I love everything about this location. Booker the gentleman in the office is awesome to work with. Me explain everything in detail and really makes renting a storage unit easy and enjoyable.

My experience with this storage facility is mostly positive. Cassie is an amazing employee and super helpful! She has helped me with several minor problems and always comes up with a great solution. The storage facility seems to be very secure and easily accessible. My only complaint at the moment is that ants got into my storage unit and when we moved our boxes into our home and unpacked, we unpacked hundreds of ants. I’m assuming that with all of the rain SWFL is having, the ants were looking for a nice dry place to retreat to. There’s another positive about the storage unit, it’s dry!

Im extremely satisfied with this company and their choice of management,This morning the bracket to my lock was loose and infact came apart,so I noticed the manager Cassie which has been nothing less than great in every way was extremely busy with what appeared to be someones storage all over the ground in.large amounts .She took the time to view my issue, Wich I was pleasantly surprised,to see it done Wich she promised,due to the amount of work she had to accomplish..I am a painting contractor so there are Tens of thousands of equipment in there and she replaced the hole bracket,and called to inform me that it was completed...The world could use more of this type of leadership and quality services...I would give 10 stars if available

It is rare that I am inspired to write a review - this is only my second ever - but I have been so impressed with the care and service I receive at Public Storage on Radio Road in Naples that I must speak out - and specifically give a shout-out Amber. I have been a satisfied customer at this facility for over a year, and when it was time to get another unit, Amber was extraordinarily patient and helpful as I tried to find the best fit for my needs and as my timing shifted around. She provided the level of service I typically only see from a proprietor. It is refreshing to find someone that understands her business and takes pride in providing superior service. She always looked for the best rates for me and took her time to help me out. Although for work reasons I must leave this location, I would recommend storing with Public Storage to everyone I know.

Walking in I had no idea what to expect! Having never rented a storage unit before! The property manager Victoria was awesome explaining everything I needed to know, to make sure I was comfortable storing my belongings there, showing me the storage location, basically the entire process beginning to end! Overall an excellent experience!

Amber was Very Helpful and Got us a unit and lock as fast as she could be because we were in a rush and could not get into our big unit so she got us a small unit just for us to empty our car out because we we’re going to Orlando and just needed to empty our car out and she gave us a lock because we got lucky and someone just left it so that was very generous of her to give us a usually 20$ lock so we got got a little 4x4 unit and was perfect and then we left and thank you Amber . Highly recommended to everyone

We been using Public Storage at the Radio Rd. Location in Naples for 12 years and Laurie has been great to us. We go to our unit at least 3-4xs a week, so we see her often and she always greets us with a smile. I also noticed the grounds have been kept cleaner since Laurie took over. As wonderful as my experience was using this facility to keep my belongings it was completely wiped away when I drove from N.C. to Naples Florida to pick up my belongings and was told very rudely that I still had to pay for full month (which I knew and gladly paid) because of policy and to comeback later in month to get belongings. This was my only open opportunity to pick up my belongings. If this is how public storage treats their exiting patrons I will not recommend public storage to anyone

Just moved in to this facility in August. Had another competitive facility for 10 years. Much more expensive and low ceilings stunted my space. Staff is helpful and not overbearing. Great choice,glad we made the move!

Just re-locating to Naples and fortunately I found this place for my storage needs. Kayla and Mitch are very helpful and very much considered of my needs. Excellent customer service. Kayla is an excellent property manager. This storage place is clean and secure which were my concerns in selecting a place. I highly recommend it.

Being a patron since 2011, I have had many pleasant experiences. When I first came to Public Storage Randy and Debbie were representatives for Public. They were always most helpful, professional, and courteous. They left recently and now the Property Manager is Kayla and her assistant is Mitch.They were helpful and polite and made me feel like family. If you need a storage unit, Public Storage is the place to go. You will be pleased and satisfied.

We have had storage unit for 3 years. This location is very clean organized and well ran. Every time we had to go to the unit we experienced excellent customer service. The most time, Mica, went over and beyond . With a smile the entire time, she was assisting me with my issues. (Little things, as we were moving out). All in all is has been a pleasant experience.

Her customer service was exceptional; she was professional, extremely friendly, accommodating, super fast and really went above and beyond the call of duty doing little extra things to make my experience one of total satisfaction. Kayla streamlined what could have been a lengthy process, however, she was comprehensive in the overview, explaining each step. Public Storage makes me feel safe storing my belongings with them. They are gated and have several cameras monitoring the property. Ive even seen Kayla out and about inspecting the property as well. Update on 11/18/19, just had Lori call and reducing our rent! Have been with this public storage since 2012 or so, great people there and all smells so clean.Prior review:Randy was so helpful in showing us the different storage options, getting our acct signed up and always such a good mood. We got our stuff moved in promptly that day and have our acct on auto pay to make it easy.

Kayla and Mitch are awesome. Best customer service, our space was clean and even though we ran into a bump and my reservation was moved they quickly acted and fixed it, they had me laughing the whole time. Great space and great prices. Couldnt of been happier. I will always use public storage for as long as Im the area.

Ive used other storage options in the past and have never received personalized service like I do at this location. Randy and Deb are efficient and friendly and go above and beyond to help you with your storage needs. Randy personally came with me to my unit more than once to help me use my space more effectively. He gave me advice on how to pack the boxes and how to store it to get to it better. He knows his stuff! He also talks to everyone and makes you feel welcomed. Great experience!
