I wish I could give ZERO stars. I had UPS to deliver my package to this access point because it had to be signed for since it was wine that I had ordered online. I got an email from UPS saying that the package was delivered to the access point. When I went to pick it up, the employees at the store said that they never got it. The person at the store who was on record as having signed for the package said that she was not there when the package was delivered and did not sign for it. Their attitude was, oh well we dont have it, too bad for you; and they seemed annoyed because I was questioning them about my package. I went to the UPS Customer Service Center and they insisted that their driver dropped it off and showed me their documentation. I never got my wine. I have had to call the company I purchased it from to ask them to file a claim with UPS. I will NEVER use this access point again.

I live in apartment complex and ordered a package that required a signature. I got a notification that my package was attempted to be delivered, but couldn’t be. I’m assuming the driver was just lazy and didn’t bring it to my door because there was no slip left that they always leave at the door when no one was home. Automated phone service is atrocious. When you finally get a hold of someone no one knows anything.

I had a UPS package redirected here because I was out of town and couldnt receive the delivery, and messed up my time frame on collecting it from the store. I was expecting a painful series of exchanges and customer service reps to try to keep it from being returned to sender before I could collect it, but instead all it took was a single, straightforward, 60 second conversation with their helpful and friendly representative to get the package held for me. Huge weight off my shoulders and a perfect example of good customer service.

For the last year I go out of my way to mail at this UPS. There is a closer UPS to my home but the people here are kinder and less tense. Just love this UPS. Thank you! Whatever you are doing keep it up. The workers here have great attitudes.

Just had a fantastic experience at this location! Gabrielle was the man! I’m a process person. Always paying attention to how people do stuff. So I let Gabrielle know I was going to need to dig for the address I was shipping to so he wouldn’t wait on me if other customers walked in and he said “Take your time, Mark”. While he was waiting on me, he took care of 4 customers with a smile and speed. He knows his business like the back of his hand and enjoys helping people. Great guy! His boss would be VERY wise to keep him around!

I am a small business owner navigating the ups and downs of creating and maintaining a small business. I rent a mailbox at this UPS location in order to assist with this process. The people that work here are GREAT! I have had majority of good experiences here. However, I have had some bad experiences here as well, and all of which came from the same person, the owner of this store. He has tainted my perception and lowered my expectations from this store. He has dropped my packages in front of me and other customers and lost one of my packages. To which he reimbursed me for after two weeks of not being able to locate it. However when it was finally located, he attempted to extort me for the money reimbursed to me, after his mistake a month prior. Not very good customer service if you ask me. Everyone else is awesome, but the owner seems to know all the right ways to run his customers away. I plan on switching locations because of these experiences, and advise those looking for a mailbox for business to stay far away from this location as long as the current owner is involved in any way.

Had a great experience at this location! Friendly and knowledgable staff. Printed documents and returned Amazon packages, and learned that I can also drop off USPS mail at UPS, which is super convenient.Apparently there’s been a recent change in ownership; so maybe give this location another go if you had a bad experience in the past. :)

They have a bad culture at this store. They make me feel extremely uncomfortable and Ive seen their staff be super rude to multiple customers on multiple visits. My guess is that those people just do not go back. Its not just the older guy (hes somewhat funny with a dry sense of humor) but the rest of the crew must try to mimic him and it does not work well for them or their business model. Ive never had a problem with packages going to the wrong place and thats why I wouldnt rate them a 1/5. I just dont think they like their customers very much period.

I wanted to print some docs on 14 x 8.5. Unlike fedex which is full service, you the customer have to use the computer. If you ask questions, its like a chore for the owner to tell you what to do. I dont want to pay someone to use a computer with a horrible interface to print docs. Dont waste your money just go to Fedex. The service is exceptional.

Pulled in the parking lot at 6:55pm and the lights were off and gate partially closed. After I parked and got to the door at 6:59pm (I know, I know! Last minute) the employees were walking out the door. Either they are incredibly fast at locking up at a meta-human pace or they couldnt be bothered to wait until 7pm to begin shutting down. OR maybe the sign is wrong and they actually close at 6:45 🤔

This is the second time I have gone here recently and have been quoted one outrageous price to ship a package.Last time I was quoted $93 to ship a package overseas. When I went to the UPS store in Green Hills they offered me several choices and I shipped the package for $12.Today I was quoted $16, delivered in a week. I just mailed from the post office $9 for 2 day deliveryUnless you have more money than sense you might want to avoid this location.

They arent as hotly rude as they used to be. It seems more ingrained and colder but it remains an unpleasant experience always and it is silly not to just drive a bit further to the one next to Le Peep in Belle Meade Plaza where the experience is always great.

This is my second rude experience with owner/manager. I shipped 17 packages during the holidays and he was short with me, but I let it slide since it was such a hectic time of the year. However, this morning I was treated rudely when he said he had to pack my box under durress to the only other customer in the store. He has some kind of issue. I would stay far away from this business due to his weird behavior.
