Evertime I go into Cosmoprof in Natick, I always feel like Im good hands, everyone is educated, helpful and easy to talk to. Today I went in to get hair products, I was greeted by the nicest girl, her name was Lorrie. I proceeded to look for items I needed I but couldnt find. She went out of her way to find the products and explain how to use them correctly. She was amazingly helpful and so thoughtful. I did not think they had to work due to the current situation. Is it mandatory? oh well, hold on to her shes really amazing!!!!!
