Great experience and honest guys!! I stopped in to have a tired checked that seemed questionable and they told me it was fine and didn’t sell me a tire I didn’t need. Will definitely come back when I need to do a tire replacement. It’s refreshing to find friendly and honest service.

Avoid. The scheduling function on the website is a waste. I showed up on time and was told there was at least a 2 hour wait for an oil change. Next, I was given attitude by the guy who said youre dropping off, right. No, if I was dropping off, I would have taken my car to the dealer. Tires Plus is also one of those places where they bring out the sales sheet and offer to do more work at inflated prices. Lastly, they also cross sell their hyper-inflated credit card at a +28.8% APR.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIMEThis is the second time we made an appointment here and was told the service would only take an hour, and waited over two hours to have our service done. This time, we were told they were running behind about 30 minutes. 2 hours later and other people are getting in ahead of us who just showed up. Spoke to the manager and tech and told them we have been waiting for our 3PM appt, its 5PM and they havent touched our vehicle. Bought a lifetime service from them and they have no regard for customer service. And to top this all off, they are telling us we told them it was a drop off, and that is why they didnt honor our appt time. Get new management in here or better training! If you do not mind wasting your entire day, this is the place for you!

Tire Kingdom wasted my time and wanted to charge me more than I expected. All after I made an appointment! TIRES PLUS (where my wife goes) got the tires I wanted TODAY!! Dont EVER go anywhere else !!!...(its a waste of time & money) !!!!

I will not be returning to this location the. The service is sub par . The front desk personnel was rude and when I asked Paul to repeat the types of filter I needed for my vehicle he raised his voice at me and that was not okay. I buy my tires from Walmart because that’s what I can afford for my economy vehicle as a student. However Paul was rude mentioning to me out of the blue when I returned to pick up my car that my viva tires where off brand . He told me that Walmart is a cheap place to buy tires and for my vehicle because the tires come directly from China (personal bias) . I have been servicing my car with the same tires for over five years and I have been able to commute to my work and school. I again will not return to this tires plus and prefer to drive an extra 15 minutes to Bonita where Ron and the guys have respect for their customers !

Leo is so incompetent. I left my car for an alignment and was told that it would be ready the next day. Next day comes around, could not get a hold of him. I drive over to the tire place only to find it closed, my car outside and unlocked with all my registration papers inside. I tried to get a hold of someone two days after and was told they had no issues refunding me and giving me my keys back. Save yourself the money and trouble. Find another place that is not so incompetent.

Paul Marrone is unbelievably incompetent. Being a manager, this speaks volume for Tires Plus. Set up a company account. 1st visit was for oil change and went to pick it up, they had all the tires off and decided they need replacement without checking with owner. Gave them another chance, scheduled another truck 4 days ahead- for 2 front tires they had in stock. Dropped off at 8:00 am and went to pick it up at 4:30 pm and nothing had been done on the truck. Paul Marrone needs to be fired! Does not care and is horrible with customer service.

The counter staff and mechanics are great. The counter staff understand what the customer needs and informs them if any additional service needs to be done and what timeframe it needs to be done in (no pushy sales). The mechanics are friendly and quick. Theres not too much wait time despite the heavy amount of traffic. And if you dont want to wait the location is a walk away from nearly anything you could want. Overall, excellent place for quick and intelligent car service.

Came back 2hrs later and the truck was still not in the shop!!! Definitely never coming to this location of shopping with Tires Plus ! AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME!

I have had the worst experience with Tire Plus! I went in for some suggested work and after I left the lot (right before closing) my car started to make noise. I brought the car back and they basically told me my car should be fine, though I know I didnt hear any exaggerated sounds prior to them servicing my car. Long story short, I had to spend additional money (in the thousands) because I had no choice and needed my car. I filed a claim on July 31, 2020 and have yet to get anything resolved. I have called many times (even at the corporate level) and have yet to get my claim situated, despite their 72 hour call return policy. I wouldnt suggest their work- I think it should also be mentioned that this is the first time I have EVER had car issue since having my car.

I dont recommend to get the complete vehicle inspection, I drobve in with an empty windshield washer fluid tank and even with the paid complete vehicle inspection they didnt refill the windshield fluid tank, so that just made me think that they probably dont check anything, I told them about it and they offer to fill the windshield fluid, but I told them is not just that you guys didnt do it, is that I dont trust that you did the inspection at all. So I said no thank you.

Everyone there is knowledgeable and kind. I was offered a free oil change on my next visit due to a long wait period. However, in my opinion, the wait was not long at all compared to other companies. I am extremely satisfied and grateful.

I had an appointment today at noon, dropped my car off at 11:00 a.m. I was told it would be done by 3:30 got there by 3:30 and my car wasnt even started on. Ive been a customer with tires plus for almost 14 years and this visit was unacceptable.

Got there 4 minutes to closing and the manager changed the flat tire so I could continue in my way home. Thank you!

Christina, Anthony, and Reggie were awesome to deal with. Helped us out with a rental car that had 4 bad tires. They were patient when we were upset and even used personal connections to contact Enterprise to speed up the process. Top notch place with top notch service.

Ive been a customer on and off the past 6 years of this location and several others. It was pretty decent in years past but of recent experiences with mine and my wifes cars we have always had issues with service. On her car they didnt patch the right tire when she took it in, and today they didnt rotate my tires even though the invoice indicated they had. I cant trust this shop anymore if they cant do the basic things I ask. I see a lot of older people at this shop and I hate to think that some may be getting taken advantage of based on my last few interactions and these business practices.

We have had every vehicle we own serviced here for repairs and maintenance. We have come to trust them. Trust is hard to come by when it comes to vehicle repair and maintenance mechanics. Paul the manager of this location is great to work with and is very knowledgeable with eons of experience. All of the mechanics we have had at this location are very good.

I forgot the mans name but when he sees this he will know who thid is. I brought in an electric scooter and i needed to put on a solid rubber wheel. Long story short from the reviews on Amazon you would think it eas madefrom sheer metal an not rubber... the hardest tire to put on in the existence of the world. Well he did it. He got it on. My wife and I have been using Tires Plus faithfully for at least 10 years... The manager, Paul and Asst. manger Reid are the best... they recognize us each time we come in, they are always cordial and the service is always TOP NOTCH! What we like the most is the fact that if either my wife or I go into Tires Plus, not once have they ever tried to nickel and dime us for services we dont need! Great service, great prices... we will keep coming back!

Paul over charged me on two wheel bearings... 1.5 hrs $720.00No water or coffee available while sitting with my mom in a wheelchair after doctor appointment... Also the other guy just charged me 370.00 for 2 tires. No discounts, no extra check fluids. Just full price and I have been coming here for 11 years. Time to change shops.

These people are very customer oriented. I had called and been to a competitor nearby and the treatment I received coupled with the reception, left a lot to be desired. Tires Plus had three people in the front desk, Joe, whom I spoke with was super friendly and professional. The entire staff made me feel cared for, kept me informed throughout and honestly show that they value my business. I recommend this place for tires any day!

Great experience! Reid was very accommodating with my schedule. I had my 60k mile Lexus recommended service done in a very timely fashion. Glad I found this place vs the dealership! I came in with worn-out tires that I was also looking to change out but they only recommended and changed two. This is an honest buisness with quality work done. Got a nail in my rental cars tire. They were very close to my hotel. Got me right in and said about an hour. Being Im from Ohio and also a certified mechanic I thought.... okay they are backed up. I watched the mechanic pull the car in, take a break. Rack the car up, take a break. Pulled the wheel off talked, with a co-worker. No wonder a 20 min job took an hour. I feel sorry for the residents who actually take thier car there.

Paul and team are really great. We had a rental car and they are an approved service provider. They were very helpful and provided great service. We had to wait for approval from the rental car company and met many loyal customers in the waiting room.

They fixed something that I didnt ask them about. And they always make me feel like I am visiting a friend. Nice people!

Their customer service is, at best, mediocre.Had a follow up appt. Was ignored for first 10 min then blown-off for another 10 while the 2 men behind the counter worked on their monitors. They only acknowledged me after a customer who just walked in asked if i was in line or had already been helped. Only then was one of the staff willing ask if I needed assistance.

They dont honor their 59 min oil change with appointment. Took 100 minutes and I email Tires Plus with no reply. I knew when I drove up they were over booked and I had my family with me thinking it would be quick. Never waited more than 10 minutes for the drive in ones like Valvoline Instant Oil Change which cost the same.

So it cant be a 5 star because I had set an appt and then showed up and was told they couldnt take care of me. But they made up for it with a discount and I must admit that they are at least honest with you. I need 4 tires, but with a leak in my rear shocks the manager advised me to not get the rear tires unless I can replace the shocks, as they will end up damaging the new tires. So that boosted this up a star from the 3 I was going to give. Thanks Paul for your honesty, Ill make sure to come back for the other tires when I replace the shocks.

Great Service. No B.S. Could have charged me more than they did. While I was waiting, another couple came in for tire rotation. The mechanic came in and told them that the rear tires were more worn than the front, so no rotation was needed. He could have just taken their money, but didnt. Honesty speaks volumes. I have been there for battery replacement...when I got car AC was not working, they told me that system needs to be reprogrammed ....in 2 days they could not do it and finally they told me that motor for ac is not working and it is 300$ and more..this is a disaster..no more TIRE PLUS....

I had an appointment at 4:30 to get atire fixed which Ibought at tires plus. I asked the man at the counter if they would also be able to do an oil change. He said no problem should have you out the door by 6:00 which seemed kinda long but im a patient understanding person. Until 6:10 rolled around and my car wasnt even in the garage yet. I politely asked for my keys and left. They always overbook at these places. Im not buying yjeir tites anymore their customer services is terribleGo somewhete else. Naples firestone which is affiliated is no better.

Tires Plus in North Naples, corrected a big mistake that another service center made on my mothers car, and Tires Plus did not charge her. My husband and I have been dealing with Tires Plus for several years, and we recommend them to our friends.
