The rating is only a 1 star because I cant give 0.All of the work done for our boat should have been warranty and an issue with Evinrude. For the work, the mechanics were great. The owner, however, is arrogant, condescending, and disrespectful. If you have to use this business, try to work with the mechanics and avoid the owner.

Took my boat for a week here and paid $165 for them to say it needed water deflectors fixed and a quote of $800-$1000 (if they dont brake a head bolt.)Put it in the water and wouldnt even start. I realized the fuel line was completely disconnected. Got the boat to a honest and good mechanic. Fixed on the same day, problem was a spark plug wire disconnected and thermostat. Fixed for $180... very glad to have found a good mechanic elsewhere.

I LOVE THESE GUYSI was taking my boat for repair to a place close to my house and spending money and not getting the work done properly. I have an older motor that is not made anymore and parts are difficult to find. Well, I want to say that the mechanics at Gulf Coast Marine know what they are doing. We had a fantastic day on the water yesterday and the boat has never run better. Ill never go anywhere else but Gulf Coast Marine for my boat repairs.
