First they over filled the motor oil in my car and forgot fill my tires ( one of them was low at the time ). Fine mistakes happen. Yesterday I go back to get an oil change and I had a nail in one of my tires so I had that fixed as well. Woke up this morning now the tire is completely flat. I called them and they told me a patch doesnt guaranteed its going to fix the leak. Well why didnt you tell me that before I had the patch put on. Im not looking for a half fixed job I want my tires fixed the right way. Now they want to sell me a new tire and they wont repatch my tire even though I purchased the warranty and they didnt fix the flat in the first place. Unbelievable the work force that exists now.

Last week I was in the area and before driving back to the city I realized my rear tire was getting pretty low. I stopped by and got absolutely a 5 star service. Patrick helped me out, he was nice, friendly and Professional but most importantly is that I didnt feel like he was trying to upsell me a new tire I dont need or find other things to replace so they can make more money. by the time I got lunch across the street my tire was fixed and my car was ready. thank you guys for great service.

Good place, formerly NTB (National Tire & Battery). They were bought it by Mavis. They no longer carry the more expensive tires NTB did, instead they are lower cost and overall the costs are reduced. Service was great, and they still honored the tread warranty on my tires from NTB. Overall I would recommend them and use them again.

I bought a set of tires at this place when it was NTB back in 2019. Today I thought I had a tire problem. Tim Lindberg, the store manager, was very helpful and checked the tires and then did a test with car on the rack to determine it was probably a wheel bearing problem. They rotated the tires and gave me a quote. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Got new tires on my 2012 BMW X5 which they price matched. Excellent service! Im happy they are open on Sundays.

Highly NOT RECOMMENDED to do the wheel alignment from this location. They will ruin your car and will tell you to leave the store and deny to re-check or give you a refund.I bought Brand new Michelin defender tires from Costco a day before and visited to Mavis for wheel alignment just because Costco said you may void your warranty if not do alignment. After the alignment was completed, I found my car is pulling to the left while holding the steering straight. I called the location same day and took the appointment for check next day.I reached the store back and spoke with Mr. Patrick. He asked me what lane were you driving when you faced this issue? I said I was driving in right lane then left lane. left lane and a middle lane and I tried many different roads and even at route 59 which is very wide road but car is going slightly to the left . He cut me off and said TELL ME WHAT EXACT Lane you had this issue?His sound got louder with my detailed explanation and I said it does not matter what specific lane is involved, bottom line is, any lane you drive it is just pulling slightly on the left.He told me to leave the store and denied to check again because I was failed to give him exact lane which just do not make any sense to me. I believe this is against the company policy as I was told initially we will cover 90 days. I asked him can you please issue me the refund since you are denying to check again and he said NoThere were another customers in the facility and he did not care anyone. I asked him is that how you guys are taught to speak with the customers and he replied YesI went to Firestone straight from there and they gave me the report showing clearly there were many red marks and by the steering side and definitely needed alignment. I paid them and they fixed my problem.Oh my God.. I cannot expect doing such type of behavior and technical work specially in Naperville area.I opened the case with corporate as well to investigate.

Highly recommend. I was not expecting the quality of care/service provided from Tim, Gage, and the entire staff and cant say enough great things. I brought my car in because I thought the brakes needed to be replace from the grinding felt. After inspection, they found my brakes to be completely fine however they wanted to ensure this at which the mechanic Gage decided to drive my car and he too experienced the same grinding that happens with me. They throughly inspected the car again and still, no indication of the grinding source. They could have let me leave not knowing if my car is safe to drive however Tim, one of the managers, took it upon himself to drive my car to see if he could have the grinding experience. No luck for him so he ended up having me drive while he was in the passenger seat to show him what I experience and while on the drive, Tim was very informative and reassuring - he never tried to upsell me anything I didnt need. After all their time/effort put into deducing the problem, they ended up unjamming a rock that was stuck. They spent about an hour in total and when I fully expected a labor/time charge, Tim informed me I didnt need to pay for anything - I was in shock. You would have been charged as such anywhere else. I have never been so satisfied with such an experience and will be a long standing customer. Thanks guys for going above and beyond!

Being a young women, Ive always had some struggles with getting fair quotes and recommendations, but here they truly only recomended what was absolutely nessisary and really gave the best (lowest) price!! So thankful for theyre respect and kindness!! Truly one of the best auto experiences Ive ever had!!

I went to Discount Tire first, just to get a slow leak fixed and they wanted me to stay there and wait inside my car for three hours since I didn’t have an appointment.Nice work Tim and crew!

As a consummate DIYer I do not like to pay others to work on my car. I always feel like I am getting ripped off. Mavis Tire and breaks has changed my mind. When I called and spoke to Mario for a quote to clean and reseat the beads on my leaking tires, I was pleasantly surprised. The quote was reasonable. Mario made sure the 8 year old tires were holding pressure, and he explained the tires were actually past their end of life expectancy. There was no pressure to purchase tires, but he did say they will need to be replaced soon. THIS is great customer service!! While he may not have sold me tires today, Mavis Tire has jumped to the top of my list for any automotive needs in the future. January 20, 2021Naperville MavisSetup an appointment for 1200 pm to have 4 Michelin Defender LTX m+s on my 2013 Ford Explorer wheels that I dropped off. Went on some errands, 25 minutes later they were done.As to Patrick who took care of me at the front counter was not versed on commercial accounts as are many other Mavis Tire Centers. I normally have to struggle through this process. by the time I got back to pick up my tires, Patrick had figured out how to properly bill my commercial account as to were other have failed. to thumbs up to these folks an the service techs whom were polite and speedy.thanks guysJohn D.P.S. more cars to come

Just used them for an alignment. They asked me if I I wanted a burned out brake light replaced, and I said yes. They charged me $42.79 to changed 1 bulb! Jiffy lube told me that would do it for $10.My fault for not checking with them, but I expected a charge around $20.They also told me my rear tires needed to be replaced. Costco told me they didnt.The issue with ntb is that you cant trust them.

Rex was my guy for years and they always treated us well.First and last oil change now that its Mavis. My regular $26 oil change was $51. Your only oil option now is synthetic or high milage oil as they no longer carry standard oil.Sent Mavis corporate their survey that they need to do some market research as the 2 competitors across the street do. Still even waiting on a thanks for taking the survey

Went there to have a service done in January, Cost me three times the price another shop Estimated. Went to NTB right away trusted them, they’ve always been the place I go to replace my tires on all my cars. They’ve definitely lost my trust when I called the representative to ask why they charged three times the price they made some excuse about labor laws. Disappoint Thought I found a good one

Adrian helped with my purchase/service. He honored a buy 3 get one free tire sale that he quoted me the month before. I had an issue with understanding how the price broke down on the invoice because I had purchased one tire during the recent visit and got the last 3 this time. The price of the tire went down, but they used the higher price for the discount. The invoice breakdown was not detailed and the explanation of the discount was wrong. The manager was extremely rude when I tried to ask him about how they came to the discount amount. He replied with an attitude, saying they were doing me a favor, and he couldnt help me with anything else. I told him I couldve went somewhere else, so they werent doing me a favor on anything. He said the buy 3 get one free sale was over, even though they had a big sign with the sale right behind it. He said they need to take down that sign. It was complete bs. I am never going there again. The rudeness of the manager was extremely uncalled for and he needs customer service training.

I came to get two new tires today. I give both TIM and REX an A+ For their customer service! The Service was super speedy as well. No complaints

Andreas is wonderful! For weeks I was pulling in to have a leaky tire filled until I had time to have it properly checked out. Today the problem was permanently resolved. Can’t say enough about the service, kindness and expertise here. Thank you!

Update: Down to 2 stars. Booked an appointment for an oil change compatible with my car (per their website) but turns out it actually is not compatible which I was told when I checked in. Thus, the cost doubled for an oil change that is compatible. Not this locations fault, but the websites fault. Waste of time and gas. I declined service in the end since I know I can go to the dealership for a cheaper oil change. Very disappointed as I had this appointment planned out, and now I have to figure something out again with my schedule elsewhere...Due to the pricing, if I were you, Id shop around more for a better deal, whether brakes or an oil change etc.Original review:Good price on a tire rotation.. but tried to upsell me on something totally not needed and tried to overcharge me by A LOT. I said no to the service and took it elsewhere for the brakes at a fraction of the cost. Id go back for just a tire rotation though.
