4 wheel parts was a great experience, was able to schedule a leveling kit on my truck three weeks out which was great was able to pay half down the day of scheduling and then the other half day of completion which was great for me as far as finances go. Would recommend it to anybody needing work done on there vehicles.Will definitely be back for some bigger tires!!Thanks 4 Wheel Parts!!

Thank you Ben for your honesty on the grill. Instead of charging me more for the part i wanted, you kept it straight with me.I got a bed cover from here a little while back. The customer service from start to finish was great. They even helped my time line and worked to make sure i got the part in time for a trip my family was taking (and i needed the bed of the truck covered).

Had gears put in my Excursion, leaked out of the front pinion seal from day one, after less than 10,000 miles the rear bearings are dragging, pinion won’t spin freely. Wouldn’t take my lawn mower here. Find a better shop!

Dont waste your time! Called to speak to someone, on hold for 15 min just to be hung up on.... Drove over to check it out in person? Not any better, nobody waited on me for 20 min!!!!! Customer service is a thing of the past!

Took extremely good care of me and gave me honest recommendations. I had two other shops over quote me and one recommended terrible suspension. 4 wheel parts quickly identified my needs and were extremely affordable. HIGHLY recommend. 2012 crewmax with 2.5 inch lift on bilstein suspension was installed in a timely matter and communication was exceptional.

I ordered a Mastertop. It was on backorder, so I tried Quadratech as well. It was backordered there too. I kept my order at both stores, and 4WP was able to get it to me before Quadratech got any from the vendor.Way to win the race 4WP!

Impossible to get a quote from them. Waited for months after paying them for an initial shake down of my Jeep. Called a few times. The one time they did actually answer the phone, still no quote weeks later. Just ended up spending 5k somewhere else. Id recommend finding someone that actually wants your business.

Purchased a Best Top soft top for my 2013 Jeep Wrangler JK. The gentleman taking the order said I did not need hardware since I already have a soft top. They shipped the top and I had it installed (3.5 hrs). The top did not fit exactly correct in the front across the window and the wind noise was terrible. They said park the Jeep in the sun and let it stretch, but that did not correct the wind noise. Took the Jeep back two weeks later, manager informed me you can not install a Best Top soft top on factory hardware. (after another 45 minute wait) If you cannot do that, then why did you install it to begin with? So we ordered another top, and on my third trip (another 2.5 hr wait) the top was installed. I told the manger ordering the top I did not want a slanted back window due to loosing cargo space, well I got the slanted window. Too tired and frustrated to fight it anymore. Oh they forgot to give me the purchase bar code off the box and inform me there is a $50 rebate. I discovered this on the website. Well after three trips, and a lot of travel and wait time, I do have a top that has minimal wind noise and looks good.

4WP is amazing! The employees are very professional and knowledgeable. I know I can trust them with my truck. I wont go anywhere else. I have used them for just about everything over the past 4 years. If I could give more stars I would.

Do NOT buy from them online.... I ordered a Smitty Tent on May 14th. Called after a week when I noticed they hadnt taken the money out of my account. Waited on customer service for 46 min. The guy told me that the Tent was on back order. I would be billed when they shipped the product out and I would be notified when they were going to charge me as well as when it was going to ship... WELL.... they didnt! they pulled the money out of my account on the 30th with no notification and I still havent received my tent and it is the 15th of June... Tried to call customer service today and sat on the phone for 52 min before I heard someone pick up. they didnt say anything and then put me on hold again. Waited until 1 hr and 15 min then called back in hopes to possibly get thru to someone... 37 min before I gave up. Decided to call a store to see if they could give me any information. Checked hours online to ensure that the stores were open as the only one in my state is closed on Mondays! Called 2 Georgia stores and the Nashville store and no one answered after ringing for 8-10 min.... and I know that I had the right numbers because it said thanks for calling 4WP a service rep will be with you..... The guy in Memphis told me that they could not see anything to do with the online orders but was able to see that the tents had just come into a warehouse somewhere and that it would be sometime (he dont give any times and i dont blame him with the lack of communication) if I havent seen it in 2 weeks to call him back! The only communication I have had from them since I received my invoice on May 18th was a Please review your product email that I got yesterday... well hello! I would love to review my product but you cant seem to get it to me or even communicate why I havent gotten it yet! All in all they are happy to take money but they are not happy to keep you in the loop! Look elsewhere for any parts... the few pennies that you may save will not be worth the headache of trying to get in touch with these people! Please get me my tent!

I have been to their shop a good bit recently. I am rebuilding an 87 Jeep Wrangler. They have always been very informative and have always been able to find the parts I need without issue. Prices have been on par with the online places I have looked, but then you dont get the helpful staff like you do at 4 Wheel Parts. I install all of my own parts but got quotes for some of the parts just in case and they were fair prices. I have been very happy and will continue to return to them for all of the parts on my Jeep.

Purchased a lift kit for my Jeep. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had lots of questions going in and all of them were answered before I left. They went above the standard for me. I would highly recommend.

I got a soft top installed on my Wrangler here. The staff were friendly and helpful and they answered every question I had. I plan to get more upgrades for my Jeep here in the future.

I’ve been a customer for 5 years now. Spending well over 10k with this company in my two recent builds. I have had one bad transaction and the customer service was top notch. Problem was resolved fast and easy. I will happily continue to shop and do business with 4 wheel parts. My go to store for all my off and on road needs.

Bought a set of wheels and lugs from these guys. They went over the top to make sure I had everything I needed. There was never any pressure about buying the stuff and ended up buying it from their website and picking it up in store. Super and simple, just the way it should be.

This place is pretty great. You can order online and normally get shipping to any of their network of stores for free. They are very knowledgeable to the 4wheeling world and familiar with most parts you may have or want.

1st time there and man I love this store! They have so much stuff for tour jeep, truck and offroad vehicles. I cant remember the lady that helped me, but man she was such a great help. Specially with someone being a newbie to truck projects. She was awesome and iam going to be doing business with them very soon. cant wait!!

Horrible service! After a disappointing first purchase about a year ago, I foolishly thought lets give them another shot. I ordered shocks online for next business day store pickup (if they were wrong it would be my fault). This was over the weekend, so Tuesday pickup would be reasonable. I waited until Thursday and there was no contact. I go into the store midafternoon on Thursday only to be told they would not be in until the next Monday. I explained I ordered with one day shipping and the reply was yeah I dont know why our system does that, they will be here Monday. No discount, no apology just a flippant comment about their system. In short, save yourself some frustration and order from Amazon.

Absolute clown show. Ordered wheels, tires, and a lift kit from their website the day after thanksgiving, then made an appointment to have everything installed on dec 27th as it took them forever to get the parts.When dec 27 rolls around, one clerk remembers making my appointment, but forgot to put it in the computer. Unbelievably bad serviceDid they offer to rectify the situation in anyway? NoThey said it mustve been a miss communication on my part because they dont make reservations without a deposit - so in now they are telling me I called to make an appointment, and when they asked for a deposit I declined and hung up? Then showed up on the 27th anyway?That just doesnt make any sense and if I had to guess this was an instance of the manager covering for a new employee who forgot to ask me for a deposit? Because she even had teouble printing out the receipt once i insisted I just take the parts i bought and leave forever.I work in the car business and i get stuff like that happens but the people I worked with at 4wheel parts make my skin crawl.Anyway, horrible experience.

Bought my first jeep upgraded here. The reason for only 3 stars is because I drove all they way from Chattanooga to get my first upgrade because it said it was in stock but to my surprise and the person behind the counter they couldnt find them even though it showed in stock so they had to ship the items from another store to my home.

Bought a new lift kit for my JL from these guys. Had a fairly big issue with it, but staff and management went way above and beyond to make things right. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service through a difficult situation.

I was a little nervous after reading some of the recent reviews of this company online. Let me tell you, these guys honor their word and did great work at every step of the way. Back in 2012 I had them install a 2 1/2 inch lift kit and 35s on my then brand new jeep JK. Since the vehicle was under factory warranty I continued to use the local dealer for all of my maintenance needs and had not returned to four wheel parts since the original install. Over the seven years I’ve never experienced any issues with the lift or work done by four wheel parts. About a month ago I inquired about regearing from the factory 373 to 456. The price was more than I wanted to spend and another local shop undercut them by quite a bit. A few weeks went by and I received a surprise phone call from the new manager Amir at four wheel parts. Due to their monster sale… He offered a price close to that of the local independent four wheel shop. His rationale was a nationwide warranty with locations all across the country would be a huge benefit compared to a local shop with one location at close to the same price. Having read some of the national reviews on this chain they were mixed opinions about the recent sales and service experiences. All of those concerns were completely unfounded as Sierra the sales rep was detailed, professional and really knows her stuff about jeeps. The manager Amir offered special terms and went above and beyond to honor his promises. Here’s an example of why I think you should go to four wheel parts: back in 2012 under different management it seems that they had put less than perfect wheel spacers during my lift install. They needed to be replaced now in order to move forward with regearing... after seven years they agreed to let me return the old wheel spacers and provide the new corrected ones at no cost. That is customer service! I know it’s a long review, but there are a lot of choices out there about where to get your work done… Finding a place that honors their commitments and backs up their work even seven years later it’s truly amazing. They may get a little busy may be hard to get a hold of sometimes on the phone but it’s because they are so good. Be patient, stick with them and your vehicle will be in great hands.

Matt was extremely patient and helpful with my build. They did the job right the first time and I am sooooo happy with my lift and tires. 2015 F150 with 4 1/2 in lift with 35s. Absolutely love it!

Took my 71 Bronco in for tires and wheel alignment. Told me I needed to repack my hubs and that the left front ball joints needed replacing. The hubs were brand new. I told them to just put the tires on and align the truck. Alignment did not feel right. I took it to another shop and the truck had -7 degrees of caster which caused super sensitive steering...Very dangerous to drive. Do not use this place.

I went in to get some minor work done in the hopes of finding a shop I could take my car back to for regular work and I left very disappointed.I took my car in for an inspection before I could even schedule my work to be done. The technician told me he thought all the work could be done without issues. There were 4 items I wanted checked out. I had to pay half a deposit upon scheduling the work and half upon leaving the car for work ($150 total) then when I received a callback I was told that they didnt have anything in the notes about two items, one item was one that couldnt be done at their shop, and the other (the one I cared least about) was going to cost $220 dollars. A job that could have been done for $100. So my options were to pay $150 for nothing and do the work myself or pay the $220 dollars to have them complete the work. I left feeling very scammed. And also disappointed that the place isnt reputable enough to come back to. I hope others have a better experience than I did.

Moved a 5th wheel rv hitch from old truck to new. They were excellent. 2 appointments right on time total cost was exactly as quoted. All the staff from counter person to manager to teck were friendly and helpfull.

I have had nothing but poor customer service from this store. As a result I ended up spending $1,600 directly with Thule and $650 more dollars to Bezos. I was trying to give my business to a local store, but that was not worth all the headache. I originally purchased a BAK Revolver X2 rolling tonneau cover. Was really happy with it. I asked them for help with a solution to haul two kayaks on my Dodge Ram 1500. Because of the rolling cover they needed to do some research and get back to me. After numerous follow ups from me calling Matt to see if they had found anything I ended up working with Tommy. With Tommy it was the same story, no call backs, always me. I waited plenty of time, over a week in between. So, I purchased a Thule TracRac SR with sliding base rails directly from Thule and installed it myself. Works like a champ.Next I had a small problem with my tonneau cover. When I went by the store, Nic from the Georgia store was covering for Matt while he was out on vacation. Nic took care of the warranty call in and got the parts shipped. He even called me later that day to update me and said Tommy would be contacting me when the parts arrive. Of course that never happened. So I called again and learned later that the parts were shipped to Georgia store instead of Nashville. Eventually got that done. Then the next and worst part happened. I decided to order some side steps on their website for in store pickup. I ordered on June 11th. As of today they never arrived. I cancelled my order yesterday because they couldnt even locate the items after I had waited a month and called to follow up weekly beyond the original 7 - 14 day estimate. I will never do business with them again. And to think they were actually on Undercover Boss and still offer the worst in customer service that I have ever seen. I gave 1 star because its required to make a post, but I would give zero.

I just ordered tires thinking I had the right size but after the order was done. My screen was showing that I ordered the wrong size tires. When I called ray told me he would call back in 45 minutes and handle it. Me being me I thought Yea right, this is going to be a nightmare. 45 minutes goes by and my phone rings. Ray was on the other end. Within 5 minutes it was settled. Being professional, courteous, and having customer service is something that people do not take pride in very much anymore. These people are shady and are snakes will tell u one price and then once they are working on it and have it on the lift they like to add the Well your going to need this, b4 my trip to Mexico i paid 3k for tires and to redo my front suspension they didnt do the alignment right and on my trip the tires got cupped and when I got back to reclaim the service they gave me they tried to blame me for putting to many miles on the tires when I told them not my fault u guys cant do ur f****ng job I needed the truck to be 100% for my trip, they didnt want to replace the tires they argued with back and forth with me for 2 days until they replaced them cause they had no proof me causing the cupping which Idk how I could cause that, recommended going somewhere else unless u want to get ripped off and screwed over from these snakes

When it comes to vehicles my expertise is in driving them, not fixing or building on to these new high tech toys. Wanted to add some “bling” to my 2018 F-150 King Ranch and Matt Huber was more than willing to assist me. We discussed enhancing the twin-turbo power system to the truck with cold air intakes, if I needed to level or lift my truck depending on the rims/tires I was interested in, and ordered an Ultra Flex folding hard tonneau cover. Told me the cover would be in Tuesday…and it was on time. Even though we discussed more than the tonneau cover, no sales job…just great explanations and even demonstrations of the various options for my new toy. Really appreciated the assistance and I will be purchasing more “bling” for my truck from them.

Ordered online and assumed product was in stock since it didnt say out of stock or special order. Had to follow up a week later to find out it was out of stock. Took 20 minutes on hold to get the info then hung up on me when I requested a refund. Horrible, will never a attempt to use again.

Had some good experiences here, but also had a few issues back in June. Waited on a resolution from the GM but that didnt happen. I got frustrated and made a call to their corporate headquarters in Californa. Nothing from them either. Its too bad...I had alot of $ to give them.

I stopped by there to check some pricing and left empty handed. The guy trying to help me was highly distracted and confused. He continued to chew on his tongue as he spoke with me. I drew my own conclusions and left after 10 minutes of that.

They need to learn how to treat customers. Service was not good.

We planned a spur of the moment trip to Moab, Utah in May. At that time we had a stock JK Unlimited. I went into 4-wheel Parts in Nashville and explained to the guys that I needed 35inch tires, Wheels, a lift, front bumper, and a Waren winch and I needed it in 5 days. They found me what I needed, had it ordered, installed, and ready to go, even staying late (after hours) for me to pick it up.The sales associates & shop technicians were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.We had a great trip and we thank the guys at 4-Wheel Parts for making it possible.

I ordered some atv tires, they failed to tell me they was back ordered, (no where did it say on there website) they told me they would be here Tuesday or Wednesday, I went ahead and signed up for a race, well I called them on Monday and asked why I havent received a tracking number and they said my tires would ship out August 5th. Cant get my money back from the race so now Im out 50 dollars. Customer service is very poor.
