I visited this location this afternoon and was greeted by the most unfriendly unprofessional employee Ive come across in a good while. The female receptionist, at the front desk, wasnt welcoming, pleasant, and not one ounce of a smile. In fact her demeanor was of an individual that hates their employment. She did manage to page someone to help me and I said thank you and she gave no response in return. Just disrespectful! I was helped by a professional, respectful, and articulate sales man and he helped me out in great detail. The receptionist attitude and demeanor is a reflection of management, so Ill respectfully decline doing any future business at this location.
Anthony Arroyo (Service Advisor) assisted me once again. He was able to get my vehicle serviced and delivered in the time frame as promised.The last time I was here for repairs to my other VW, Anthony was able to have it taken care of under recall warranty. Although it took a bit longer than anticipated, the repairs were done right !!!Kudos to Anthony and the technicians whom worked on my vehicles ...
Very friendly! Excellent Customer Service. Smaller staff working on cars...so longer wait time...They will give you a pretty good estimate of your wait time. Arrange for a ride home if you dont have the patience to wait. But they have Wi-Fi so you can bring a device. They also have coffee service free. And a quick wash after your service of your car.

They have done good by us so far. We bought two cars there. They diagnose with no charge. You pay the deductible omg if they will be working on your car. Hasn’t happened to us yet.

Its just ok. Dont know if its just the VW or the mechanics that dont check for potential problems. I have done all the service and regular oil changes yet still constantly have big $ issues with my Tiguan. Also, is it a coincidence that shortly after extended warranty expired the turbo went out? a major engine component only lasted just over 100k miles? Now they want $2500 bucks to fix it. And by the way, diagnosis is not free like it was mentioned before. That is a lie. My Acura went 225k miles with zero major issues.. sold it to get this lemon. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. I think I will let this terd die and try Subaru next.

Terrible service! I have taken the car 5 times for the same repair and they have not been able to fix it! But yes, they already found almost $ 2000 more of necessary repairs!
