The worker with colored eyeshadow and hair was terrific! They immediately approached me when I entered the store and was looking at their gift boxes. After I told them I couldnt hear, she found an alternative way to communicate and assisted me with finding a perfect gift box for my friend within my budget. She showed me three options and gave wonderful suggestions. Very accommodating and friendly. I couldnt find a better worker to help me. Definitely will shop here again!

The staff were so sweet and so helpful, absolutely love the pair that was working Wednesday afternoon on 6/30! One person helped show me around to find products to help beat the heat and the other one that processed my price was so adorable and sweet, I loved her hair color and makeup...I love that this store doesnt follow outdated appearance protocols that would prohibit things like green hair, etc. Those things are so outdated. These employees seemed genuinely happy and not just polite customer service voice/face happy.

I know how hard it is to work in retail or hospitality right now, especially when everyone is starting to go out all at once, and almost all stores and facilities are suffering from lack of staff. Even on memorial day weekend, everyone was so helpful and kind. Christina and Emmett were and are amazing. The store looked great and they provided the classic lush ambiance despite it being busy and having products selling out like crazy. Thank you!!

You’ll be loosing your customers with your mask policy. The state has lifted the mask mandate. the stuff attitude is poor, zero knowledge how talk to the customers.I didn’t get vaccinated to wear a mask.

I went to lush today and was helped by a lady with black hair and green bangs and she was absolutely phenomenal went above and beyond with suggestions and help and was just generally a very bubbly and friendly person she almost stole my girlfriend from me but I can forgive that because of the excellent service provided

To the tall person with purple hair who was working today, you made my day. I called the chestnut hill location a few weeks ago and they truly chewed me out for wanting to be able to smell things (with masks, safely!) before buying. I was really anxious to go as Im particular about scents and maybe getting chewed out again. Thank you for your kind assistance in the store finding exactly what I wanted, and thank you to management for setting up a safe way to still smell things and get the store experience. Please give them a raise!

I have been to lush a bunch of times and have honestly loved every single product i have tried. Bath bombs, skin care, hair care, soaps, you name it. Everything smells delicious and leaves your skin/hair feeling amazing. I also appreciate how the ingredients are all natural and clean. If you go in to the store there are plenty of samples available to try and I will say confidently, these products speak for themselves. An employee named Ethan helped my friend and I by offering great suggestions, explaining the products and their uses in great detail, and even gave us generous free samples. He was super nice and helpful:)

My mom and I had the most wonderful experience in this Lush location! Charlotte, an employee at this location, was so incredibly helpful in explaining products to us and giving us suggestions. To top it off, as we were checking out she gave us this lovely sample/customer appreciation box to brighten our day. We are so thankful for Charlotte and loving the products she recommended!

Lush is one of my all time favorite brands. You cannot beat the quality. This was a large lush store and the employees were very accommodating.

I may not remember the sales associate that helped us. But she gave us the best customer service experience to date. She was very informative of the products and got us everything we asked for. Will definitely revisit the store.

I love this store. I seriously come here weekly to try new things. I will gladly pay a little more for products that fight animal cruelty. I also really like the products and have found the things I have bought do what they say. I personally enjoy the employees that work here. They are always very helpful with questions and demonstrations, and I appreciate that. Aside from loving the products, the Natick employees make me want to come back weekly.

I was really impressed by Maren’s superb customer service and knowledge. I was seeking vegan products, and Maren had a thorough knowledge of the products available for me. The service was thorough without being pushy, intrusive, or insincere! I was even given samples to take home and try before I potentially buy. For an outstanding customer service experience, especially compared to the horrendous lack of customer service elsewhere in the mall, I really feel like this is a 5-star store in the Natick Mall.

Its no secret that lush has some amazing products. I love them. Dark Angel is my favorite charcoal cleanser. I am not a fan of there little round face cleansing soaps. They can be too greasy and I have dry skin. Overall they have great products. I didnt like how the employees of this store practically harassed me along me if I needed hello my entire visit. I usually go to the Providence location and I recently visited the Natick one and was not the biggest fan solely based on that.

Most of the employees were great and very helpful, but one in particular was very pushy and made a passive aggressive comment when I mentioned I didnt personally indulge in the hair care. It was quite rude. Other than that, products are good and most employees are nice.

Very friendly and helpful employees. The chip-reader wasnt working for cards and I didnt have enough cash to check out so they held my items while I walked around the mall for 20mins. When I came back they had it back up and running and the cashier made sure I went home with a free sample of something.

Was here two weeks ago and was completely ignored by the staff. Even though the store was quite empty (think more employees than customers), not a single person was willing to even answer questions about the products. Dont bother with this store.
