John at City Mattress in Naples on Immokalee and I75 is super nice and helpful! My husband and I went in just to look and John educated us about the different mattresses and helped us narrow down what would work best for us. He wasn’t like the typical sales person who’s super pushy. You can tell he’s passionate about his job and helping people get the best night sleep possible. We ended up purchasing a mattress and adjustable frame that same day and he helped us save! If you’re in need for a mattress or frame I would highly suggest going to speak to John!

Our sales rep really got down to business, found us our new bed in probably 15 mins or less. Start to finish, couldnt have been more than 45 minutes, if that. Delivery crew was punctual and communicated to ensure we were home before lugging a bed up a flight. Affordable bedding, patient reps. This is a place to find the bed you actually want.

Your representative, John Folger, did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable, and not high pressure. We are pleased the mattress will work for both of our sleep styles. We look forward to receiving our mattress and box spring, in the near future

I stopped into City Mattress (first time ever) a few weeks ago not expecting to find what I was looking for (affordable twin beds) based on a few other furniture store visits earlier in the day. I was immediately greeted by John Folger who greeted me with a big smile and helpful attitude. I explained what I was looking for, and John immediately showed me several fantastic (as well as NICE yet affordable) options of what I needed without the stressful up sale type of routine. I appreciated very much how John listened and showed me exactly what I had in mind!. One of the mattresses I wanted was discontinued which meant that the 2nd one (I needed two) was not in stock. John and 2 other sales representatives quickly worked together as a team to find the item I needed through another location, with one of the ladies (Michele) volunteering to personally pick up the item herself to bring to their store! I was genuinely impressed with this stores staff and could not be happier with the items I bought.In fact, I loved the items I bought to much that I returned to the store a week later to buy duplicates of the same items for another area vacation rental property nearby that I own.I highly recommend and will continue to return myself for any future bedding related needs. Three of the nicest young men Ive encountered delivered it - to second floor condo - with gusto and good spirits. Then they assisted me with moving a bulky dresser from my garage up to my bedroom. Bought a bed from this company. I wanted ultra firm so I was offered a floor model for a discounted price. When the bed was delivered it was not ultra firm it had a terrible dip in it making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. It would dip even further down when I laid down on it. Not sure how a bed can change from firm to mushy in such a short period of time. Because it was a floor model they will not exchange it so there goes thousands of dollars for nothing. I will never do business with this company ever again.

My husband and I have purchased 4 mattresses from City Mattress beginning in 2008. My most recent was 9/9/2018. Purchased a new one NOT because I was dissatisfied with the Prana I had purchased in 2014 - but needed a firmer mattress for my back and neck. The sales clerk was very professional taking time to find just the right firmness for my issues. Delivery was made today the day after purchase. The delivery men were professional and pleasant. Carefully removed the box spring and mattress and brought the new one in placing it carefully. Extremely professional. This is the best company not only in Naples but in Florida. Would recomment City Mattress to anyone. The Best.
