Navis did a terrific job packing and shipping several large art pieces that we needed to move out of my late parents’ condo in Naples. Because we were selling the place, we had to get these items back North on a very tight timetable. Andy at Navis answered the phone in person, asked pertinent questions, and provided info, including a cost estimate, clearly and concisely. Navis was able to schedule a pick-up in just a few days after my initial phone call. The packing crew arrived on time and prepared with the requisite equipment; they were friendly and professional, and they took respectful care of our artwork. Because of our family’s travel plans, Andy and Wendy were able to give us some flexibility in the shipping and arrival dates of the items, which we greatly appreciated. The items arrived at their destinations on time and intact. Andy and Wendy followed up with all the recipients to make sure everything went smoothly. The peace of mind that Navis afforded us during the stress of this move was absolutely priceless. I highly recommend their services.

Navis came in, took all of the specified items, professionally packed and palletized everything.My communications with Navis were excellent!They explained everything clearly and her shipment was on schedule. I had personal goods to be removed to Switzerland from Naples, Florida and after finding them with an online search, making arrangements they handled everything from A to Z at a fair price. All I can say is WOW! Wendy and Andy were there for me every step of the way with a complicated move. Because of COVID, I was unable to go to Fort Myers myself. The contents of my fathers apartment, including oil paintings, wood carvings and mid-century modern furniture all arrived in perfect condition. Two excellent experiences doing business with the Fort Myers location of Navis. They are very responsive providing quotes and are quick to execute the packing and shipping. For a very reasonable price, this office of Navis builds indestructible crates and uses more than adequate padding/packing for cross country shipping of expensive, fragile, and heavy ceramics. The owners, Wendy and Andy, are very pleasant to work with.

I can’t say enough about how helpful Andy and Wendy was for my moving experience. My parents sold their condo in Naples. We had scheduled family to head down Labor Day weekend to pack up and send but a hurricane got in the way. I went down the next weekend w my son, we literally had 1 day to empty their 30 yr residence. Wendy was so kind and reassuring. All we did was consolidate what we wanted in one room-Navis came after we left and packed everything for us. Fragile pieces China TV dressers EVERYTHING.The pallets arrived when expected, everything arrived safe and secure. The cost to ship was so much less than hiring a moving company it was amazing. I would highly recommend using Navis Pack & Ship if you need to ship large items! I needed to ship a very large and heavy urn table along with 4 chairs and other items from Florida to Chicago and they did a great job. Wendy was always quick to reply to any calls or e-mails and was extremely friendly and professional to work with. There was an incident which required some repairs to the table, but Navis was able to get it fixed and send it on its way.I am not saying that as a strike against them because we all know accidents happen and the urn was indeed extremely heavy. What mattered most to me is how they responded to the situation. They quickly sought a way to repair it and oversaw the entire process. Wendy stayed in constant contact with us while it was being repaired as well as when it was in finally in transit and then delivered to the Chicago agent.The urn and all other items arrived in excellent condition and the delivery went smoothly.Thank you Wendy and Andy for your great service.

Navis Pack & Ship of SW Florida performed exceptionally well overseeing the packing and shipping of a large (55” x 45”) glass and framed piece of art from Fort Myers, FL to Fort Wayne, IN. The artwork was thoroughly surrounded in bubble wrap, with Styrofoam siding, and surrounded by a custom-made crate made out of wood and heavy particle board. The default route to Fort Wayne was up the east coast, with a many handoffs along the way. They diligently negotiated a more direct route with few handoffs to my home. The $25,000 masterpiece is hanging from my wall as beautiful as I first saw it. Thanks Wendy and Andy Ahrens! Marty
