My husband, 66 visited Beltone for a hearing exam and test and did indeed need hearing aids. I decided to go in the following week to get tested. I am 65. I worked with Javier. He and his team were terrific. Great customer service and they knew exactly what they were doing! Turns out I do not yet need hearing aids, but any other place may have likely tried to sell me on needing them. I sincerely appreciate Javiers honesty. Ill be back next year for my free check up. By far the best audiology services my wife and I havent ever received. Mr. Davidson and his staff are friendly, patient and very knowledgable. The hearing aids we purchased are fantastic and we highly recommend Beltone Five Star Hearing.

My aunts hearing was horrible but she refused to get tested. After meeting with the staff at Five Star she finally agreed to go for it. They put her at ease and explained everything they would do to improve her hearing. She is very pleased with the way they treated her and now she can hear again. I would highly recommend Five Star especially with stubborn patients.

My mother is 87 years old and my Father, whom is almost 90 years old was getting extremely frustrated, as everything he said he had to repeat and raise his voice with my mother. My Father seldom raised his Voice, unless he was mad at me or my sisters as Kids. LOLMy Mother was in Denial that she had any hearing problem. Myself and my Siblings Tricked and dragged our mother to FiveStar hearing. We took her to eat at Outback Steakhouse and after our meal, FiveStar was just a couple Businesses North of Outback Steak House on Tamiami Trail and on the same side of the Road. We had heard good things about FiveStar Hearing and decided to take mom in for a free exam. My 87 year old Mother was treated with the upmost respect and care and was fitted with the Newest Beltone Hearing aid, you cant even see it in her ear and she is extremly happy with her new Beltone Hearing aid. Mom says she forgets its in her ear as its so Lightweight. She actually said I cant believe I have waited this long to get this incredible device. Now my Father does not have to raise his voice anymore for her to hear him speak. If you have to trick them into getting an exam, just do it. Life is too short to go thru with a Hearing Deficency. Satified Customers indeed.

He has trained over a thousand licensed specialists in the proper methods of fittng appropriate instruments to the hearing impaired . He has spent his life helping them hear better.
