I have the Tumi roll aboard. I’ve had it since 2019 July. I’m a flight attendant so I use it about 14 days a month. Just in the 3 days alone I’ve seen 6 crew mates that have had the same repair needed for their bag. The telescope handle breaking clearly is a common issue. I wouldn’t recommend the bag and when I asked the sales lady if she’s heard of this being the reason the bag comes back for repair she quickly cut my questions and said we’ll see you when you bring the bag in. She had no time for my legitimate concerns with their product. So, I’ll be returning to my former Travelpro. The only reason I have Tumi is that the company provided it.
I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted from reviewing the website. I walked in and told Kevin the pieces, he showed my options with excellent information too. I loaded up the new bag with all my stuff from my broken bag and was very happy. Kevin also recommended a store after our conversation. Really cool store. Thanks Kevin for everything!
So I own a tumi alpha bravo tote and I love it. I wanted to get my wife a tumi backpack so I went to green hills. I walked in and browsed for like 15 minutes was never approached or asked for help. Sorry but Im not going to spend 500 dollars on a backpack if I dont get any help or information. I bought a Briggs and Riley instead.
I have been a fan of Tumi luggage for years and purchased several pieces for my husband. It was time for me to invest in some new luggage and I didnt hesitate to visit Tumi of Nashville at the Green Hills Mall. I remain a fan and love my investment in three pieces of Larkin. The quality is timeless, and the customer service I received from Eddie was impeccable. Cannot wait to travel!
Very nice selection here especially considering it is in the Airport.
