I dont know where to begin but Shariff & his staff are #1 auto mechanics! I went to 3 others, paid a lot for diagnostics with inflated repair prices in Naples. I took my Lexus GX 460 to the dealer for a brake issue. The dealer said there was nothing wrong. Brakes continued to degrade. I took it to Lexpert and they diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and the brakes are back to normal. I highly recommend this place. The owner was very nice and responsive. Price was very fair also. I have benefited from their advice and service ever since I bought my 2010 Toyota Siena. It still runs like a top. If I have a question about a light on the dash, they answer it over the phone or tell me to stop by and they will look at it. More than a few times they simply flipped a switch or did some other magic and I was away...no charge. They really have become more like friends than a service provider. For years they serviced my 1992 Lexus SC 400 until I sold it 2 years ago. Sharif and his team are great!

I was a little hesitant about price, tried to negotiate for a few minutes and they kicked me out, refusing to work on my carIn response to your reply, Germain allows me to bring my own parts and offered me a far lower rate than just your hourly cost. At a place like that, it usually just takes talking to a supervisor or manager to get a better rate or discount. Obviously thats not the case with your company.

Great service with no BS.I have an 08 Highlander that was dealer serviced up North so naturally when it came here I went to the local Toyota shop. After several disappointing service visits, call backs, sticker shock and even sorry we forgot to order your part; I sought out a better solution. A local mechanic recommended Lexpert due to some rusted bolts on my intake that needed to come out to access the sparkplugs. They did a full inspection, found a leak in the cooling system and recommended a new timing belt, water pump and radiator in addition to what I asked. A few months ago I asked another mechanic to inspect the cooling system, it was 10+ years old OEM and was told it looked good. They changed the coolant and sent me off. Shariff started with lets prioritize what needs to be done and go from there. In the end, we skipped the plugs, got a new FOB to replace one that broke, and did the rest of the work. I had borrowed a neighbors car while mine was in the shop, a Lexus, and had a problem with the brake light staying on. Chris fixed it with a field modification in the parking lot and wished me a good weekend. About a month had passed when I realized that I had forgot to ask about water seeping into the cabin during heavy rain. I had replaced a windshield this summer and assumed it was related. Again Shariff had his guys check it out in the parking lot when I stopped by, no appointment. They found that the drain line from the sunroof was causing the problem and we booked an appointment for the next day. In the end, they were able to remove some debris from the drain line but had to strip apart several areas to get access. The problem was resolved the same day and I left very pleasantly surprised with the final cost. I think the best compliment is a repeat customer, and Im glad my Highlander has found a new home for service.

If you own a Lexus or Toyota and it needs repair or service, take it to Lexpert. My family only owns Lexus and Toyotas because of Shariff and his staff. Top notch service and professionalism.

Honest and reliable

I recently purchased a used Lexus from Shariff (serviced at Lexpert Automotive for many years). I could not have been more pleased with his professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge of his craft. The shop itself is clean, accommodating, and well-managed. As a Palm Beach resident, I only wish I lived closer! If you live in the Naples area, Lexpert should be the first call you make if considering service for your Lexus/Toyota.

Lexpert Automotive is a great alternative to taking your Lexus or Toyota to a dealership. The prices are fair, the staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable, and the work they perform is outstanding. I live in North Port, but its always worth making the drive down to Naples to visit Shariff and his crew. I would recommend them anytime.

One of the best auto repair places in swfl. Theyre affordable, professional, Shariff is a great likable professional owner and Chris is the reason i am a customer of theirs when it comes to auto work.They are helpful and if you have a toyota or a lexus they should be your #1 choice whether youre in fort myers, cape coral, lehigh, naples, anywhere within 50 miles.Everyone in cape coral and fort myers gauges their customers for ridiculously easy work. Not lexpert. They charge a fair agreeable price and they tell you upfront what itll cost specifically for labor.I drive Uber and Lyft and lemme tell ya. I trust them to do all my automotive work. I do not care about the drive there.
