Sales representative had absolutely no idea what she was doing nor does understand what “including taxes” or “out the door” means .. she told me 3 times that “yes sir, that’s the price including taxes” .. and then I proceeded to check out and she said the price (which was the price she gave me plussss taxes .. AND a 3% added fee for using a credit card..) I’m sorry.. am I confused or does everyone just walk around with a couple grand in cash .. it’s 2019.. add the cost into your ticket price .. and they made me feel like an absolute BOTHER when I asked to pickup the table on the spot.. they told me they needed to prep the team to move the table (which I happily told them that I would load into my truck.

Definitely will never buy anything from this company again. Went in to look at a used table they had. The sales lady priced the table at $1200. I called the owner the next day after thinking about it and asked if he would take $1200 out the door. Which he agreed to. I made contact to pick the table up and was sent an invoice for $1200 + tax. The invoice should have been for 1096 + tax that would have equaled $1200 out the door. They refused to honor the quote of $1200 out the door stating they didnt understand. I guess they thought I called to negotiate the price down to the exact same price they had it listed for...i mean because we all know that happens alot. We decided it wasnt worth the time to hunt for another and to just go ahead with the purchase even after they had went back on thier word. We went to pick the table up and after it was loaded we went in to pay. Thats when they tell us they have to charge 3% to use a card. They get you from every angle. Raising the rate after the sale for credit card fees is against every credit card companies rules. Trying to decide if we are going to report it to the card company now. Anyway stay clear of this company.

The staff was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us in anyway, it was a great experience with a laid back approach to sales.
