Budget Blinds was very proactive in communicating expectations during the selection process (wrt to timeline as well as fabric considerations) which I found really helpful being the first time ordering blinds. Absolutely wonderful experience. As a first time blind buyer, I had no idea what to expect and how to choose the perfect blinds for our house. Carolyn was a dream to work with. We love our blinds! We thought about doing it ourselves but our house had original windows (built in the 60s) so we needed to install them directly on to the window frame.
