Absolutely Superior collection of cigars. How could anyone wait this below five stars. They have the highest quality, incredibly diverse selection and all the prices are very reasonable. The customer service is also off the charts this is the place you want to go in Southwest Florida if you want a good smoke.

OK . The reason for this rating:1. I have been in the store . the store assistance in the store was outstanding. Also while at the store, not being a cigar aficionado, there is no help at all on information of the cigars that are being sold. So if you are new to the cigar world and dont know about cigars you will struggle in this store (there better info in cigar magazines that sell on line). The help is limited.2. After I returned back home I went on line to purchase some cigars.....WOW....THEIR ON LINE STORE IS A WRECK. THE CIGARS ORDEED WERE OUT OF STOCK, THE WOODEN BOXES WERE OUT OF STOCK . WHEN YOU CLICK ON A TYPE OF CIGAR, IT SHOULD SHOW YOU THE CIGARS. FOR THE COST OF THE CIGARS, THEY SHOULS BE ABLE TO SHOW YOU WHAT YOU ARE BUYING. THEY NEED TO HIRER SOMEONE TO REVAMP THEIR ON LINE STORE IF THEY CLAIMS ARE TRUE ABOUT BEING THE #1 STORE . This store is far from being a top notch store. The owner of this establishment needs to spend time in the store and look at his on line sale rather than travel around and met people in the cigar business.

Great selection and wonderful cigars. Try a we the people very enjoyable..... staff was definitely trying to push their own company cigars... but thats understandable.... and in the end I am glad they did. Marcus Daniel cigars will definitely be a regular stop for me whenever I drop into Naples.

Looks like a great selection, and my experience may have been the exception, but the younger man working literally asked me to leave 10min before the store closed. Blond male, working March 1st (for the managers reference). Unfortunate to have such a terrible experience based on such lousy service.

The cigars arent bad cigars, its just the price of the cigars doesnt match the quality. They are extremely overpriced and not to mention the sales people are extremely pushy on buying the Marcus Daniel products.
