Natural Hearing Solutions in Naples, Florida are the best. Dianna at the front desk makes you feel very welcome. She is very kind and helpful. Tricea, has always been ready to help me whenever I called in. She gives the hearing tests and and does any followup I need. She is very knowledgeable and worked with me until the hearing aid was fit just for me. She is very kind and will spend the time to fully understand my needs. It is so exciting for me to have my hearing back. I am so thankful for them. My family is too as they get tired of repeating everything several times. It is so great to be able to hear the TV and be a part of social gatherings as I can hear what everyone is saying. I cant tell you enough how much it means to be able to hear again and what a great place Natural Hearing Solutions is.

Please ignore the one star reviews on this page as this has NOT been my experience at all. After working with Bob and my new hearing aids, there MUST be another side to these one star reviews.I have found Bob to be extremely knowledgeable, easy and honest to work with and completely willing and wanting to please in every way! Bob was instrumental from the beginning helping me select the hearing aids best for my situation. Everything happened just like he said it would. He place my order, called me when they arrived and promptly fitted and instructed me on how to use them. He has gone over and above to make sure Im happy with the product I selected and his services. He has even called me at home after hours to answer questions and walk me through resets. I strongly encourage anyone to give Bob a try, you will not be disappointed!

Ignore the one star review. I have dealt with Natural Hearing Solutions since 1915. Bob has been unfailingly pleasant, accessable and competent. He has resolved my hearing aid issues promptly. Bob has been scrupulously honest in his dealings with me.

Natural Hearing Solutions kept my aunts hearing aids for three months during which time they never sent them out for repair as promised. The assistant lied and said she did. In speaking with Siemans it was confirmed that they were never sent. The assistant provided a tracking number that the post office did not recognize. Then she said she went to the post office and found it - three months later. It makes no sense. We are hopefully receiving the hearing aids ourselves soon - without them having been repaired. Then we will find a place to get them fixed. In the meantime, my 80 year old aunt has been without them for three months. This is unconscionable, and is suspiciously like some kind of scam.
