They have been wonderful . Efficient and the price was great . I had to move my moving date 3 times because my husband passed away . They were always considerate and professional.I would recommend !

I work for college hunks and every now and then we have to rent a truck from them and their trucks are clean and always ready to go :-)

I made a reservation and was told that if the truck I reserved was not available for my move day I would receive a phone call the day before. I received a confirmation email on the day before and no cancellation phone call. I arrived at my scheduled time on our move day to pick up the truck and there was no truck for me. I was told “I don’t know what to tell you, we can try to get you a different truck but it won’t be today”. She even read out loud to me what it said in the computer that I was supposed to receive a phone call if not available.

The absolute best truck rental location in Naples. Katie only rents the best and cleanest trucks! Never once have I had an issue with a truck rented here and I rent a lot of trucks!!

Very nice when I picked up the truck. I had told her I needed a copy of the bill when I dropped it off because Penske dealers had been over charging our drivers for extra days and dispatch wanted us to make sure we checked the trucks in with a person instead of after hours drop off. When I dropped the truck off she checked it said everything was ok but couldnt give me a copy of the bill because her computer was uploading or downloading. I gave her my email address so she could send it to me. No email from her. I called her this morning all she said was I sent it to you check your spam. Checked the spam file, no email. Very disappointed.

This is the place you want to rent a truck! The owner, Katie, knows more about what you will need then you know yourself. She is an expert in cross country moving. She provided excellent advice and a fair deal compared to the competitors at U-Haul. Bottom line, if you need to rent a truck or a truck with a car carrier you need to talk to Katie.

Super easy, made rental a breeze

Would never rent from this location again! Was told one price ($30 a day plus mileage), was given a one page pink vehicle inspection report when we left and no other paper work, and then was charged approximately $124.12 a day for the rental in addition to the mileage charge (Note: we did not exceed the mileage estimate). Called corporate to complain and received a partial credit and was told they would look into the situation further, then never heard anything back from them. So the final day rate ended up being approximately $82.62 a day -- which is still a far cry from the $30.00 a day rate I was quoted. This place is unprofessional in my opinion and I feel like we were ripped off. Next time, I go back to U-haul. Never had a problem with them.

This location has gone under new management and has remodeled there office to better serve the customers. This is a franchise for Penske and there are times that things like a truck not being there is out of this Franchises hands. Penske as a team trys to always provide the best trucks and service to the customer. That being said sometimes weather or abnormal moving patterns throws a wrench in the works and Penske can not get the trucks to the locations on time for a rental but they do there best to get it to them as fast as possible. This doesnt happen most of the time because Penske normal has all there trucks where they need to be.

Nice clean truck. Facility was easy to find and easy to maneuver.

Do not use this place, there are plenty of other Penske agents you can use in the area. This guy is rude and looks for any small reason to add additional charges. Then when you call him on it he just shrugs it off with a laugh.Avoid him and find an alternative agent locally. Before we moved out of town we found the Penske just north of here far better to deal with, with no headaches.

Way better than uhaul. For one way moves I would never use anyone else.

Very rude!!!Got a rental reservation online and when i walked in to pick up the truck the lady said that there are no trucks available. She didnt even bother to check my online confirmation. How can you issue an online reservation if there are not trucks available???

We usually go to Uhaul because I get a discount. Never again! This Penske location was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Uhual ended up being a nightmare. I made a last minute reservation with this Penske and couldnt be more happy! She made everything easy and we were on our way!
