Friendly & professional summarizes our visit to Crescent Carpets. We met with Lanny Adams around 9 AM and explained our carpet needs for our income property. Lanny came to the condo by 11:30 AM. He measured and prepared an estimate by noon which we were happy with. The one day installation was scheduled to be done within 6 days. So far this has been a very positive experience.

Very helpful people at fair prices

We recently had our house recarpeted by Crescent. They are quite knowledgeable and helpful in selecting carpets, letting us take out samples, and finally arranging sale and installation. The installation crew was efficient and cleaned up and replaced furniture. Great experience!

One of my many jobs involves managing several apartments. Ive lost track of how many carpets CC has put in for me, but Ive yet to have one installed incorrectly or installed at the wrong time.Back in the day there used to be another carpet and flooring place about two blocks away and I got a quote from them and got a quote from CC for the same carpet and now I know why that other place went out of business.The only thing to note is their store is very utilitarian. They have samples, and then they have reams of carpets. The place feels like a small warehouse and looks that way too. They probably spend their time making your house look good instead of building a facade.
