I recently priced units for future rental and received quotes for truck rental. I found the staff (Aislinn) to be very professional and accommodating to my needs. Pricing was very competitive to local areas being looked at.

Had a very great experience with this location and the store owner, Heather. I rented a truck for the day and from check in to check out, the process was quick, nice, and accurate. Will definitely come back on my next move.

Great to work with these staff. The do keep the place immaculately clean. We’ve got 2 units as we just moved here and waiting to move into our house. Its easy to pull up and empty or load the truck. Its cooled- which has been worth it this summer at 90+ degrees. Its a 15 minute trip but glad to make it.

As a moving company we rent trucks quite often so Ive had a lot of experience renting from various U-Haul locations throughout the contiguous states. I will admit that the general manager, John, is one of the best Ive dealt with over the years. Unfortunately this review is in regards to the manager Tiffany. Absolutely top 3 rudest managers Ive ever witnessed. She kept my card on file and charges it automatically without my consent. The issue was supposed to be fixed the last time it occurred. I normally dont give negative reviews but I truly believe this one is long overdue. I wish I wouldve recorded the conversation to add context to this review. If one of my managers had spoken to even a potential client the way Tiffany spoke to me I most likely would let them go. Im extremely disappointed with my experience with U-Haul today.

Madison was extremely helpful and friendly! They just lowered their prices and are extremely competitive for a climate controlled storage unit. It feels like Fort Knox in there. You have an access card to unlock the elevator as well as to turn off each individual units alarm. The only issue may be their small parking lot, but the manager was more than happy to assist in parking and rearranging to make room for my 24 ft truck.

So far this place is great. They are taking covid seriously. They are extremely helpful. The guy that helped me was excellent with helping determine what size of unit we would need and we had a uhaul drop off location set for somewhere in East Nashville and he was able to change that so I could drop off my truck at this location as soon as we finished unloading. Seems very safe and lots of cameras. Would recommend this to a friend!

I have rented storage space for most of my adult life both personally and professionally. I can honestly say Citadel Self Storage of Fesslers in the first facility I truly feel safe being at. The staff is educated, friendly, and helpful. The building looks like a high end office building! It really differentiates from the traditional facilities. Highly recommended!

The staff here are why I decided not to rent here.I came in needing a storage unit, but decided not to after the girl working that day was very difficult to work with. I own the shop directly across the street, and it would have been super convenient, but decided to go elsewhere in the end.

Patience is a virtue... and boy did the manager of this facility have patience with me! I kept telling her she was wrong, and she, nicely, kept explaning her answer to me. Turns out... she was 100% correct!! They went above and beyond on all counts!!

I first contacted Moe several months ago in anticipation of the opening of the storage facility. The location is extremely convenient for me and super easy to access right off Fesslers Lane exit which initially interested me.Since then, Ive had the chance to interact with the staff there, and Moe, Jesse, and Tommy are all top notch. They worked with me to figure out the best solution for my storage needs in a friendly and professional way.Further, the building itself is brand new, highly secure, and good looking. Pricing is great for a climate controlled storage facility in this part of Nashville. Looking forward to doing business with these guys!

We called Moe from North Carolina and he was wonderfully helpful. I organized our 23 cases of wine to arrive via a 3rd party moving company and Moe and Jesse had agreed to meet them and have everything ready for them. I then drove over the next day and signed everything. It is a beautiful and very secure place. The guys could not have been sweeter. We know our wine is in good hands. We would highly recommend this place...it’s a very pretty storage option.

I literally was on hold for 26 minutes, without one check in, before I finally hung up. Ill look elsewhere!!

Rented a 15’ during my move across town. Picked up and tried to use the online checkin (for obvious reasons), attendee told me I had to check in with her instead. Cab smelt like cigarettes and there was a pocket knife just laying in the cab. I went ten miles and was charged extra to fill the tank to full. I chatted back and forth with a incredibly disrespectful store manager. Honestly folks, do business with another UHAUL or Penske. Save your time and money.

Very friendly service team, who answered all questions with informed responses and showed us around the facility. State of the art storage facility and the first refrigerated wine storage in Tennessee. I have found my home for all storage needs for the rest of my days!

Called to see if this location had a car trailer available for the following week. They didnt have one for the day I needed it but Bianca went out of her way to find one and reserve it at the next closest location. Very helpful and professional. Thank you Bianca!

Citadel Self Storage is by far the nicest storage facility I have ever visited. Any lingering I had, Moe answered them and reassured me indefinitely. Very professional staff that cares deeply to solve your storage needs. I ended up renting a 10x15. The Wine Storage is also something I had never seen done in a storage facility. Outstanding

Love the 1 month free. Tiffany has a stank attitude. She changed my unit in the system with out consulting me. I was charged the wrong price. Instead of Tiffany checking she kept saying if you cant afford it then we can move your unit. So I then call back to speak with Bianca. I went thru the same conversation. I had to litteraly go up there walk to my unit and show them the unit i have and the price. Called U-haul to complain and i did not receive a call back from U-haul.

The staff are friendly and efficient the storage units themselves are clean and in good repair in the facility itself is very secure love it I hope these guys stay in business a long time
