My genuine leather recliner lasted two years and the springs already broke. Not bothering dealing with their terrible customer service, this thing is going in a landfill. With the same money, you will get better quality at Jordan’s or Boston interiors.

We went to La-Z-Boy to buy a recliner. We were greeted by a salesperson who brought us to the section with the recliners. She was most helpful without being intrusive. We very much appreciated her assistance and found just the chair we were looking for. The only thing that would have put this sale over the top would have been a much shorter delivery time.

The Natick Store is wonderful, such knowledgable and helpful sales rep. However, dealing with corporate customer service was a nightmare. It has been 8 months and they STILL have not been able to help me (the two pieces of the sectional do not stay together and the brackets need to be fixed). Customer services reps (especially Crystal) were rude and aggressive. Finally found someone who could help (thank you Jessica and Britney!) and hopefully can finally follow through on the repair. Buyer beware!

Excellent service! Good selection of recliners even during a pandemic. Willing to help you in any way and make sure that you are comfortable in choosing the right furniture that works with your budget. No pressure in up selling or added service costs! They tell you everything up front. Fyi, dont be discouraged if delivery takes weeks to arrive. Its like this at most furniture stores due to pandemic.

Great customer service. We were asked if we needed help at one point but were not followed around at all, we were allowed to look at our leisure. When the associate helped us he was very friendly and personable and listened to what we were looking for, walked away for a minute and when he came back he had swatches we mentioned right in hand! We ordered one couch and will definitely be back when we decide what we are doing with rest of house!

Claudia is amazing!! Went in with no idea what I was looking for and being “that customer” ended up with a beautiful set. She checked prices and availability on at least 5 different sets, because I kept changing my mind, all the while being so pleasant and kind. The store atmosphere was relaxed and I never felt pressured to buy. Absolutely would recommend this store abs I will be going back for a recliner!!

I had a great experience at the Natick store. I bought a beautiful fancy recliner at Jordan’s a few months back that is not comfortable for me so I gave it to my son. I went to La-Z-boy to purchase a replacement and I am so glad I did. Albert was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained how to correctly fit a recliner to the person that will be the primary user. I love it. A perfect fit for me.

The chair is the way I expected it to look and feel. Amazing. Second time I sat in it I accidentally fell asleep. So comfortable. Rocks and reclines with ease. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! We purchased a couch and love seat from La-Z-Boy in January 2021.We were told delivery would be 4-6 months. This was understandable due to supply issues. However, 4-6 months turned into 8 months. We were never notified by La-Z-Boy of the changes. We only found out because we kept calling the store for updates. During one of these calls, we were told our love seat was in and could be delivered as long as we paid the entire balance due on our purchase. We offered to pay for the loveseat in full, but not for the couch, as they could not even give us a delivery date for the couch. They refused to deliver the loveseat unless the couch was paid as well. We refused. The furniture has finally been delivered. We paid in full. However, when the couch was delivered, it did not work properly. When we called the store, we were told we had 2 options - they could replace the couch, which would take months, or they could send a tech to try to repair the defect. We opted for the tech. However, the first available appointment the tech had was in 6 weeks. Perhaps our purchase will be satisfactory someday. La-Z-Boy - your customer service is some of the worst we have ever dealt with.

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with my recent order from La-Z-Boy. I wish I could speak in person to a customer service representative but it is nearly impossible to get ahold of a live person. The issue is they do not have good follow through and promised my recliner multiple times. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

This was our first venture into a showroom since the covid-19 pandemic began and Janet made us feel comfortable and at ease. We are very pleased that we were under no pressure and allowed all the time we wanted to make our decision.

The sales process went very well despite placing an in-person order in October 2020 during the Covid-19 Crisis. However, the delivery process has been anything but acceptable. It has been 7 months since the order was placed, and there have been 2 changes in the delivery date during that time. No one has sent an email or telephoned to inform us of the delays. I do not consider this good customer service.

Bought a recliner. Told it would come in July. It is now July and we are told it will come in October. AND they make you sign a “CON-Tract” that says if you cancel there is no refund. Why? Because they obviously KNOW they won’t deliver when they say they will. TOTAL, COMPLETE con job. I will never, ever, ever give this dishonest store another nickel of my money. And I mean NEVER!!!

We had a great experience at Lazy Boy in Natick. Maria Claudia was very helpful and patient with us while we decided on the fabric for the sofa we selected. The showroom was beautifully set-up and the fabric swatches were easily accessible in a well-lit area.The only problem we had was trying to contact the showroom by phone . After many attempts and leaving messages, we never received a return call to see if they were open. (Due to Covid, we thought maybe the store had closed) So after calling we drove to the Plymouth showroom to make a selection of two chairs. Very inconvenient as the distance was over an hour’s drive. When it came time to purchase a sofa, again we tried calling Natick and again no answer or return call. I decided to take a ride to Natick and discovered there WERE in fact open.Anyway, we purchased a sofa while there. On the way home I thought of a question I had forgotten to ask regarding the type of foam used in the sofa, so I gave them a call. Again, no answer and no return call. There were 3 salespeople and no other customers in the store when we left. Extremely frustrating!I must tell you though, the quality of your products are outstanding! We have a sofa and chair we purchased over 30 years ago from Lazy boy and after many children jumping and “living” on them, they have held up great...I just got tired of the fabrics and decided to make the change .

After +2 hrs of sitting on uncomfortable furniture at Jordan’s we strolled into Lazy Boy Natick and our awesome sales person Janet lead us right to the three sleeper sofas, let us lay on the air mattress and regular spring beds, and explained the warranty option in a super chill, non-salesly way. Janet was awesome!!! We’re going to come back to buy a sectional in a few months.

I had a very good experience with buying a chair for my mother. The sales representative sized the chair to my mothers height and specs that would make her the most comfortable and was able to relate to his own personal experience with the chair to better explain how the comfort should be tuned for her. Also the price was very affordable and was able to show us very nice options that fit in my price. Would for sure recommend this place to anyone who’s interested in purchasing any kind of furniture. I took my elderly father to look for a recliner. He has severe Rheumatoid Arthritis so his arms and legs are contracted. He really liked the Greyson electric recliner. It fit to support the back of his knees, lumbar support is perfect and there is a handheld remote for the controls. Most of the chairs were difficult for him to operate as he cannot bend his arm, hand and fingers to reach control buttons and the lever was difficult for him to maneuver. We were told it would take 4-6 months to get it and could not buy the floor model. I called the next day and Mark did what he had to let us purchase the recliner. Claudia was amazing. She was so helpful and had all the paperwork ready when we arrived.My dad (andI) are so happy he will have a comfortable chair that fits his needs by Christmas. It’s like it was made for him. As much as I love our couch and understand the current making/delivering issues related to the pandemic I am honestly disappointed with the lack of communication from Lazy Boy. We ordered our couch Aug. 29th and were delivered Jan. 14th. I had to call 4 times to have an update and never once did they call to keep me posted on what was going on (despite the 2months delivery delays). Please keep your customers posted. We understand the situation not the lack of communication.

We placed an order back in August 2020 and, when delivered in December, we received a loveseat instead of the chair we wanted. Further scrutiny of the invoice showed other errors like discounts that were instead charges. We headed to the Natick store expecting the worst, but instead found our salesperson had been fired for such issues and Mark and Maria went above and beyond to make things right. Their response was truly admirable.

I wasn’t planning to purchase a sofa, but the Natick store had up signs for 30% off everything! I’ve happily owned Laz-y-Boy furniture for decades so I went inside to check out the sofa options. My “must haves” were comfortable but supportive seats and a back without super puffy headrests; a soft fabric that cleans easily, and will work with my neutral lt beige walls, and last, but not least, a sweet spot for naps. My spouse arrived, after work, to join my search.The two sales people that showed us the floor inventory were attentive to our requests and had good knowledge of the styles and recliner features; no power features for us. We had chosen a sofa from the Jay group that we were happy with, except we wanted a different fabric, adding hundreds to the final price.As we headed over to the sales desk we spotted another possibility, the Hayes reclining sofa. This one had all that we wanted, a little more seat width for those naps and the fabric was perfect (no extra cost). Stick us with a fork ... we’re done! The last good news was that the sofa would be delivered on July 11 (only three days away)! Would I shop this store again? Yes, definitely!

Michael worked with me to look at reclining chairs of a size and shape that would meet my needs. I was interested in a chair I had seen online, but it wouldnt have worked for me because it had no arm to put it in reclining position. He spent a lot of time showing me other models and was very careful to explain all characteristics of each chair I considered. I found him very pleasant and professional, and patient as I decided which model would be best. He explained carefully the details on the receipt and details of my purchase. He was great to work with.

As a manager I can appreciate the learning curve of a new employee. Others may not feel the same way when on the precipice of spending thousands of dollars on a couch. I would suggest more situational training and/or more staffing if available.Also, as a veteran, I would suggest having a plan to handle veterans near veterans day. A discount that is the same as any civilians discount just looks like pandering. Dont worry youre not the only one.Overall, Im happy with my experience.

The delivery experience was great. The sofa was just what I was looking for. Beyond that, the La-Z-Boy experience has been piss-poor at best. A classic used car salesman-like experience between the sales folks in the branch and customer service experience after the purchase. No 800 number to reach customer service during non-business hours and the branch only picks-up the phone 25% of the time. Also, forget about their price match guarantee. What’s included in the fine print, which they don’t inform you or include on the sales contract, is that they won’t match 99% of other retailers.If you’re interested in purchasing La-Z-Boy furniture, then I suggest using the store as nothing more than a showroom to explore their options and see the furniture in person. Purchase online or at another retailer who will undoubtedly offer superior prices and customer services.
