IVE RECEIVED THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE. I purchased from this company because of all of the reviews & quick responses but I have received NO HELP since I purchased my over $1,000 mattress. I understood you had to make an appointment with the company to see the mattresses, they lock the door while they have you in their office which must be some kind of tactic they use to get you to make a purchase right then and there because they make it seem like youre taking up THEIR PRECIOUS TIME.I got a king size mattress delivered & when I go to un-wrap the mattress I notice a baseball size stain on the bottom of the mattress still in the wrapping. I understood that there is a 10 year warranty on the mattress & it will be replaced over the years only under the conditions that there are NO STAINS. I feel like this will ruin my chances of my warranty because of this stain that WAS NOT CAUSED BY ME but by the companies disregard of CHECKING THEIR ITEMS BEFORE THEY SELL THEM. I e-mailed them about this problem only to get a warranty form to fill out with none of my questions answered. The form tells me to measure everything on the mattress, take all kinds of pictures & I FEEL THIS IS RIDICULOUS TO DO WHEN THIS WAS NOT MY PROBLEM TO BEGIN WITH. They simple took my money & left me in the dark! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Ive called and left voicemails, e-mailed multiple times with absolutely no reply! I WANT HELP, I want my money back for this purchase! This is the absolute worst company to purchase from! Save your money & find a better deal on a better mattress from a bigger company with better costumer service & mattresses that are brand new without stains!! ID BE SURPRISED TO GET A REPLY TO THIS REVIEW!

Definitely recommend! Taylor is very knowledgeable and personable. Showroom is nothing fancy, but its super clean and theres nothing but high quality mattresses for really good prices! Also the one on one buying experience was nice too! No other customers in the store waiting to try the mattress youre trying out.

I would not recommend these mattresses. I purchased one and 3 months later had body impressions where I and my boyfriend lay in the bed. When I called to get it replace I had to do measure and take pictures. (It doesnt show unless you are laying in the bed). I filled out the form and sent the email. I told Taylor I would like my money back for this mattress. He said no. The warranty will just replace it. Why would I want to have to replace it again in 3 months. 😠 save your money and your time people. They advertise cheap mattresses. I ended up paying $1,500 for a cheaply made mattress. No now going to have to pay a fee to take it to the dump.
