They were able to add apple CarPlay to my Audi S4 and I love the setup they did, everything was super simple and they communicated with me the whole time and even hooked up some enclosures for my new amp 😎

The guys over at Audio Realm went above and beyond the call of duty!I work long hours and I never could find the time to take my car in to the shop to get my speaker installed. I called around to a bunch of places to see if anyone would come out and do a mobile install while my car was parked in my parking lot at work. Many places said that they wouldnt do it... but Carlos at Audio Realm made an exception and accommodated my request!After coming out on a Friday, his technician didnt realize how complicated my install would be and he didnt have the necessary equipment to finish the job. So Carlos offered to come back out and pick my car up on Saturday... drive the car to his shop... complete the install... and then drop my car back off at my house 2 hours later. This was amazing because we were nursing a sick child and couldnt leave the house that day. Carlos took care of everything and did an amazing job!!Audio Realm went way above and beyond for me and my family. They are top notch and they do customer service right!!I will be referring all of my friends this place!

I came in with my 07 civic and originally only wanted them to install a new touchscreen radio dash kit I purchased off amazon and they said ok but warned me that products off amazon will only work for a couple months before shorting out, and in some cases not work at all (It was made in 🇨🇳).The latter happend but they still offered to hook me up with a replacement and a new speaker system. Not once did they ever try to upsell me like some other audio shops would, they also made sure everything I got was top of the line and very high quality.If you do decide to roll through ask for Carlos or Omar and theyll hook you up!

I bought my own system at Walmart (Pioneer) and brought it in. Everyone here is so chill and young it makes you a bit skeptical at first but they are pretty professional and took care of everything including programing the system for me. Overall they were really nice guys. I didnt like that it was $80 over the phone and $120 once I came in.

Just recently got my stereo switched out at Audio Realm as well as a coversion from manual to electric windows. Carlos had great customer service helped out to the best of his ability. Definately going back for future service.

I went into Audio Realm to have an alarm system installed in my Jeep Wrangler today 3/9/21. I spoke with Omar who was very friendly and helped me pick out a system that would work for me. He gave me a great price on a Clifford alarm system and he said he can have it installed today. I dropped it off at 3 and he told me it would be ready by 5. He actually called me at 4:45 and told me my vehicle was ready! The work they provided was clean and worked perfectly! I recommend using Audio Realm for your alarm and stereo needs.

I scheduled a appointment for today (March 13th 2021) for 9am right when they opened with Adrian. He told me he would have everything ready for me and get me in and out within the hour.I took my 2017 Toyota RAV4 in to get a amplifier, and subwoofer installed. I got quotes from numerous car audio shops and Adrian was by far the cheapest and he was very easy to deal with and I did not feel like he was being pushy or overly aggressive trying to get a sale.I have decided to go with Audio Realm from now on because of the experience I had dealing with Adrian. Not only was he easy to deal with and talk to, but the installers were very nice, knowledgeable and showed me the work they did and wanted to make sure I was happy with the work before I even paid them.Overall I had a great experience, customer service was as close to perfection as you could get and the quality of the product and the work they did was flawless.I would totally recommend this shop to all my family, friends or even a random person.I will definitely be back for any of my car audio needs. I was hesitant on taking my 93 Tahoe to get an alarm installed, but I needed an alarm asap. So I decided to give Audio Realm a try, since I would see alot of cars go through there, since I pass them on my home from work. I regret not going sooner! After talking with Omar Jr., I felt confident that he knew his stuff, and after seeing the prices, I walked out with an alarm, two L7s, 0 gauge wire, and installation, for a more than fair price...then come to find out, they ordered a piece for my locking mechanism, which now let my hatch open, exceed my expectations by going above and beyond for....instead of receiving a call saying something is wrong with the installation I received a call telling my tahoe was done earlier than expected...so now this is going to be my go to shop...its a one stop shop thanks to Omar and hes awesome crew at auto Realm👍

If I could give -10 I would! Paid in advance to install an apple CarPlay on my car, first of all they changed the installation date twice with a really poor communication, their customer service is horrible by the way. Finally the day for the installation came and I was there for 5 hours waiting and they could not figure out the installation, I decided to leave my car so I could pick up the next day and the owner told me that he was going to give me the refund on the next day in case the installation was not done. Before I left I took a picture from the odometer and I asked the owner to leave my car inside the garage and he said ok. The next day I went pick up the car and the installation was not ready of course, he didnt want to give me the refund and I realized someone drove my car over 30 miles without my permission, where? I have no idea!Long history short...he was rude, disrespectful and pretty much kicked me out of the shop without the installation, without the refund and told me to go to small claims court! What a shame mr. business man, I dont even know how this guy has a 4.8 rate in here really!
