Ive been asked multiple times to post a review before my product arrives. Its sketchy to me when a company wants an online review, seemingly desperately as they texted and emailed begging, before anything shows up.The store is fine, a bit small. The staff are excellent and everyone I worked with was great and very helpful.But how can I be expected to give a full review of my experience when my order has not arrived? I think its a bit odd that a single sofa is coming in 10 shipments over at least two days. That is going to be annoying to keep track of and Im sure there will be a lot of waste Ill need to dispose of. Having ordered our last sofa at pottery barn, it was less expensive and hand delivered and set up. The appointment was scheduled in advance so I knew when the delivery was happening. Here, Im waiting on ten boxes to show up at some point over at least two days. Then I need to put it together myself and get rid of the packaging. And then was asked to review my experience before anything even showed up. So at this point Im a bit skeptical but what I tested in the show room was comfortable so Im optimistic.

The design process with Peter was awesome. His insightful input and genuinely friendly conversation never once felt like a sales push. He’s the kind of guy that I’d be lucky to sit down next to at a pub and strike up a conversation. My wife and I really enjoyed speaking with him. The magnetic blocks were simply brilliant tools, too. And the sofa was delivered in 3 days!?

Excellent overall experience with the purchase of our Lovesac Sactional.The only negative I would express would be the crazy amount of Lovesac email advertisements and pop-ups that I receive daily. You had me at Hello. Additionally Im generally not a fan of FedEx as a shipping contractor. Their tracking system never seems accurate.

Peter and Vicki have been wonderful to work with. My son has special needs, and they were thoughtful and creative while we considered designs and cover fabric options.

I walked out knowing I was going to order a sactional and could not be happier with my purchase. The couch is SO comfortable and very functional with the different ways to reconfigure it. It was a nice experience, the customer support was outstanding. They really got to know what we are specifically looking for and found a custom setup that we loved. The prices are higher then other couch stores, but the quality is much higher then most other couch places.

The sales/customer service staff, Peter and Siphana in particular, at this location are wonderful and went above and beyond what I would expect to explain the system to my husband and I, help us build our system, and place our order. Then later, when we were dealing with shipping delays and back orders, they were both extremely helpful, friendly, and great with following up.

I went to the Natick Mall Lovesac a few weeks back to sit on the couches and see what they were all about. They were so comfortable and there were so many amazing qualities about them (moveable, washable, etc.). Peter worked with me while I was there to show me all of the configurations and fills/cover options possible. He was super personable! I am typically an on line orderer but when we decided to move forward with ordering lovesac, I headed back to the store to work with Peter directly. He was able to guide me and give me a few tricks of the trade to make the sactional as usable as possible for our home. I ordered on a Thursday and the ship time was 1-4 weeks, however, I am getting my lovesac on Tuesday! Not even a week later. I am so excited to get this furniture in and to start enjoying it. If you’re looking to buy, head to the Natick Mall and see Peter!!!

Our experience at Lovesac was absolutely wonderful! We purchased a sactional from them and wanted to make it a deep seat couch (which requires a different kind of insert). Nevertheless, Peter (at the Natick, MA Lovesac store) made this entire process seamless. He communicated with us throughout the entire process to exchange the seat (free of charge). He sent us boxes to package up our seat, set up the Fedex Pick up, and automatically sent us the replacement! We are so pleased with their wonderful customer service! Definitely would recommend Lovesac to everyone!

Staff was great, purchasing was easy. You can definitely get a better couch for the money but it won’t be configurable. I tried Burrow before Lovesac. It was simply not a deep enough couch for two people to cuddle on. Lovesac is the best full sized configurable couch in the market.

Have had our love sac(s) since 2o11! They have traveled to the mountains of West Virginia to UConn and everywhere in between! Having 5 college age children, including triplets, made our love sac experience interesting! The biggest problem was who would get the love sac which semester! And then fitting it into various cars, vans and trucks on move in day! They have been well loved through the years- now most have graduated from college, one sac is now in graduate school at Worcester State! One has come home to rest! A new cover was in order. Well I bought a new couch! The store guys were fantastic Peter was great absolutely no issues. The couch was easy to set up and I’m not usually one to hang out but somehow I managed to spend seven hours on the couch excellent product excellent service and excellent people that’s what you get at the store!

So impressed, this furniture is just what we were looking for; high quality and super functional. It sells itself really but the sales associate, Peter, was so thorough in explaining this unique furniture that we quickly went from just looking to buying. Cant wait for delivery.

My boyfriend and I stopped in to ask a few questions about these couches and Peter gladly stayed after closing to walk us through everything we had questions about. They were running a great deal between the sale and financing options which made the decision easy. We came back the next day and got everything ordered with him and we can’t wait to get our couch set up!

I had a wonderful experience, Yamilka Morin was very knowledgeable and energetic and was able to answer all of my questions and give me an example of how the furniture works etc.

I would recommend Lovesac Natick. The sales rep Mimi was patient and took her time explaining the differences between each sac. She would get an extra star if there were more because she was at work during a storm. I will visit again.

TERRIBLE - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, we purchased the second most expensive variant. We got the dark leather and brown fur option. After an hour + of assembly we immediately realized how uncomfortable this EXTREMELY expensive couch was, after about a week, we attempted to return it, the staff were rude, and insisted we de-assemble it, and bring it TO the store ourselves. Back to how uncomfortable the couch is, you sunk into the cochons, and the backs of the couches were like cheap hotel pillows. MAKE SURE TO TEST IN STORE BEFORE BUYING, terrible couch. At Least we were able to get rid of it!

Unbelievable staff at the Natick MA store! They are not just there to sell the product, they are passionate about the product! Every person who walks in the store is greeted warmly, and treated as a friend. It was WELL worth the 2 hour drive to shop there! Looking forward to eventually adding to our sactional.

Mimi was super helpful and friendly, answered all my questions and showed me how to use everything. I ended up coming back two days later to buy a sofa, and I couldnt be happier! Now I just get to wait impatiently until it arrives...

Amazing versatile furniture! There are so many configurations this product is capable of. We have a long rectangular living room and this is the best solution to accommodate the most guests without having a clutter of too many individual furniture pieces. They deliver via FedEx (good for me who lives in Vermont where there are no Lovesac store). If there is a spill on one part, the fabric easily comes off and can go into our washer (air dry only to avoid shrinking). High quality. A bit pricey, but well worth it. We hope to buy with a friend and with combining our purchases, can save quite a bit of money.

The whole staff is fun, professional, and knowledgeable. They work with you to find ways to help lovsac fit into your budget.We have 5 seats, 9 sides for their sactional couch. We started with 2 seats and have continuously added as our needs changed. LOVE having a modular couch (or couches) that can be easily adjusted to fit the current need.

I always enjoy geing to the Lovesac store in Framingham. Not only am I a fan of their furniture, the staff is always helpful and friendly.

The sactional is an amazing product. It’s a little pricey but I might never have to buy another couch! If I want a different shape, I move it. If I want a different color, I buy new covers. If I want it bigger, I buy another piece!

My wife and I had an amazing experience at Lovesac in Natick. The showroom was clean and well organized, and we loved that you can configure a Sactional using little magnetic blocks! Jen, the associate who assisted us, was patient, informative, and went above and beyond to explain all of the options for fabrics, cushions, accessories, bases, and sides.We took delivery of the Sactional and so far it is the best couch weve ever owned. Its super comfortable and looks great in our home. Were glad it can travel with us to any new home because its infinitely reconfigurable.Thanks Jen and Lovesac!
