk to the manager and was told he wasnt there. Will never do business with then again. I dont reccomend their products.

Always slow, and often they dont seem very knowledgable. Im sure theres some knowledgable staff but I always get someone thats not really sure about whats going on.

Professional or amateur this store has the tools and the paints that will match your project. Painting indoor, outdoor or concrete they can advise you on options colors and textures that you will like. They also offer small test batches that do not cost a fortune so that you can compare your favorite colors side by side in your lighting conditions. It helps prevent color selection remorse.

I was very impressed with how efficient and friendly all the employees are at this Sherwin and Williams. They are very knowledgeable and helpful but arent pushy. They work hard and fast, Ive worked with both Dave and Derek but Ive observed all the employees help other customers and they are great. Im impressed, will definitely be back!

I love the product but also love that you keep my paint colors so I can just come in and say, I need this and Im good to go.

That the little gal that helped me was exceptional in her knowledge of product . She was so helpful in helping me match my paint and what I should use to paint my exterior. She was fun, friendly and just great in getting me ready for my project.

I got to the store shortly after it opened. The two counter people were busy filling orders for commercial painters. I stood at the front of the line for 15 minutes and neither of the people at the counter apologized for my wait or even acknowledged my presence.

They didnt have the product I needed in stock, had to get from Boise which caused a one day delay. Then I had to buy a gallon when I only wanted a quart for touchup. So I ended up spending a lot more money than I wanted to.

I would tell them that there is a lady by the name of Elizabeth at the Nampa branch that is absolutely phenomenal at her job. I have never seen anyone that could accurately help someone on the phone, a coworker, a current order she was already working on, and then to ask me what I need at the same time. It was truly remarkable what she does and how she remembers everything. Even details like stir sticks and openers and to be able to be on the phone and juggling paint being shaken. Oh and have other associates asking her questions about items. I am glad I had the chance to leave this comment. She is a true asset to your company thank you for having such professional people.
