I ended up with a Purple 4. It included free sheets..... and let me tell you, these sheets are insanely comfortable. Ive never slept on a more comfortable mattress. Im only giving 4 stars instead of 5 bc 5 stars denotes that no can better than themselves. Not to say that mattress firm needs to improve, but I believe that everyone can better themselves, even if they were amazing and knowledgeable about what they were selling. With that being said, Matt at Mattress Firm Hillwood was AWESOME! My husband and I went there today with the intention of leaving with a mattress that fit our (tentative) budget. And he was able to deliver. Extremely pleasant to have done business with him and he didnt try to upsell us to something that we couldnt afford. All in all, it was a great experience. I highly recommend, and sincerely suggest having Matt be your salesperson. So excited for our new mattress! 💃🛌🕺

I did get a good price for my Mattress & I am sleeping better however....The staff does not listen to you and they are more concerned about making a sale.I explained that I was buying a platform bed that no longer need a box spring. I was trying to find someone who will haul away my existing 2 Mattress and box spring. I was told they have a removal service for $50Im thinking great....well wrong.When they delivered the Mattress they only took 1 away....Wait...hold on..So I called the store and was told since I only brought 1 items they can only take 1 item...you did not say that in the beginning. I ended up calling a removal service and explained my situation. I had to pay $119.00 to ANOTHER COMPANY to pickup the other Mattress and box spring.DO I FEEL I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF....YES...SO BUYER BEWARE
