Ordered Sleep Number on 9/6. Delivery for 10/26. They canceled an hour before and rescheduled for 2-6p next day. (I had taken off work to be home.) Then called me at 8:30a next day to say they’re at my house; I was at work. Next email read rescheduled for November 10. I called this store and talked with Karl, the sales associate who sold me the mattress and adjustable base. I asked if he could help me with getting delivery same week, but he told me his hands were tied. When I asked how to get a refund, he offered to call about delivery. I repeated my question asking how to get refund, and he arrogantly told me that he would only answer my original question. Later that day, he left me a voice mail to say Robin would call me, but Robin never called. After waiting another day, I was finally able to receive a refund by calling a call center. Karl and his manager, Eric, were of no help.

I was looking for a new pillow and checked out the ones at The Sleep Number Store in Opry Mills. Jeremiah took care of us. I found one that I liked and he gave me a disposable cover so I could try it out. He recommended one of the side sleeper pillows and I wasnt sure Id like one that was curved. It was so comfortable on my neck and I decided to give it a try. I absolutely love it and very glad that Jeremiah recommended it to me.He was very helpful and SO nice. Thank you!

I have no complaints about the store or any of the employees. All were professional and friendly and the store was nice. My issue is with the product. We bought it just 4 years ago and spent $10,000 for the most expensive bed with the flex fit base. For 2 years, this was the most comfortable bed Ive ever slept on. I loved it. After 2 years, we started having problems. The bed wouldnt connect to the wifi, the sleep IQ didnt work and on and on. The control box failed last year, which sleep number replaced free of charge. But now, one side of the bed is deflating to 0 each night. I call customer service, and they said its a problem with my new router. I havent gotten a new router, only a new modem. In any case, I had reset the bed and reset the beds wifi connection. It says that the wifi works, but Sleep IQ doesnt (no surprise there). Every computer and smart device in my house works perfectly, but customer service blames the issue on the new network equipment. In what universe should the firmness of my bed be dependent on my beds wifi connection???? Some things should not be made into smart devices.P.S. - The remotes are sold separately for the smart beds. I recommend you go ahead and buy the remote even though your phone will control it. Theres just too many connectivity issues to rely on the phone being the only means of controlling your bed.

Jeremiah was the person I dealt with, he was very knowledgeable of the products. He worked with us to find our personal sleep number. Explained the difference in the mattresses and bases. No high pressure sales pitch. The products are bit pricier the I thought going in but well worth the money in my opinion. Great warranties on the mattress and base. I was surprised it was 15 years. Sleeping great and feeling good.

The beds are nice but there is a hostile hard sell environment. Try to sneak in to try the bed and then quickly run out of the store and buy online!

David was supper. Thoughtful, polite, repeated when needed, figured out costs for both king & queen without hesitation, no pressure, took his time to make sure I was happy. I will tell friends to only go to him.

At first, I am not interested to buy Sleep Number Mattress. However, my friend gave us a voucher and the sales promise me a $50 plus free gift, I agreed to buy it. I saw the sales talk to the manager a couple time via phone. The sales said I can claimed $50 from customer service, they can do nothing and refer me to call to the store. When I came back on January 2021 (because on December the stock is out) to pick up the free gift, the manager denied it. They gave 100 days return warranty. Still, I have to pay for the delivery fee and I cannot return the base. I felt like it was a trap to increase their profit.Very disappointed!!

We bought our bed from Oxana in the Opry Mills Shopping Mall and she was fantastic!!!! Her product knowledge was top shelf and she gave us many options to choose from. She was great and I would recommend any one in the market for one of these fantastic beds to go by and see her. She is now in the Mt. Juliet store so go and see her there!!

We dealt with Tiffany the store manager. It was a wonderful experience. Tiffany was great. Weve has a Sleep Number bed for over 20 years and when it finally started to give out we had to have another one. Tiffany took all the time in the world to explain the new beds as well as keep up a personable attitude. Pricing was better than we had expected. We will go again should the need arise. Thanks Tiffany!

Great place to shop,Oxana, salesperson, knew her product really well. Great place to shop. No pressure.They have you run through an assessment sort of and suggest what u might want. The C4 mattress I got was less than another looked at on Nolensville Rd. Main goal was getting rid of back pain tossing and turning.The sleep number thing should do the trick.If not they give you 100 days to return it without having to get Karen on them.

Just purchased a pillow. Love, Love, Love the pillow purchased!!!! Weve had a difficult time finding thinner pillows so we purchased one of the pillows with three in it and we use each pillow separate and its perfect!! Thank you for offering such a wonderful pillow.

We spent over $ 7000 for a split king with adjustable base. You would think it would be superlatively comfortable right? Well you would be wrong, and so was I. It feels like I’m sleeping on a cheap air matteress. Now I I find out that the adjustable base is not covered under the 100 night guarantee, so now I’m stuck with ridiculously overpriced piece of garbage. Customer service will only tell you that you will get used to it, sorry I don’t need 100 nights to figure out that I’m extremely uncomfortable.

We bought a sleep number 360 bed in sep 2018 - 5 months ago and paid $8000. The left side was of the mattress is deflating automatically nightly. We will set it at 100 and it goes down to 15 every night. We called sleep number ‘s customer service they told us they would send us plugs to install. They said that would tell us what the problem was and that they would send a tech out to fix it. We got the plugs had to get on you tube to learn how to install it. We installed it and then called back and told sleep number that the mattress was still deflating. They told us they would send us a pump to install. When we asked about the tech coming out they said there would be a charge of $99 to send one out. We have paid $8000 just 5 months ago and the bed is faulty but yet we have to pay to have someone to come out to fix their issue. We are installing this pump ourselves but buyer BEWARE!

The staff was amazing I worked with four or five of the associates that work at this store during the time it took me to select the right bed. Every associate treated me like I was the one and only customer they had. They sat with me, they took time with me, they let me test every bed, the showed me how to use the remote and left me alone with it to try different positions in the bed and different Sleep Numbers, they let me stay in bed as long as I wanted, and showed me the graphical view of how the bed took the pain away from the small of my back. It was absolutely amazing I cant wait to get my bed.

We came in to check out the beds & deals going on, however we walked out extremely disappointed. The guy working was talking on his cell phone (sounded like a personal call). He did not greet us nor end the call. We walked around looking at the beds for about 20 minutes all while he was still on his cell phone. Finally he ended the call & asked if we need help (exact words!). My husband looked at him in disbelief & said no. He continued on to whatever he was doing behind the counter on his phone. We ended up walking right out.

Waited on immediately and explanations given after talking to Josh. He than let me look around and check out what they had to offer. I already had made up my mind when I walked into the store that I was purchasing one of these beds due to fibromyalgia and sciatica. This is not a purchase that you go into lightly due to the amount of money these beds cost. I tried them out and listened to the advantages of each and found the right one for me. I’m a #50. My 15 yr old granddaughter is #15 lol.....Love love love my bed. Thank you Josh for your kindness and and patience. Thank you sleep # for making a great bed!!!

If you are looking for a restful experience with sleep number you wont get it you will get a NIGHTMARE!!! This is how it started, waited 10 minutes before a salesman was available. Lawrence was the salesperson. Ordered an I8.I ordered the bed a month ago, paying cash. Originally was given a delivery date of 4/8 then 20 minutes after ordering and leaving the storeLawrence called saying there was a computer glitch and it would be 4/28 before we could get it and we wouldnt be charged the $175 delivery. My husband and I both said that still wasnt acceptable. I even called the manager Felicia who was so very rude in her tone and demeanor but she has since moved to Iowa. Good ridence to her. THe delivery date was changed to 4/15. Then only part of it arrived but they werent able to put it together. The delivery guys smelled bad, per my husband. A new manager Daniel at the Opry Mills store where I bought the I8, promised yesterday 4/15 we would have it today 4/16 and he would put it together himself and at 5 pm I called the store today 4/16 and cant get anyone to answer but voicemail. They are open until 9. I have company coming tonight and only one bed to sleep in. What are we suppose to do? I am livid because I feel I got shafted by the sleep number company. $8000 is too much to pay for the incompetence and run around we have received. If I hadnt already removed and given my bed away on the proposed day of delivery I would just accept a refund but no telling if Id ever a dime of it back. Not very trusting of this company. Well it is now Monday 4/17 and we just received the final parts to our bed by UPS but no one can put it together until 4/23. Ridiculous!!! We should not have to pay for the incompetence of this companys management, shipping, distribution and sales force. If I could give them negative stars they would receive multiple negative stars. They may have a great product but I couldnt tell you if they did because Ive yet to experience any product or quality from this Sleep Number Company at all. IVE LOST SLEEP OVER THIS! Stay away from this company.
