Always a pleasant experience at the Natick Mall location. I have never walked in this store without being offered help by at least one Sephora team member. They are always happy to help you find what you need and will happily sample products if you’re iffy about purchasing something you haven’t tried before. If you’re looking for a product that’s out of stock they offer to order it and have it shipped to you for free.

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful. They tend to be a lot more friendly and helpful than it Ulta.

Literally everytime I come here the staff is so polite, they do returns so easily for me. They never make me feel like I’m bothering them. They are so professional and knowledgeable too. Always matching me up to correct foundation and concealer and getting me the products I want if they don’t have it in store. Once I walk in I’m greeted warmly by awesome staff. I have to come to this store when I come to the Natick mall! Best customer service

I went in today august 21 tired af from work and didn’t know what I wanted. I just went in for my birthday gift obviously I got other stuff. The staff is very friendly and great with helping and making recommendations. It was an excellent balance; I didn’t feel overwhelmed with help or feel under helped. Very nice people

Great customer service and products

Most of the people working here were amazing and really helpful but there was an older white woman who worked there who kept trailing behind me. When I looked up and met eyes with her she looked away and went back to staring at me when I looked away. I couldn’t help but think it was racially motivated because I was the only black person in the store as far as I could tell. It made me really uncomfortable and unsure if I want to return .

Very friendly, couldnt find kat von dee anywhere though and even thought they had a line outside to limit customers it still felt really crowded in there

This time of the year is just so painful in retail stores but if your like me you like to feel the products, see how they look on real skin. Its once in a while that you find a real person thats an artist and friendly Most importantly knowledgeable Lauren Michaels is her name, she was always thinking ahead for the next product to introduce you to, and knows how to apply it with a clean applicator/brush. She was educated on the suggested products. I am a makeup enthusiast and love to ease drop on some of the professionals on the floor. I would give Lauren Michaels a 10 star if there was an option. i worked in the makeup industry for over 20 years. I look forward to my next visit to Sephoras

Always shopping here. The store is always clean and the staff is friendly. Whenever I need help I can easily find someone that actually knows what they are talking about. Only thing I will say is it can be annoying when you are shopping and you feel like the staff is constantly checking what you are doing. Not sure why since I purchase here all the time. But I work in retail so I get it. But overall a great location with very friendly, knowledgeable associates.

Stopped by to get shade matched for foundation and was helped by a very friendly staff member. Hooked me up with a recommendation and sample. I felt really comfortable

Thank you to Sephora-Natick Mall for making things right for me, a long time VIP member! I had an unpleasant experience with a return which didn’t feel right. I came back a few days later to speak to another manager and she was great. Very personable and thorough. She basically gave me the time of day that the other manager did not. Also shout out to Rossini (I think that’s his name) who gave me a great hydrating facial. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. All in all, they made a bad situation better in terms of customer service. Will keep coming there for my MD skincare Peels instead of switching to Nordstrom.

I explained to the person that Im using up my moisturizer at home, not totally happy and would like to try a new brand and ask for a sample. She gave me the least customer service possible ( didnt ask how i think or give me any expertise advice ).

Love the customer service. Theyre definitely busy but once u can get someones attention they are completely and totally about you.

Its pretty good It has nice people and has good but exspensive makeup.

Went to buy a gift knowing nothing about make up or what my friend wanted, showed staff my friends instagram and they knew exactly what makeup she uses, she loved the gift 10/10

It’s a great place to shop for ur cosmetics, skincare and perfume. Usually I don’t find friendly customer service here but the cashier, Kathleen, was very friendly during my last week visit and also provided me with good customer service which I had rarely found here in past.

Very disorganized staff. Wife went for a appointment and some of the staff were helpful while others were less than.

Very good assistance. i was looking for a lipstick of a particular shade and girl at the store offered me exactly what i was looking for.

At this sephora the workers always follow you around trying to see what you are doing while i’m just looking at the makeup. it’s so weird.
