I usually have very nice things to say about this place but today has been a HORRID experience. Apparently they recently switched their payment systems and requested that I update my automated payment information. No problem. I sat on the phone with Steve and he processes my payment and tells me to have a nice day. Now I would assume that he knew what my rate was because I have been renting the unit for six months. But this was not the case. I get a notification from my bank that I was charged $76 over my usual rate. I called back to get things settled and was charged for my normal rate and received a payment receipt. A few hours later there was another charge on my card for the remainder of the initial balance I was charged? That is UNACCEPTABLE. My balance was paid in full for the rate I was initially renting for and now I am being bullied out of more money. How is this legal?! I don’t know what the protocol is for these things but internal issues should never affect your customers. It lacks tact.

Front desk is rude and mouthy. Horrible experience. Used auction sites to scam people.

I rented a unit since July 2020 and have nothing but great things to say about East Nashville Self Storage and their owners. They have been kind, accommodating and responsive. I have a unit on the second floor and it is easy to come and go through a back entrance. Moving equipment is readily available to hauling stuff. If I need a storage unit again I will use them for sure!

Steve and Eli were supremely helpful, kind, and personable when helping me rent a truck and move some incredibly personally precious art and photographs into one of their units. I cannot recommend them more highly; personable, kind staff and a great facility!

I’ve had two separate rounds over the years of storage at this location. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I’ve had great experiences with my storage unit neighbors on every occasion. The climate control is fantastic. The only downside is the price but other than that this is a great location.

The staff at East Nashville Self Storage has been awesome to work with. I began moving in just before the tornado hit in March 2020. They were awesome in helping out the community, and still accommodating customers while repairs were being made. The storage units are clean, the value is great, and the staff is excellent.

Climate controlled storage, lots of space, spaces can be used for a variety of things. We are outfitting its as a workshop and parts storage. The staff is accommodating and pleasant to work with.

I never thought Id have feelings about a storage facility, but I LOVE East Nashville Self Storage. They get 5 stars for professionalism, ease of booking/payments, competitive pricing, cleanliness, and security. Their gate hours are convenient. They have a loading dock you can use and lots of dollies for ease of moving. What I really love about this place is the community feel. They really take care of you and care about their community. Since weve been renting there, theyve hosted food drives and helped with the East Nashville tornado clean up. I love supporting this local business!!! Would recommend them to anyone!

The office staff should be commended for how well they have handled a major disaster (tornado) followed by a pandemic. They have been communicative throughout, quick to help, and understanding. My storage needs have changed and I no longer need their services, but for the first time, I felt sad to leave a storage facility. That should say everything you need to know about this company and these people. This office is more than just a local business, they are my neighbors.

I’ve been working with Steve and the staff for almost 6 months now (I rent a unit from them AND I’ve needed a truck on more than one occasion). They’re the best. Whatever I need, they’re there to help. And I feel like family when I do business with them. Their COVID-19 protocols are great, too. A great part of our community!

I have had a unit at East Nashville Storage for almost three years. It has been a great experience. The space is always clean. I have never had any problems locating a cart. What is great is that they have different types of carts for use, including furniture dollies, mattress carts, and regular carts. The people who work there are always helpful. I have never had any access problems. On top of all that, the rental prices are very good. I fully recommend this place.

I have had the most wonderful experience with East Nashville Self Storage. The customer service is flawless and eager to help and the units are clean and secure. Super easy to move in and out of. You can even rent UHauls there! Highly recommend to anyone who needs a unit for short or long term.

Rolled up yesterday, a Sunday afternoon, and was set up with a clean, accessible unit and ready to go in maybe 15 minutes. Great service at the front desk, convenient location, and exactly the solution I needed.

The manager showed me around and we found a really nice unit in a great location. I felt like he cared about my needs and it was a really easy and pleasant experience. The units are nice and clean, the parking lot is super secure, and the building itself has tons of surveillance. I definitely don’t have to worry about crime here which is of utmost concern. Very happy here.

This is the cleanest, friendliest, and best-managed storage facility that I have found in Nashville. The prices are completely fair and the onsite management team is so easy to work with. I have used 4 other storage locations in Nashville over the past 5 years. This is hands-down my go-to spot.

Paying customer for 2 years now. Always clean. Lights working. Carts lined up at the front, ready for use. Have even seen NEW carts rolled out recently, so not only do they maintain but they UPDATE!Access codes and entry always work. Ive been working with the team at East Nashville Self Storage for a while now. This group puts their heart and soul into their business - one of the many advantages working with a locally owned and operated business partner.

The time I was there was great, but now that I have left the storage unit and canceled within the 10 days you are to let them know before the billing date. I have been charged for my unit again and have emailed them and tried to call multiple times and have not been able to get anyone on the phone or to email me back to get my $192 refunded back to my account.

Great place to stage, store, warehouse, cache, keep, save, guard and otherwise watch out for the things you cant fit in you house or trunk. I have been working with them since 2012 and have never had anything but the best experiences with the staff, ownership and the other really cool east side packnasts.

I am so MAD...I had a reservation and there was a sign on the door...the phone app wouldnt work...I talked to 5 people at uhaul who couldnt figure out why they werent open...I had to go to another uhaul.

Great place, great customer service (especially Nathan for helping me out), the units are clean, it’s convenient that truck rentals are onsite, and the private loading bay makes moving things in and out of storage very easy. Have recommended to several people and would continue to anyone in the area.

This is a great place. They do a great job and the staff is awesome.

Been a tenant here for many years. The managers, Elaney and Blake are always on point and very friendly. The building is very unique and the tenants have formed a small community with various skills that seems to work very well with each other to improve East Nashville as a whole.

I believe that some things were stolen out of my storage unit at East Nashville Storage while I was moving things into the truck. At least they did not end up with me and theres nowhere else they could be. My niece told me later that she had seen a couple of guys looking lost while we were moving my things out. It was not easy getting the manager to respond to my request that my niece look at the tapes. In fact, it has taken almost 3 weeks and that was after a bunch of phone calls and promises on his side to call me back, which he did not follow through on. The tapes did not show anything taken by the 2 men, but, frankly, I have my doubts that the tapes were not doctored in the 3 weeks between my original phone call and my niece viewing them. I dont typically mistrust people, but where else might the goods be? You can make up your own mind.

Great prices for the area and for the square footage I recommend it.

The access hours say 6am to 10pm. I was there at 6 this morning and waited for someone to show up. No one did. I left and came back closer to 7 and still no one. Perhaps getting a place here was a mistake.
