Taking into consideration this used to be a funeral home, I must say, if there are any 👻, they must love a great cigar... And great cigars they certainly are. The staff is warm, welcoming, and eager to assist... Any questions???? Vintinos more than likely has an answer. Vintinos is an amazing lounge with a great selection of cigars. The lounge is very clean, comfortable and offers everything Id expect from a high end cigar lounge. Great Internet, Televisions, conversations and most of all - a great humidor. The prices are very competitive compared to what Im used to up north.They cary all of my favorite brands including Oliva, Rocky Patel, Tatujaje and dozens of others.The staff and regulars are very friendly and make me feel at home whenever Im visiting!They also have a great covered outdoor patio with TVs and comfortable seating!

Needing some more cigars for my vacation I popped in Vintino Cigars because of the reviews and website.Im glad I did because the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I knew what I wanted and Joe took me right to those beauties. Best selection of Padron and Ashton cigars!! I found my go to place whenever I visit.

Terrible Management. Avoid like the plague.Called twice to see if you could smoke cigars outside. All yes/absolutely.Get here to watch a game. Ask again. Two people. Told yes.Sit down, order beer, wait until guy next to me fishes his lunch, light up.2 minutes later, manager tells me to put it out. Advised of my checking and told fine. She said, Don’t care”. Toldher I wanted to be reimbursed for my cigar. She said who told you that? I pointed at 3 people. After interrogating everyone I spoke to she returned and told me that she wouldn’t reimburse me. Didn’t even comp the one over-priced beer I had.Terrible customer service and management skills

The best cigar shop in Naples. The owners are quite knowledgeable. They are eager to assist you or answer any questions you may have. The shop is very comfortable. There are multiple places to sit inside, but they also have an outside seating area. They have multiple TVs throughout the They really seem to know what they are doing there. I would give them six stars if I could.
