This is the third time this company has switched names to avoid the knock off parts that they sell on ebay.com & through their website. This company is a complete scam to be avoided at all costs. The customer service representatives will never answer the phone if you have a problem & they have received money for shoddy parts!. Be warned the KYB shocks they sell are not authentic, they will leak as soon as you hit a few bumps. Not to mention ALL of their other knock off parts. Do yourself favor and purchase your parts from a reputable company!. Trust Me!. You have been warned!...
I had ordered rotors and pads for me entire car. I gave them my vin year make and model. They sent me parts for a BMW. Which is NOT what I drive. I asked them to give me a refund they only allowed store credit. I use the store credit to buy the actual parts after having them picked out for me again. 7 months later and I have just only now received my refund. I did not get a refund for the shipping costs associated with the order. They handled it, but not well, and they added a lot of chaos to a very painful period of time.
I Have Used eEuroParts On A Couple Of Occasions & Their Pricing BEATS That Of Most, If Not All Dealerships & Local Garages. They Ship Very Quickly (Same Day If The Items Are In Stock) & Keep You Well Informed. Ive Saved Hundreds Of Dollars Shopping Through Them & They Are My Go-To For My Vehicle. My ONLY Gripe With Them Is They Unfortunately Dont Ship To Canada (Pre-Pandemic, I Would Have Items Shipped To The U.S. & Pick It Up & Post-Pandemic, I Have The Shipment Transferred Over From A Courier Service). The Organization Should Consider Shipment Outside Of The U.S. As Im Sure Theyd Gain Even More Customers Especially Considering Prices Over Here Along With Our High Taxes Are Expensive.
Just a very bad experience. I got an email stating a date that my order would ship. I called in the morning four days later and was told that the order never shipped for some unknown reason. Hectar told me that he would find out why and call me and email me with his findings. I waited all day for a response and didnt get one so I called back. The first person put me on hold for twenty minutes and I finally hung up. The next time I called, after explaining why I was calling, transferred me to someone else who never answered the phone. The next time that I called someone picked up the phone and then just hung up. The next time I called I talked to David, explained everything to him, he put me on hold then came back to finally give me an update on my order only to tell me that he had no idea what happened with the original order and that another order was put in today and that I ‘should’ get the part in a week (which will by then be two weeks after I ordered.) I ‘should’ have had the part already and based on my experience already at this place, I may not get the part next week either. When I voiced my dissatisfaction, David simply, arrogantly, condescendingly, said ‘well that’s just part of doing business’ ?????? Are you kidding? But oh no, he wasn’t. No apologies, no rush to get me the part, no explanation of what went wrong. Well, I told him at the start of that conversation that I would be leaving a review that would either be bad or good. And he definitely made sure that it was going to be this one star review. Buy parts from a more reputable and respectable place than this. Ican think of a handful just off of the top of my head. They’ve lost me as a customer. Someone who buys a lot of parts online. They don’t seem to care, so I’ll just never buy anything from this company again.

The price for my part was competitive,, but the item shipped 2 plus days after aI placed the order and was shipped USPS First Class Parcel so did not arrive until a week after my order traveling from TN to VA. Their shipping cost is reasonable, but if you need the part by a specific date I suggest a supplier that offers date certain shipping options.
Not sure how they got 4.5 stars in Google reviews, but mine is not paid, and is honest.I have had experience buying from partscontainer, newparts, and from eeuroparts - all of which are the same company - just different names. I had 1 good experience with partscontainer, and one bad experience with eeuroparts. The parts I received were in fact legit OE parts (in this case, Mercedes) or OEM parts. The problem is the shipping. I paid for 1-5 day ground shipping, and they sent order via USPS - and after two weeks, still no delivery, and tracking shows never shipped.Eeuroparts ships from multiple warehouses across the country that they have no direct control over.If you buy from them, double whatever the shipping time is. Hopefully, your order will be correct - mine has been correct twice out of three times.
I placed an order with eEuroparts.com and a received the shipments a few days later. I placed one set of brake pads in a place that I did not remember putting them. Comes with age, I guess. I contacted eEuroparts.com resolution center and started a conversation on finding out what happened to the missing pads. After a few back and forth emails and conversations, I spoke with Ashley (resolution center specialist). During these conversations, I was insistent that I did not receive the pads. I finally decided to review all of my security footage (this should have been my first action), as we could not determine what went wrong. I did so, and saw that I received the brakes. I wanted to write this review so prospective and existing customers can see how thorough of a job Ashley, as a representative of eEuroparts.com did. She held her cool when I was insistent that I received them, and provided the highest level of customer service anyone could offer. Far too often these things go unnoticed and I want to ensure that she and eEuroparts.com receive proper commendation for their professionalism. I will be sure to use eEuroparts.com for future purchases.
Bad experience! I have ordered the part with Vaico brand part number, then I’ve got different part from them. At the same time send the question to the customer service, have no response yet.
Company refuse to give me a refund for items they email me an told me they received. Wait 10 days waited now they cant find it telling me it never was delivered. Tracking number say otherwise very unprofessional business poor customer service when it comes to waiting on a refund.
I ordered fuel filter for sprinter van . It was wrong model. Within a week after received I was working with Angie to replace it or return it. Because she wasnt able to get right part,i returned and tracking# shows they received it on August 8th . They still refusing to refund a money. Angie was so unprofessional and disrespectful. I have spent near $1000 at this establishment over the past year and my overall experience in walk-in transactions has greatly decreased. As of recently they are closed on Saturdays in addition to Sunday which means I never have time to go there and when I walk in to buy something I have to pay $5, what kind of BS is that? Imagine walking into advance or auto zone and having to pay $5 just to buy something, its ridiculous! However, their part quality and variety especially for my Saab are second to none so I will continue to shop there, I only hope they can turn themselves around before its too late.
Absolutely the best place to get your parts fast and at the best prices. Unfortunately, other customers ruined a portion of the experience which resulted in time changes and no weekend pickups. It was great because I live 5 minutes away and now I cant order on the fly. Doesnt make sense to ship it to my house if Im next door so to speak. Other than that, you wont get a better customer service anywhere else. S/o to the guy with the e46 thats getting the headers. He makes the experience better. Stay Awesome!
Big warehouse with pickup counter in Windsor. They have or can get in just about any European car part. Far better selection than franchise chain stores. You can pickup parts same day if theyre in stock. Located on bus line!
Placed an order for two separate items. Received one correct item, and one completely wrong item. Upon emailing them, they request a picture before sending out a replacement adding another business day until my correct item ships. In their response, they saidWe shipped out on time and delivered as scheduled. Youre right, but with a wrong item. Highly disappointed with this company. Now instead of having the correct item I needed, I will receive the correct item almost a week after I was supposed to receive my order. 2 stars until I see how quickly this is handled. Will update.
This company is amazing. Theyre one of the main reasons Ive been able to upkeep my 2003 x5. Very professional, I receive my order on time or sometimes ahead of schedule. There was a time or two where something was placed on back order but I was notified right away and as soon as it became available it was sent the next day.I love dropping my car off at my mechanic with the parts in the trunk :). Ive saved oh so much money, and my mechanic ended up asking me where i got them from. :DAs long as I have that car...and any other German/European car, theyll always have my business (as long as it stays Grade A)

Ordered a blower motor for my 2005 Saab. Online chat was simple, great, and very helpful. Part received quick, and the most important part; it was the right part. Installed motor into vehicle, and AC blows great! Highly recommend and will do business with them again.

Definitely top shelf customer service. When ordering, the guys on the phone were extremely helpful and didnt get off the phone until I had everything I needed. Didnt feel rushed and they went the extra mile to insure I had the right parts.It was ready the next day to be picked up and everyone was prompt and courteous when I got there. They reviewed my order again and insured I had everything I needed for the job.
They have good prices and quality but the new hours are terrible. Anyone working a normal job will have a hard time coming in to pick up parts when you close at 4 everyday and are closed weekends now too. I work in Windsor and have to leave work early to catch you guys.By the way, if you’re going to charge 5 dollars for customer pickup, you should at least give people working at the front some tips out of it. They deal with a lot.

Not good. Ordered entire exhaust system for 1991 Volvo 240. Supplied VIN# and asked that all parts be checked for compatibility. Catalytic converter received was incorrect part (had non-floating flange). Had to return this part at customer expense. Second converter received and it was also not right part (no place for oxygen sensor input). Now will have to return this part at my own expense with no guarantee it will be credited, and no closer to the right part. Meanwhile the exhaust system is no closer to being installed. No one I talked to seemed willing to make this order right once and for all. A disappointment. Will probably have to try another vendor. At this point Im out a lot of money.
Warranty claim was handled perfectly. It was evaluated on the basis of a phone request. Backup up by a photo. Approved, all within 24 hours. Replacement part was shipped prior to return by RMA of old part. Request to augment original order and replacement part with conforming related upgrade what handled smoothly and promptly.Looking forward to many future transactions with this fine and competent group of Saab part suppliers.
I needed two parts for a 2003 Saab. Working off the VIN the representative quickly determined what I needed, gave very good advice with respect to supplier choices, historical part performance and best price alternatives. The products were promptly shipped to me across North America to western Canada and I am back on the road. They couldnt have done anything better!

The new hour change and removal of phone number from the site is ridiculous. They will have the same part listed twice but a dollar in difference. Why? Cant even call to ask. Walk in? Sure if you can make it in time. If you do make it, and they answer your question, you get charged extra to order it in person. Must be having financial issues.

This site is FANTASTIC for European Cars - I took My Mercedes to the dealership over 2 weeks ago, they could not find the part, I contact this site, they ask for my VIN and found the part within a couple of hours, price is fair, and item was packaged professionally and shipped promptly. They do have good prices but their online return is not the best. They dont give you discounted return label which is not cool. Usually they get a huge discount if they offer it to customers.

They always have what I need when I need it. I wouldve given 5 stars but, I think it sucks that they charge us customers $5.00 to pick up our parts. If I choose to pick it up, I shouldnt have to pay IMO.

Ive been buying from eeuro since the early days before the current location. Im a little shocked over the number of poor reviews. Ive had very good service with them but Im also local and do everything through the pickup counter so I know what Im getting while Im standing there. I have used them nearly exclusively for BMW and Mini parts over the last 4 years and have never had a bad experience receiving what I ordered.
Where do i start... i place an order that took forever to get shipped, when they did, it was going to take about 3 weeks for me to get it, an extra week went by and did not get the part. i called UPS and found out, they never even had the part shipped to them! they never had it physically! so right away they asked me if i wanted to open an investigation against this company, i said no until i speak with the company, costumer service from eeuroparts told me my package was lost somewhere in NJ, and they did not even bother to tell me, i am suppose to get a refund soon i hope, i will call UPS to open an investigation because i think this company is scanning levels only instead of a real package, that is my best guess. lets see how they handle UPS and a possible lawsuit from them for damaging their image

I live in Massachusetts and this company is from Connecticut. I ordered A single axle nut and they made me pay 10.00 dollars for shipping and today is day three with no nut. a large part of what i do is shipping through the mail to my own customers. I know how much a flat rate priority mail box would have cost these guys. I know how much I would have appreciated them giving me a reasonable shipping option with decent shipping rates. Gone are the days when a company can offer set rates for there shipping to make an extra couple off bucks of each transaction.

This was the only parts store where a number of parts (mainly cooling system) were ordered at 2pm on Wednesday, shipped the same day and arrived Saturday. All other places couldnt do that, and i was quoted up to $60 shippingI will most definitely be using these guys again - it is simply reliable

Ordered a part last Tuesday, selected the shipping option (and paid extra) to get it here before Friday. By Wednesday Id noticed it hadnt shipped yet, and by the time I noticed customer no-service was closed. Called on Thursday, was told the item wasnt in stock and they had to get it first. Was told by the customer no-service rep that it would be overnighted from the vendor. Friday morning I finally see a tracking#, and low and behold - arrival date of Monday. Unacceptable. Yet again I call, and am told it is what it is, they tried, dont know what happened etc. No apology, no solution, other than if I dont want it I can send it back when I get it. PAY to send it right back to you? No thanks. I know things happen and sometimes theyre out of control, but the complete lack of give a f*&% from them is baffling. Ive been buying euro car parts from various vendors for YEARS. This happens to be an oddball, was cheaper than the local Saab dealership after shipping, and even the dealership couldnt guarantee Friday delivery - at least they told me. Live and learn. Will NEVER buy from these people again.

Ordered two retaining clips for an upper radiator hose using the website navigational tools. They either shipped the wron parts or their website has it incorrectly listed. I was offered “maybe some” allowance for what I paid against a future order. No apology, no effort to get me the right part, no reasonable explanation for why I got the wrong part there than an insinuation that it was user error. It wasn’t. Be damn sure you’re getting the right part because I doubt you’ll have a good customer service experience if you don’t. FYI from a professional, customers are a thousand times more valuable than a cheap metal clip.
Ordered a rear wheel bearing for delivery to Singapore, to fix my Saab 9-5. Called the help line to be sure I had the right part, and received very professional service. Parts were shipped and arrived earlier than expected.Excellent service from start to finish and highly recommended.
Got the right part I needed. Saved me about $250 from what I was told by a mechanic and did it myself. I would give 5 stars, but $15 for 3-day shipping seems a little steep. Other that that I highly recommend.
This company could use a lesson in customer service. After being suckered in by low prices and items listed in stock (Ships in 1-2 business days), I placed an order for nearly $400. When the parts didnt arrive at my doorstep on the day that my order email stated, I contacted customer support. After weeks and weeks of vague responses and delays and well have it soon, I finally got a call from a parts rep. The verdict? One of the parts was discontinued and the other would be backordered for months. Meanwhile they had charged my card when order was placed, so I basically gave them a $400 loan for a month. Its been a few days since my order was canceled and Im still waiting for the refund to appear... Oh, did I mention that both items I ordered are still showing online and available?Dont bother ordering here. Not worth it.
Customer service is top notch and I love that I can order parts online and pick up later in the day in Windsor. The prices have been dropping on a wide variety of Saab parts too so I have been a very happy camper and soon the 93 will be running like a charm, once we get the new ac compressor in; which coincidentally was on sale too.

Very misleading ....if the part which carries a lifetime warranty breaks down...you must pay for shipping it back plus the shipping of the new part.work out those numbers ...if you want to speak to someone other than the person taking the orders ...hopefully you wont get Dean...what a piece of work he is...he knows everything....and does nothing...met lots of those...he didnt have time to even discuss that there could be a possibility of enhancing the business practices....I hope the executives understand when business starts diminishing its because...Autozone, Napa and Advance Auto Parts which I contacted were much easier and pleasant to deal with. So far, the best. Usually, parts arrive not only on time, but early. 100% accurate. Prices as good or better than elsewhere. The last delivery was one day late, but that was the fault of the carrier. eEuroparts did their part.
Price and delivery are good but a caution to countries with right hand drive vehicles.I did not realise I was buying from USA and parts need modification. I now note other sites state clearly left or right hand drive. Cheers
I really did like them but I bought an alternator from them a few months ago and it turned out to be defective. Their warranty covers only what I paid for it so I have to pay the $60 difference because the price went up since I last bought. Completely ridiculous

Previously had a great experience with local pickup. Most recent experience not very efficient. Received email and phone call that order for ONE item was ready to pickup. Went the VERY next day to pickup and item was nowhere to be found. Fortunately they had local stock but something was screwed up for sure. All the folks I have dealt with were great but somehow my item was nowhere to be found. Someone screwed up. Period.

I told him as long as I can beat his wholesaler, I will get my parts from eEuroparts. comI buy from them and have them shipped to Hawaii, and get the parts in a couple of days.
I placed my order on a Saturday, and the order did not ship until Thursday. Though eEuropars website said everything was in stock and my order would arrive within 3 business days, it is taking 9 business days since the order was placed. I consider this poor service.
