I was in the store, and i kept on getting starring eyes from the help. 3 women working on the same display organizing it. Omg i hear. Omg its a (guy) in make-up, why is (he) here. When i asked for help. 1 said can i help u ( sir ).Im trans mtf shopping. I was looking for lotion. Something minty. After being and felt gender discriminated. I will no long shop at the natick location. Upon leaving. A woman with a smile pulled me to the side and apologized about there rude behavior. She helped me.I ended up buying it. Though i was miss gendered by 3 young women. I was helped by woman. That i found out later speaks 5 different languages. She made my day.

This is a large Bath and Body works with many products. They have everything set up for the holidays right now, with some new scents. They have an entire room/part of the store completely dedicated to scented candles. They had a sale going on when I was there recently; large 3-wick candles were under $13 each.

Wonderful scents for any mood. Great to start the day with a shower with beautiful scents and carry that through the day. Its worth it to keep an eye on the special offers. Buy 3, get 3 with a coupon for percent off can save a great deal of money.

The employees can be very pushy and overbearing while browsing the store. But the product selection is good. Nice smelling soaps and lotions and they often have some kind of sale going on.

The employees were very rude especially two ladies who were standing in front of the store. We were waiting for our friend’s that was still inside the store and then we started walking towards the store to tell our friends to hurry up but the employees told us that the store is not playground so stop walking in and out if you aren’t going to buy anything.

Not a fan. All the stuff smells the same. They make a nice candle. I miss all the different lipglosses!
