Looked for a sectional for a long time and finally settled on the Dune sofa. We were going to order online, but wanted to see fabric samples so I made an appointment to go see Robin. I couldnt have imagined how helpful she would end up being. We encountered some delivery problems (sofa was too big even though Robin had warned us), but she worked with us on multiple days to get it sorted out. Truly, could not have asked for a better experience. Worth every penny and really quality nice furniture. Go see Robin and she will make all projects stress free!!

We have never had better customer experience at a furniture store - right from stepping foot in the store to furniture delivery at home everything was spot on and beyond perfect.Robin, Salim and the entire team at the Natick store was an absolute pleasure to work with. Robin was extremely patient and went over and beyond to get us our ideal couch. She helped us re-order our couch since it was the wrong orientation. Everything with the re-order process was extremely smooth and we got to hold on to the couch that was delivered.Would highly recommend Arhaus for the quality, customer experience and support. Kudos to Robin for making our experience perfect.

Only place to shop for furniture, Period. Ask for Robin. No body better. Patient, professional, helpful ideas and recommendations and her knowledge of the product is second to none! Ordered a custom bed, came in on time, it was exactly as I had spec’d it, delivered and put it together... perfect. I can’t wait to shop for more furniture with them! Highly recommended.

Purchasing furniture is never easy unless you are sure of what you are going for however i already had a table in mind, great service from Lynn Baker! There are many designs that you can choose from that are unique compared to other competitors. I was able to choose the chairs and what fabric i wanted . Keep in mind anything shipped will take a while during covid .

I bought a Kipton Sofa from Arhaus. I am an average sized person and every time I sit down, stand up, or readjust on the couch, it creaks. It sounds like a couch from a thrift store. This began within days of receiving the couch. I bought the extended warranty but apparently noise is not considered a manufactures defect even though the couch is brand new.Its concerning that Arhaus considers this level of build quality acceptable. Ive spoken with their concierge service and all they offer is to send out another technician.

What an amazing experience! From the initial phone call to see if they are open, from walking in the door, just very friendly helpful people. Robin is just wonderful and was extremely enjoyable to work with. We also worked with a designer, Patrice, and she helped us layout furniture on our design. She was amazing, and helped us find everything we needed to fill our new home. Hands down best service we have had at any furniture store.

Service was great while we were shopping for the furniture of our remodeled home. We spent over $15,000.00 because I had just retired and hoped this would be our last big purchase. I trusted . However within 2 years one of the chairs we purchased was not functioning as during the first year. I contacted the company which is supposed to insure and repair if there is a problem. I was very upset to find out that unless you file a claim within 30 days your claim is not covered! In my case it was noticing that the mechanism of the swivel chair was not up to par. It still works but it is not anything as when we received it. I was not given a choice to opt out of the $500.00 insurance that we purchased. I don’t know why or what for !!!! They won’t cover you and the store never tells you that you have to file within a month! I was honest and was burned! Never again. Don’t buy overpriced furniture at Arhous!

Arhaus has really good furniture, but this store in Natick is awful. We went there today and despite having spent a lot of money here in the past, no one was willing to help with questions - even though we were the only customers in the store this afternoon. Even in the past, I had to call the store in Burlington to get details on my order - the store in Natick would never return my calls or voicemails. If you want to order Arhaus furniture avoid this store in Natick.

Sadly this is not a place where you should go shopping for your furniture needs. Please stay away as frustration is inevitable. We ordered few pieces on Nov 1st, 2020, one piece was off the floor so I arranged to have it picked up and cover the expense as they dont deliver floor pieces. The rest was supposed to be ready for delivery within 12 weeks (January 2021). Long time but due to covid (such nice excuse well hear ad nauseam for the next 20 weeks and counting...) we understood. This week is the 20th week of waiting, no phone call, no reply to my emails. So I finally went to the store in person only to be told that one piece is ready and sitting in their warehouse in Ohio but the rest isnt. So why not deliver at least that one piece? Crazy idea?Three women behind the counter, after talking to one, they started whisper with each other in front of me as if Im not there...high school behavior of worst kind. What has it achieved your whispering and communicating with each other in front of me? Why not just update me on my order, suggest a delivery of the available piece? Apologize for hugely extended delay? Simple suggestions. Is this what you were whispering about? High schoolers would know it better, would behave better, would act better and definitely WOULD handle the whole situation better.Bottom line, instead of spending more hard earned money at your place, Ill go elsewhere. Youre not the only furniture store that gets their stuff shipped from China. Just imagine how many more thousands of dollars youve lost by your unacceptable behavior today trying to hide behind your counter...whispering stuff...pathetic.Good luck treating same way your future customers, youll be closing your door soon.

Worse experience ever. We ordered a bunch of things from Arhaus, one of the items that we received was defected so we had to return it . But what is not acceptable is that the same piece of furniture that we rejected was sent to us three times !!!!! Can anyone believe that items are shipped defected with broken legs without anyone inspecting it ahead of time !? We only received three out of six items. Horrible customer service, no follow up, their only excuse is COVID, chaotic operation. We have been waiting for our furniture five months. I am sure whatever is coming in the way is going back due to lack of Quality inspection.If you are willing to forget about your money and furniture... go ahead and buy from them .I Will never ever think of buying an ashtray for this company.

This store (and potentially the corporation) is disorganized and service is severely lacking.We placed an order worth ~15K on 10/12. Our sales person was Lynn - I have yet to speak with her after we placed the order - does she still work there? we cant get hold of her. Barbara (the manager) did help us with the first round of problems we encountered but now we cant get a hold of Barbara either.The only person that seems to be available and helpful is Summa (apologies for spelling).Evidently, when we bought the furniture initially, half the furniture was available but Lynn didnt know or didnt mention to us... when we went in a week later, Summa told us this and was able to get us delivery of the first half. Unfortunately, the Mandara that we received twice! was broken and we eventually returned it. Why pay >2000 for a decorative cabinet when the doors arent even aligned... The terra was another big mess but eventually we just settled on one that we dont love.Now the Petra and Madrone are the two big pieces missing. I called late November and was told that delivery is still on schedule for first week of December. Since then, i havent been able to get anyone from Natick to talk to me!!!I went to Burlington, the manager there is Jordan and he was very helpful - he sent a strongly worded email to the manager Barbara about 2 days ago - still waiting for a response. i called the Natick store - theyre closed for 6/7 days this week (? wth?) I called corporate - they literally cant help me because as its an open order it cant be handled by anyone other than the store.Now everyone is telling me that the expected delivery is not to be SCHEDULED until mid to late February. Oh by the way, if you go to arhaus.com thats about the same time period when you should expect the furniture if you order today as a brand new order...Ive sunk in about $15K into furniture that hasnt met the right quality of standards and it appears that I will wait 4 months to get it. Then on top of that, it appears that I will get beyond mediocre service. So much for a premium furniture experience.In the meantime, my restoration hardware furniture is beautiful and installed. As is my cheaper (but perhaps better quality) wayfair, williams sonoma, and crate and barrel furniture.In the future, thanks but no thanks to Arhaus.

I recently purchased a Petra dining room table, the service provided by Samma was excellent she helped us and gave us great advice, and that’s where it ends, we realized the table was to small for our needs we were then told it would cost us a “restocking fee” and the larger table would cost $1000 to reorder, we understand the table was larger so it was more money, but we are now waiting for our “third” try to make this right, the second delivery of the larger table was damaged, so we wanted another table they tried to charge us again for restocking which was not our fault the delivery date was made and they were 3 hours late, they finally delivered the table which was the original size (the small one) not the one we upgraded to, called the store and never received a call back from manager! Think twice about purchasing anything from this store! We will never go back there again!

Couch is decent at best (totally over priced). They sell you on their no finance charge for 1 year, because why not? Dont do it. If you dont pay it off in full by 1 year to the exact date (I missed it by 3 days because I didnt think it would really matter) they charge the full interest at the maximum rate allowed by law. Buyer Beware!

The quality of their furniture is good and the staff is very friendly en route to buying furniture. That’s where the good news ends. We ordered 3 pieces at the same time in the first week of January. When we ordered the furniture we were told that one piece, a bookshelf, could be shipped in as soon as 2-4 weeks and the two chairs would be shipped in 8-12 weeks. We received the first chair at the 12 week mark. We learned from repeated calls to the store - the salesperson never initiated a call, returned a call or called when promised and the manager has returned two calls - that the delivery dates for the other chair and bookshelf were simply unknown. When I called today - week 16 - the manager said the second chair has been sitting in the warehouse awaiting the arrival of the bookshelf. I had to convince her to ship this chair without further delay and, when she said the trucks were full until Tuesday, I had to ask her to call the shipper to see if they can put it on an earlier truckload (which apparently they can). There is simply no part of this story that equates to good customer service. Part of the problem is that no one in this store has any idea when furniture will actually be delivered but make delivery promises anyway. If they said, at the time of purchase, that they don’t really know when the items will be shipped and they’re not going to update us, at least we would know what to expect and could perhaps choose a different vendor.

Recently purchased a bookcase unit from the store, excellent customer service, excellent delivery. There was one complication that they remedied very quickly and I am a very satisfied customer. Would highly recommend to family and friends for making furniture purchases at the store.

They have mostly rustic furniture and lighting. Quality is excellent and Service tries to excel as well. Products are on the pricey side but par with similar quality from other high end stores.We bought a bed (very heavy Russel King) and very satisfied with it. They even reimbursed for damage of a wall during delivery (took a while though - 2-3 months).Buying a dining table now. Got a few pillows on sale as well. Hoping for the best.

The employees Ive encoutered have been strange every time, to the point where Ive feld uncomfortable around them. I just stopped by a couple weeks ago and the woman I worked with told me she liked the coloring of my son (which did not seem appropriate) and told me that wed have to leave a deposit down for the table we were looking at about five times. I get it, a deposit is needed, good L*rd.Side comment, looking through the Google reviews Arhaus has only publicly responded to the four star and above reviews to thank them. They should know that to improve overall reviews all should be addressed, but especially the less positive ones!

We bought kitchen chairs from them, with a warranty and all kinds of promises of replacements, repairs if not satisfied. Within a year the chairs had lost their support, so we were basically sitting on the frame of the chair. When we complained, and sought repair via our warranty, they were hard to convince. Finally, they repaired the chairs, but the chairs didnt keep their cushioning either, and within a year were terribly uncomfortable.Not buying from them again.
