I really felt welcomed here. The customer service is a 10/10. You can definitely feel the appreciation. Security is also a 10/10. I wouldn’t want to store my things anywhere-else. Very clean. Great company, honestly!

Alicia was a fantastic store manager and communicated very well. The unit was clean and the building felt very secure and well monitored. When we accidentally left the unit unlocked without realizing, our mistake was caught as soon as the building opened the following day and a temporary padlock was placed on the unit and we were notified so we could come back and put our lock back on properly. This contributed to a sense that the store manager was committed to being thorough in the security of our unit, as well as providing excellent service and communication.

I love this place; however, the bathroom is not always available; it all depends on who is working. The bathroom should be available at all times.

I am so blessed to have Alicia take care of me. She has my back. When I recently had two pallets of supplies delivered to my unit, she carefully stacked them in my unit because I was out of town. She always goes above and beyond.

Setting up storage on line is super easy. In less than an hour, I reserved a cube, and was able to get my stuff into the cube, awesome job! Security seem well thought out as well. Well use them again.

Shirley was very kind and helpful in getting my unit set up. The facility is clean and easy to access. I appreciate the carts available to use for moving items into our unit since you cannot drive up. Cost was the best I could find for climate controlled in Nashville area, although they do make you pay for insurance on the unit but it is minimal. Good experience with CubeSmart so far.

I reserved a storage unit yesterday, paid and everything was activated. I brought all my stuff to the storage place and couldn’t get up to the floor my unit was on. I called several times and no answer or response. I have no where to put my stuff so I’m having to pay for another two days for my uhaul. This is the second time this has happened at this location. The code is active and can get me through the front door but can’t get to my actual unit. Very frustrating.
