Stephanie’s customer service relations exceeded my expectations. She was able to take care of the issue with my lost hearing aid and process the warranty quickly and efficiently. I brought my mom to have her hearing aids checked out.We had a wonderful experience in the office. Stephanie at the front desk was very helpful making the appointment and so friendly on arrival. She immediately offered a beverage to us and had a big smile on her face.We met with Justin shortly there after. He was very knowledgeable and competent. He really took the time with my mom (89yrs old) and was so pleasant. Debbie and Jim are simply the BEST there is ! My Mom was rushed to the hospital with Covid 19 and needed batteries for her hearing aids.Not only did Debbie comfort me by saying how much they loved my mom, she put together some batteries and a box to keep her hearing aids in when not in use. I can’t believe what a difference my new hearing aids have made. Tammie Thompson did d an outstanding job explaining the hearing test results and fitting me. I was able to be fitted that day and it has opened up a whole new world. My wife and kids no longer have to hold their phones away from their ears while talking to me. I had no idea that I was talking so loud. In addition, I am able to hear myself playing guitar much clearer. Kudos to Tammie and Stephanie for taking such good care of me on short notice!

My husband, Bill, has been wearing Miracle Ear hearing aids for four years. Their new audiology specialist, Justin Norris, is a revelation. He improved the performance of Bills hearing aids to the point Bill was visibly moved, he could hear so much better. Justin - deaf since birth - knows what hearing loss is all about and is very good at his job and we highly recommend his expertise. Would give him 10 stars if we could!

I brought my father in for a hearing test and a possible fitting, which isnt easy for him to admit he needs help. He said Justin is a very nice, bright, funny young man and made him very comfortable and somewhat confident about getting hearing aids. I noticed Justin has hearing aids, as well. This office is managed by Justin Norris who is not only an expert but also has a hearing problem which gives her a great understanding of what those of us with hearing problems are going through. I recentlyhad problem with my TV connection to my hearing aids and Justin cameright over to my home and fixed it. He is incredible when it comes totechnicalities! HE IS DEFINITELY THE BEST YOU WILL EVER FIND!!!Another professional at the Naples Office is Justin, who has those same special qualifications (hearing problem)! My dad always schedules a re-check with Jim Lafferty when he visits me. His experience at his home Miracle-Ear just doesnt compare to the professional, caring and competent service that he receives here in Naples. At Jims suggestion, he traded in his relatively new hearing aids for a different model that is better suited for him. The adjustments are life changing as my dad can hear so much better and in many more situations. The service and manners of the personnel is superb and they try to help you as much as they can. However, the Cross technology is not yet superb to overcome the problem with single ear deaf/hearing loss.

My initial test was thorough and very professional. When I went to Jim Lafferty for the fitting and subsequent checks he was considerate and extremely helpful, especially when showing me where I had gone wrong with basic maintenance.I would recommend Miracle Ear to anyone with hearing problems.
