Great customer service. Everyone there is very nice.

Came into Naples for the weekend and unfortunately caught a flat. Out of all of the tire shops that I called this morning, this was the only one ready and willing to help me. I didn’t even have to make an appointment. They were so kind and professional and although I may not be a local, whenever I am back in town, this is my tire shop.

Tire Choice on Green Blvd. is OUTSTANDING !We take our cars for oil change there, but this time I needed new tires for my SUV. Manager took time to find very good brand tires for a very good price.Service was fast, office is clean and organized.Very polite and friendly staff.Very impressed !

I brought my car in because it was overheating. It was discovered that the seal on the water pump had went bad and the pump needed to be replaced. Chris the manager and Jorge the mechanic are top notch. They got me back on the road in no time and I feel the price for the work was very fair. Ill definitely be back in the future!!

Not only did they match the big box stores price, they beat it in excess. Within 2 hours of my initial quote, the tires were delivered to their shop & had them installed.A spotless facility & prompt professional service.

Arrived on Monday morning said Good morning to the person at the counter and he did not even responded. I asked to fix a nail in one of my car tires. While I was waiting at the lobby, he came back and hit the window with a screwdriver to call me to the shop. He wanted to show me according to him that the tire couldn’t be fixed. He gave me some story just to sold me another tire. The tire was fixed at another place. These at the people that destroy businesses with the poor customer service.

Best services in town, ask for appointment for oil change by the phone and they will be able to take me in as soon as arriving, excellent services and for sure I will make my car services place, thanks again for the service.

I need a 2 tires balanced for my truck, I call the place before arriving and asked if they could do it right away says I was traveling to which they replied yes . When I did arrive not 6 minutes later they just had me waiting around this and take my name or any information. Finally decided to come into the reception area and ask me to put my car in the Bay once there they looked up my tire and said O you have a plug on it so thats the problem with the fire and we cant balance it you need to buy a new 1. After leaving their and going to a reputable tire store they said that the tire was fine and that particular tire did not need to be balanced the balance problem was on the other tire. I felt from beginning that they were just trying to sell me Tires even though the only thing I wanted was a balance. I will not be going back to that store

I visited Tire Choice on Green Blvd. My mom told me to come here. Yes perfect place for a woman to go get her car fixed. They totally took care of me without trying to rob me. Amazing people with excellent service!I drive an old 2003 Ford Focus, and ever since I moved to Naples Ive been taking it here to get serviced. Both Jorge A. and Portia have helped me greatly in ensuring my safety and providing wonderful customer service.A shout out to Jorge Fuentes who helped fix my engine to where it feels like a brand new car!! Previous car shops had told me that rattling engines are common in old cars, but little did I know that my engine parts were deteriorating and went undetected for 3 years until it was inspected here.Everything is fairly priced and staff will make sure you get the best deal possible. They are very thorough with their work and are very personable with customer satisfaction and safety when going back out on the road. These guys are the best!! :)

We had an emergency on our way to Miami from Clearwater - a blowout on 75 in Naples. Tire Choice was closest with great ratings and we experienced why. This was probably the most pleasant oil change and alignment appointment of my life. Portia is ridiculously accommodating. She has the type of people skills that can’t be taught. And Jorge did everything he could to suit my needs. All I can say is thank you.

I live in the cape and work in Naples. I needed tires and this was the only place who answered my call on new years eve. I was in and out. They were super friendly and helpful. I will always go back to them and refer anyone looking for a mechanic. Hands down....best around.

I decided to try this place out for an oil change because the location was convenient for me and seemed clean. First of all oil changes here are very expensive. I paid less at Toyota for an oil change. I came out spending $148 for an oil change, and air and cabin filter to be changed because they said I needed it. I also waited over an hour for this and got there before they even opened. All this was kind of like ok whatever I needed it done, fine. The worst part is when I got back in my car, oil was smeared on the steering wheel, the inside of the driver door, and all my stuff from my glove compartment was just dumped on the floor of the passenger side. I will not be returning as that left a poor impression on me.

Under new management and these guys do a great job of looking out for the customer, working to meet your needs at a fair price. When I was ready to get rid of my 2001 Civic, they gave me a fair price to replace my broken cylinder and gaskets. This saved me a car payment for the next two years!

Just recently move from Texas to Florida and I can’t explain how good I feel it after went to the store in Saturday to buy tires, first of all I set up an appointment for 1:30pm and called to the store to find an early spot that I can fit because and inconvenience in my family, I dropped the car and the guy in the desk, Spanish and well educated, talk me It will take to 1- 1:30 hours to do the job, well I took less than that, the job was phenomenal and impecable I never see a shop more professional and for sure they make me a customer for life in the shop, thanks guys for excellent job.

Wonderful customer service! Helped me with brakes and rotor issue; went above and beyond. No hesitation recommending them. Everyone if you need brakes, tires, flushed brake lines, and rotors this is the place to go!!! High highly recommending them for the great job they do.

Went in for an alignment and installed 4 tires. The staff was friendly and helpful. Got a good price compared to the other tire places nearby. They always seem to be busy, so plan ahead. Overall a great experience.

They were awesome, fast and to the point when I came in for diagnostic (which ended up being free) I was able to get in the next morning. Above all, they were very affordable, and personally worked with me so I could keep my Jeep on the road, and I actually understood what was wrong. Totally recommend, as this may have actually been my first GOOD experience in getting my Jeep worked on.

A few weeks ago, my assistant took my ranger rover in to patch a low tire. He walked out being sold a life time warranty on a new tire. Tire Choice bent the rim when replacing the tire. Starting that day we get 30-40 minutes before it goes flat. My assistant went back in to talk to them a few times and they of course said it wasnt them. Before they touched it, no rim issue, after they touched it, rim issues. Dont be fooled by the rebranding, Tires Choice is the same old Ric Johnson crew up to the same old trick. Do not go here! Stay far away!

I just had an emergency with a tire at 6pm, almost an hour after they were closing. I pulled in to their store and the manager and Miguel, a super employee, were kind enough to help us in our moment of despair! We had gotten a 6” masonry chisel in our tire as we were driving down Collier Blvd to drop our dogs off for the weekend. Although they made an attempt to fix the tire I asked them to replace it because I didn’t want to tempt fate and have any issues going forward. They had a tire my size and replaced it, quickly. I am so amazingly grateful at their ability and willingness to help!! I will be back to this store and send business their way! Thanks guys!!

I can say enough about the amazing service I received. After having a horrible experience at different tire store that I had been taking my vehicles to for almost 20 years. I walked in to Rick Johnson on Green Blvd and was greeted as soon as I walked in. Nick the store manager gave me a great deal on tires and had my truck done in no time. I was treated with respect and got great service from all the staff. I would recommend this Rick Jonsons location to anyone who wants great service and has a respectable staff. I will only take my vehicles to Rick Johnsons Green Blvd location for anything in the future.

Driving up from Miami when tire light came on. Stopped at Rick Johnsons and spoke to the store manager Chris. He checked the tires and found nothing then told me it was probably due to the cold weather. He put air in the tires and no problems after that. Very nice and professional. I appreciated his honesty.

I called ahead and made sure that they were available for an oil change. I ended up waiting 2 full hours to get my oil changed.The gentleman at the front counter was very nice but unfortunately It didnt seem like they had the paperwork end of things together.I would love to give them a better review but two hours for an oil change is bad

Used to take my car here after a friend recommended it. The oil change was at a reasonable price and staff was always very honest. Now the oil change is expensive.

My experience was certainly less than one star. I’m a woman and off course they absolutely took advantage of that matter and besides of overcharging for the terrible service they provided, the next day my car broke down and when I took it back they refused to take any responsibility about it, claiming that it’s was a new problem with the water pump. The mechanics lack knowledge and experience as well as the customer service department. Terrible experience. Won’t recommend this place to anyone.

We stopped to have a tire patched on our car while pulling a boat on a trailer. The manager Chris came right out to check the tire and even helped get blocks to secure the boat as the trailer was detached from the car. He got us in immediately! He told us it would be done in 15 min and it was. He told us to get a free cup of coffee while we waited. Then he cane back outside to check on us and offered help to get the trailer hooked back up. He was very kind and professional all with a big smile during the whole processi! He went above and beyond to make our experience a good one! Would highly recommend him and this place!!! 😊

Took my mothers car here after getting a ridiculous estimate from the dealership. They diagnosed and repaired for a fraction of the cost. Its good to find honest mechanics still exist. Would definitely recommend.

I went to get an alignment at the Golden Gate store. I walked in and was greeted by Chris the manager. He told me how much it was and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Chris was straight forward and I liked that about him. I would go back again for the great service.

Do not go there if you value your time and money. First when I made the appointment I asked about the oil change special for 14.99 they said yea no problem.... when I got there it was magically increased to 25.99. I would have over looked this if the service was good. My appointment was for 9am. ... no problem.. I got there at 9:01... I was told 45 minutes... not happy but OK I’ll wait why did I have appointment?... I didn’t leave until 10:58. That’s what got me upset. I have out of state tags maybe that’s why they decided to screw me. 2 in state cars came in after me and left before me with the same service. The guy at the service counter had nothing to say except I’m sorry. I am the General Manager in my business, I would have never treated a customer the way I was treated today. Naples residents be warned if you have non Florida tags beware they will take advantage of you! They don’t seem to care, they have multiple locations, go elsewhere if you value your money and time.
