Wasted an hour and 45 minutes of my time. Website states business opens at 9am. Arrive at their store, they have a sign on their door stating open hours are at 10am. I waited in my car until 10 and they still did not open. I called and the Owner said they were completing inventory and would be another 30-45 minutes before opening. I’ve purchased from this business before; great quality and price. However, I am a business owner as well and my time is just as valuable as the next. This was bad customer service Jerry!

ABSOLUTELY remarkable professional experience. When you first arrive you dont expect much from the building. The moment you walk in and meet Jerry that all changes. The inventory is incredibly high quality, we purchased 10 L-shaped desks and they were solid wood and extremely heavy. Way more than we expected for the value we received. The follow up and timelines of processing our order was exceptionally fast and professional. When we arrived to pick it up, the staff there insisted on loading for us and even strapped it to the truck to ensure safe travel to our office destination. Ive dealt with the other 2 large office supply companies in Nashville but Jerry and GLMs service and old school handshake and hospitality approach makes them hands down the very best. Will gladly do business with them again and refer any and everyone their way.

This is a Hidden Gem if youre looking for office furniture. The showroom is nothing fancy but they have samples of everything. They will show up and put everything together and clean up before they leave. Very good selection at very good prices.
