I e never had an issue with Costco, but this department is horrible. I’ve left 3 messages for an appointment, and no one ever calls you back. I’m now making a trip into the store to make an appointment for an adjustment since there not working

This department should be shut down. I have called 16 times for over three weeks to get an appt yo set a hearing installation nobody has called me back ?!

Tried for 2 days to make appt. no one answers the phone!

Its Costco, what else is there to say
