I run 5 Radio Stations in the Naples, Fl. Area and went into this store to buy 2 different light bulbs for our recording studios. This was on 9/27/2021. I handed the 2 bulbs to the employee and he went out on the floor to retrieve the bulbs I needed. I returned to the station and one set of bulbs worked fine, however the other bulbs did not fit the lamp i needed it for. I then returned to the store on 9/29/2021 to try to swap or exchange for the right one. On this day it was a different employee who told me because the package was opened, I could not exchange it. I then stated the other employee got the bulbs off the floor after I had given him the old bulb I had brought in. It was the employee’s fault for getting me the wrong bulb, and they should make it right and get me the right bulb. The employee working on 9/29/2021 seemed agitated, and was quite rude to me. He would not help me anymore, and would not let me speak to anyone in management, and said they have no corporate offices. He then said a manager would be coming in soon, and I said I would wait and talk with him. The employee then went to his co - worker, and they were laughing at me and the situation. I asked what they were laughing at, and the employee became very aggressive yelling and cursing at me and told me I had to leave the store.

I had purchased a car battery for my Nissan Altima from the Batteries Plus store on Tamiami Trail in Naples, FL back on 9/30/2019. This summer I had to have AAA come and jumpstart it twice. Then I found the receipt that I had kept which said that it was under warranty until 9/30/2021. I took it back to the store this afternoon and after a thorough diagnostic testing, Dan told me that the cranking amps were very low and I did need a new battery. He swapped it out with a brand new one. I was so impressed. Batteries Plus has a customer for life and I will recommend this store to anyone who asks where they should go for any battery help!

Fantastic experience as Batteries Plus actually had a battery and a back cover(mine cracked from the swelling / bad battery) for my Galaxy Note 5 (older model) phone in stock. The young man, sorry, I didnt get his name, was very helpful and found the size that I needed and wrote it down for me so I would get the right one next time. I thought that to be very kind. Batteries Plus in Naples on US 41 has been a great place for me to get batteries and bulbs since I moved to Naples. The employees there have always been very professional and friendly. They have tested batteries and helped me get hard to find bulbs for old light fixtures and car bulbs. This is a great place!

We ordered the replacement batteries for two UPS devices online and we were in and out in less than ten minutes, with the replacements installed - it was like a NASCAR pit stop! :). They provide a great service at a fair price, and have some interesting impulse buys that turn out to be pretty useful as well. Highly recommended!

Apple store told me my shattered iPhone screen could not be replaced and my only option was to buy a new phone. These guys were great! They replaced my phone screen in 30 minutes with a 6 month warranty and a screen protector for less than Apple charges. Awesome customer service.

This location sucks. I have been to several and have used their services for multiple repairs. They state on their website that they fix garmin and I called to verify that fact and was told to bring it in. I did and got a rude arrogant individual that obviously does not know how to deal with people. Yeah we have over 700 locations and they all carry different things. Thanks for the store count which is irrelevant during our conversation. There are multiple ways to address customer issues. You sir dont know how to deal with people and be tactful.

Placed an online order and received an email in less than an hour stating the order was ready for pickup. Core charge for 6 batteries was refunded to my card upon my arrival. Clerk removed old and placed new batteries in my car. Everything went smoothly and in short order. I deducted one star because it was obvious the sales clerk was unhappy to be there which he in turn gave my wife and I the impression he was unhappy we were there. Customer service is important in retail if you are hoping for referrals and return business. Cheer up a little.

Very poor warranty replacement policy! Would not take 1 year old battery back (2 years warranty) manager is rude on warranty claims!Took batterie back home changed for one day again went to the Bonita Springs store - same no warranty policy! Left battery there to recharge again and to retest - finally they replaced it under a defect! Will never buy from them again! Dont belief in their warranty- drove 30 miles twice to get it replaced!

Talked to a couple of different guys the last few days about purchasing a jump starter that was going to do the job that I needed. Very helpful. Went in today to finalize my decision and the young guy behind the counter seemed to be completely annoyed with questions and my lack of knowledge about the product. More than condescending, borderline rude. I have to say I about walked out but decided to give the kid the benefit of the doubt. If I knew everything I wouldnt need them, I would have gone straight to Amazon!!!!He needs to be reminded who pays his paycheck and keeps the lights on, The Customer.Other than that, the store seemed to have just about everything I could think of battery wise and pretty good prices too.

Stay away, rude and creepy. Was a multi time repeat customer, yet the manager (and only employee wonder why) very rudly refused to repair a phone without unnecessary access to data they had not required in previous repairs.

The folks there were courteous, helpful, and curteous.The teck tested my cars battery and confirmed my own diagnosis. The battery i ordered was on hand and installed (free test and install) quickly. As i was departing i inquired about how to obtain warranty should it be needed and found out that no warranty info had been given to me. I am assesing them a one star penalty for their oversight. They printed the warranty info at my request and i went on my way,satisfied.

My Iphone battery was going from 90% to 9% within a couple minutes. They replaced the battery in about 15 minutes. Thank you.
