Brook is very good at this hearing game. Was to 3 other Hearing Aid Solutions and Brook is the only one that got me to hear my wife clearly. (not convenient but necessary for a peaceful existence in my life). The service in the last year has been excellent. No foolishness but direct, proficient and effective in improving my hearing. Save yourself a lot of time searching for a hearing aid specialist that is professional, patient and, more importantly, responsive. I had a small issue with my hearing aid (operator error) and texted Jonathon after hours. He immediately responded and guided me through a quick fix and I was back in operation. That level of service is the norm for Jonathon. I’d still be waiting for a call back from one of the others. I wish my doctors and contractors were committed to his level of customer service. In addition, the hearing aids Jonathon provided are outstanding.

I originally bought my hearing aids in Kentucky and had so many reservations about the persons knowledge and customer service. Once we moved back to Florida, I immediately made an appointment with Jonathan to have my quarterly maintenance and cleaning. I was blown away by his knowledge and professionalism. As a disabled veteran with material deficiency in hearing, I have looked in Naples for a GREAT hearing aid facility. After almost ten years my search has come to an end. I found US Hearing Solution at 3147 Tamiami Trail in Naples. Mr Jonathan Costanzo provided excellent service with a real attention to detail. It was a pleasure dealing with him. My hearing is so much better after he had an opportunity to adjust, tune and clean my hearing aids.Do not get fooled by the advertisements for hearing issues. There are too many places in Naples where the staff would be better served selling used cars.

I realized something very interesting with my new hearing aids: although Audibel is an excellent brand with many important features, the capability of the audio consultant is even more important. Aside from the features, the audio consultant has to carefully listen to the user and make many fine adjustments to the devices to get the best results. My audio consultant, Jonathan Costanzo, performed miracles to get my new hearing aids to give me everything that I wanted for different audio situations. Over the years that I have worn hearing aids, I never found anyone who had the expertise, or took the time, to customize hearing aids to a level where they were fully useful. I had almost given up on hearing aids until I met with Jonathan and heard what he can do with the the Audibel devices.

Jonathan is always pleasant and helpful. He provides solutions and he knows his products very well but is not a high-powered salesman. He makes us feel quite welcome and we recomend him highly.

One of my hearing aids started to work sporadically. I did a drop-in at the Naples clinic and was treated wonderfully. The girl at the front desk was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. When she said I would need to leave my hearing aids to have them checked out, I said I would rather not. She immediately made an appointment for the next day and asked that if a cancelation occurred, would I be able to come in earlier. I agreed and was meeting with Jonathan, the hearing aid expert, later the same day. Jonathan was extremely knowledgable about my Via AI hearing aids and was able to reset them for better clarity in certain environments. He also checked my ears and removed wax that my MD couldnt. He cleaned and made sure that all was working properly before the end of my appointment. What a great experience. So relieved to have such a professional hearing aid service in Naples.
