First time to burn, had a great time and first class service by the staff, even on a busy night. Hats off. Great drinks and cigars, definitely one of the best late night places to hang out casually in mercato.

Fabulous, afternoon stop in with girlfriend. Wanted a mid day cocktail after lunch and to visit. Well appointed, good price on alcohol, drank martinis, service excellent. Inside or outside, several smoking cigars not offense of at all, and I dont smoke my friend does.

Ask for Kayla! She is the best bartender! We ended up going there twice while in town. It is a cigar bar, you can purchase the there. Live music was on point. You can smoke in there, so not for everyone. We had the best time dancing and smoking cigars. Cigs are also allowed. There are many late night bar and clubs in the area to bar hop. Hands down my fav place while visiting last week.

I just moved here from California. I went to a few places in Mercato, but Burn is my spot. Its a great place to chill after work for me. Get a nice cigar and a drink, and just relax. Plus, they have a great bartender, even if she is a Raider fan!

The place was very lively! The staff was very accommodating for our party of 12. The cigars and drinks are nicely priced. However you cant buy a lighter for under $30 which is stupid! But all of the staff had lighters to help, but who wants to keep asking for a lite.

Just trying out this cigar bar at happy hour. Its a little upscale for me and I probably stick out like a sore thumb. The service was impeccable from the bar tender Erica. I had Connecticut wrapper Rocky Patel that was very smooth. The gentleman (Jessie) was very polite and helpful. Happy hour here is from 2pm when they open until 7 pm. Drinks under $15 are 50% off and the higher priced ones are less off. The Rocky Patel cigars are 20% off. I saw a bunch of Porsches, Lexus and Maseratis in the parking lot.

Love this place, live music nights are awesome. Nish and Rocky always seem to be in attendance.But, please, please, please teach your bartenders how to pour a Guinness properly. There are 100 videos on YouTube for tutorials.

Fun place to sit back and wait up a cigar. The cigar selection is great. Everyone in there is really helpful I don’t make you feel weird if you don’t know your selection of cigars. They’ll even cut in like a cigar for you. Watch out the atmosphere is addicting if you stay there too long you might have three for cigars and not feel good like I did. I’ll go back. I was gonna give it some time though

My review is solely for the humidor, I did not stay or eat. The humidor and its selection were rather underwhelming. The humidor could be better organized. There was a range of Rocky Patel cigars, but nothing exclusive to the lounge. That was disappointing. I thought there would be lounge exclusives you couldnt get anywhere else. I really expected a lot more.

Make sure you make a reservation if you are going later in the day. Good cigar bar and great drinks!

Never had a bad time at Burn Naples. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Facilities were clean and the ventilation was great.

This is my familys favorite bar and they treat me TERRIBLE. It was before close and they would not allow us to use the womens room at 1:30 per the manager with the glasses.Extremely POOR customer service. Ive never heard of a bar closing the restroom while the place is packed with patrons.

Amazing place, pretty much one of a kind in Florida. There’s nothing like it. Wish we had one in Tampa, downtown would greatly benefit off of something like this considering the new wave of cigar lovers in the professional community.

Great location and ambiance, good selection of cigars and spirits, very friendly staff. But on the weekends seems more like a college night club with deafening music and nowhere to sit. I want to relax and enjoy my cigar, not attempt to smoke it on a dance floor. Also the bouncers are very rude. I probably wont be back on weekends but it seems okay week days before it gets crowded. Would rate higher but the bouncers have really turned me off to the place, and I was once a big spender there.

The staff is what makes this place one of my favorites.From the humidor staff to the bartenders they take care of you.Happy hour pricing is extremely reasonable, especially considering that this is Naples.The music talent that is brought in never disappoints. Come 10-11 pm the main area of the bar has become a dance floor, and not just one or two people.Recently remodeled the new design touches only enhance the overall experience and the outdoor seating is comfortable but on weekend nights better get there early as they go quick.Food can be ordered, and delivered, from the Cavo Lounge, and the ceviche and charcuterie plate are always amazing.

Been to several Burn locations, but this has the OG flair. The place is always hopping, with great cigars and drinks, or just good music and dancing. Highly recommend this place for at least a stop on your night out.

The selection in the humidor is not great.They do not let you cut and light your own cigar. Had an employee poorly light my cigar and then scorch it on a relight.As an avid cigar smoker, my experience was sub par.

A good place for drinking, smoking tobacco and dancing. It has a bar, a tobacco store and a beautiful outdoor terrace for relaxing. The music is spectacular, the atmosphere great.

Had a wonderful time at Burn. Very relaxing and laid back, made a few new friends. Cigars were amazing and the drinks were delicious. Bartender Johnny was very attentive to everyone’s needs. Will definitely return!! One thing I read in other reviews was something about a $10 entry fee, we did not encounter that. Also, the no flip flops for guys? No problem with that either. Are either one of these policies still in place? If so, that might present a problem. I can see charging a fee for bringing in your own cigars, or not ordering drinks...but I’m buying and drinking!!

Went with friends on a Friday night. Dressed in a nice long sleeve button down and dress shorts. It’s was 75 degrees out, and like many other Floridians, I was wearing flip-flops. The bouncer at the door informed me I could not come in because I was wearing open toed shoes. I had taken an uber to the business, and had no other shoes. I noticed several ladies wearing open toed shoes, and I questioned him if it was okay for women. He said yes it is. Nice double standard there. My party and I took our business to one of the other Mercado establishments and spent a couple hundred dollars there. Disappointed because I frequent the Cigar Bar downtown and in the Cape, and was looking forward to enjoying a nice cigar at Burn. If they don’t want my money, I’ll oblige. And I’ll share my experience with all of my cigar smoking family and friends

I am almost reluctant to post a review for BURN because I do not consider myself to be a primary client. I went with my husband and friends. I enjoyed a glass of wine while they enjoyed cigars and cocktails. Service was prompt and friendly. I did my best to stay clear of cigar smoke, but to be fair, it is a cigar bar.

Staffs knowledge of the spirit choices and how to pair them with the correct cigar was astounding. Great selection of single malts and other liquors. Amazing collection of cigars in the walk in humidor. The staff is very knowledgable with pairing a good cigar to your pour of choice

Fun spot to dance and be silly. It definitely seems like it is designed to make people mingle. A little tight and dark in some corridors but the dance floor is great. Strong drinks!

If your new to the cigar world like I am, Burn Cigar Lounge Naples is a great place to be. They have great prices on cigars and drinks, especially if you go during Happy Hour. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable about the cigars. Great Drink selections at the bar, Knowledgeable bartenders for paring drinks with the cigars, the layout of the building is very nice and appealing to the eye, the chairs are very big and comfortable to sit in, the middle tables are big so you can lay everything out (cutter, lighter, cigars, phone etc.) And not keep everything in your pockets.The manager Cosimo is great guy and has a great staff with them.Thank you Cosimo and Thank you Burn. You have a loyal customer in me.
