We have been shopping at Naples Mattress, and working mostly with Patti since 2016 and it has always been a wonderful experience. Buying a mattress can can be a tough decision, and they have always been patient and knowledgeable, allowing us to try every mattress if we needed to. We just purchased our 6th mattress from them, and we were very happy again with the service. They even shipped a mattress to our house in NY. We highly recommend them.

Our experience with Shirley at Naples Mattress was great! The delivery was also prompt and exactly as promised.

Came here to just look around as we had already been to other mattress stores and had one picked out. Fortunately, we found a better mattress at an even better deal here at Naples Mattress. Another plus, Shirley was amazing. That woman made us feel right at home and really took the salesperson stigma out of our shopping experience. The previous salesperson at the other mattress store we visited said she had to call and see if she could honor the tag price. What!? Anyways, that woman “called” whoever she pretended to call and said; “Yep, I can give you that price.” That was not the case at Naples Mattress. Shirley was a straight shooter. PS... I’m writing this review from my new bed! :)

Naples Mattress is the best small business in Naples! Our saleswoman, Shirley, under mask, showed sincere interested in our sleeping needs and comfort zones. She worked diligently to find the right mattress for us. We were more than pleased with the results. Her delivery team, led by Darren, was efficient, super-organized and arrived earlier than the 2-hour window. They answered our questions on-site and removed our old mattress cheerfully. In summary, this is the place to go to replace a mattress. They beat the big box stores for exceptional customer service.

East Naples Mattress is the place to shop. Patty is very friendly and knowledgeable and was a tremendous help to my husband and I both times we went there to purchase a mattress. We are extremely happy with our purchases and would highly recommend them!

I have bought many mattresses in my seven decades of life, but have never received better customer service than at Naples Mattress. We bought both our beds there, for the master and the spare room. Patti is excellent and Jerry is very helpful. (Once, after the store closed, he called me back and walked me through putting a frame together.) And the mattresses are the best, as well. I recommend them without reservation.

First of all, I did a lot of research prior to going to Naples Mattress at the Hitching Post store. I visited other mattress stores in the area but when I went into this store I knew I had found the place where I wanted to do business. I was greeted by a very cheerful women who knew her business. She wasnt going to sell me something that wasnt right for me. I spent about 3/4 of a hour and very quickly decided to purchase a mattress. Patti was not pushy. She answered all my questions. I could have spent quite a bit more if I had gone with my initial selections but shetold me where I could save some money. It was important to me to have quick free delivery, removal of the mattress I was replacing, and techs that could properly set up my new purchase.I would highly recommend Patti at Naples mattress, she will help you make the right decision and save you some money. Defintely support local business. Stopped in early Sunday morning and met with Shirley. She was very informative and couldnt have been nicer. Our Tempurpedic Mattress was delivered today...the next day! The delivery drivers were extremely nice and helpful too. Had a great buying experience at Naples Mattress -East. I had been to a national competitor the day before, but decided to wait a day to sleep on it (no pun intended). I am certainly glad I did. I passed N.M. on my way to get the other mattress and decided to see what they had. Patti was extremely helpful and went out of her way to be sure my purchase met my needs. 🚨 Caution 🚨 Mrs. Colts is literally crazy. After two years she stalked me and and called me at my place of business and yelled at me and accused me of being drunk when leaving a review when that never happened! Im contacting the authorities because of her rude and inappropriate behavior! This all started because she took advantage of my 89 year old grandmother and I voiced my opinion. Mrs. Colts has bullied me again.

I love this Naples Mattress company! I spoke to numerous mattress stores - all the big chains and other local stores and this company / location by far was the most helpful and reasonable of any of the above! Patti took her time to understand what we needed and was highly knowledgeable - she did everything possible - even engaging the owner Jerry to see what could be done to make our budget fit for a higher end mattress! This doesnt happen in the big box stores and I always prefer to stay local and support our Naples community!!

Great experience. Mattresses we simplified to help me make the best choice. I bought two mattresses an they were correctly deliver to two different addresses! Delivery was on time and they came all the way to the middle of no where (where I live).

We love our new mattress. The staff and delivery service was outstanding.

This is by far the WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. First, when their sales rep was selling me the mattress, i specifically said I « do not » want a credit card for financing the mattress however when I looked on my credit report I saw a bank I’ve never heard of with a debt for $900. They do not tell you the details of your purchase which EVERY customer is entitled to. Then I called the store and another rep Larry was being rude saying he had to work and can’t help me. I am a customer meaning that helping me is your job Larry. Then when Jerry, the manager called me he made me feel stupid, asking me questions like « what did you think financing was if it want through a bank? » well Jerry, I finance my phone through Verizon, not a bank and I’ve never had to take out a credit card to finance it. Then they told me that they couldn’t find my purchase of $200 down that I put on the $900 mattress payment. Thank God i found my bank statement becuase how can a store be so unreliable to lose a receipt record like thatand be disrespectful when they are in the wrong. I would give them 0 stars but fortunately for them that isn’t an option.

*BUYER BEWARE!!!!!* Rude and unwilling to help. Mrs. Colts is one of the nastiest women I have ever met. She needs to lose the attitude and learn how to become a professional.
